Ive seen the mechanics only ever be held up because they are waiting for parts, but turn around is as fast as logically possible. And staff is friendly and personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Unsuplied, i had to drive 8 miles to a Home Depot because they didnt have ethernet cable, what kind of hard ware store in this day and age doesnt carry the most basic material for internet installation. Its not something uncommon, every house hold and business has internet world wide unless your omish or from an amizon rain forest tribe.

Looking for parts for my Troy-Bilt riding lawn mower. Unfortunately he didnt have them so I ended up ordering them online. You didnt take the time to look into him give me some ideas where I might find them though I appreciate the help and time he took to try and help out

Im impressed with the store it looks well stocked... I was looking for a control throttle cable for 9 years old Craftsman lawnmower and they had it in stock... couple of other places they had to order it... plus it was $3.00 cheaper than the other places....

Extremely disappointed. Took them a riding mower that wouldnt start and all they said was it needed a tune up. Quoted over $500 to which I declined. After paying a $75 diagnostic fee, which is expensive but ok, they gave me my mower back missing an air filter and with covers removed etc. I expected to receive my mower back in the same condition it was delivered. They sent me a replacement filter and guess what, it was the wrong one. Now Im waiting on another filter, hopefully its right this time. Just sad that I had to pay $75 and then still have these issues. The least they could have done would have been to return the mower in the same condition it was dropped off. Will not be returning. Time to find a new mower shop.

Went here instead of the big box stores. Got expert advice, purchased a weed trimmer, and left happy. All in about 1/2 the time it would have taken me wandering around the aisles, asking random people.

Wards is outstanding. Great local small business with above average customer service & price. I used to use A to Z and now I almost exclusively use Wards. Ill go out of my way to go to Wards now that Ive been doing business with them for several years I have zero reason to get tools & supplies they carry from anywhere else.

The chain brake had seized up on my new Echo chainsaw. I took the assembly apart but had a tough time putting it all back together. The gentleman at the desk had it re-assembled and working within 20 minutes - and didnt charge me! Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

I cant imagine why you would go anywhere else. Took my gas powered leaf blower in because it would not run. I use to do my own tuneups. So after replacing the fuel filter and spark plug I managed to cross the rubber fuel lines when I put things back together. Im getting old folks. Wards took about five minutes to see what I had done and gave me back my blower sending me on my way. These guys are the best and thats the last tune up I will do a tune up myself.

I brought two mowers to this place based on thier reviews. My push mower which was taken due to not starting was returned to me after 2.5 weeks in which they replaced spark plug and cleaned carburetor. The prime button now does not work mower now. Why not take it back? Lets talk about mower 2. A john deer riding mower. The engine bogged down and would not restart. I found it low on oil. I asked wards to check the engine to see if I blew it. Well after 3 weeks of multiple calls and no status update or just excuses they told me all I needed was new belts and a carb job. I asked if they were sure and got a definately. Well fast forward to week 5 and multiple calls where I was ensured it would be done in a few days they tell me the engine is blown. It would only cost me $1,200 + $400 for the work already done. I said no thanks and scheduled to pick it up and found my mower still in pieces when I arrived. The mechanic said they have a used engine they could put in for 400 and he would have the owner call me. That was 2 weeks ago....
