This was an awesome experience I went into this location and was greated, then I asked The (Owner - I think) about two different liquors. He (the young man behind the counter) the gentleman took the time to look up a couple of non- stock liquors, he was able to order one but, not the other. Thats awesome customer service and I greatly appreciate you taking the time to look them up and ordered the other. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH - VERY PLEASED!

They have a great selection of liquors and mixers (even Faygo!). The staff is always very friendly. They even prevented a lady from getting a DUI by talking her into leaving her car in their parking lot :O

Awesome local store with a large selection! Had a big party with my dance crew and GCM was the closest place to go. Sure glad I did. The management/staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, Prices for everything were fair and they had everything we were looking for. Definitely recommend if youre in the area!

Prices are okay, options are limited for places that sell kegs so not a lot of comparison. They are slightly below average. However, the staff is always a new person and the main employee (owner?) comes across as very rude and uninterested in good customer service which doesnt fit the location of the mart which is downtown Gilbert.

Went to GCM to see if they had a bottle, the employee pulls it out, calls his boss. Then tells me to get it, I had to buy another different bottle. This place is garbage. Go to Chandler liquors. They’re helpful, their prices aren’t ridiculous. They also don’t try ripping you off.

My roommate and I have been buying ALL of our alcohol here at this store for almost a year. We love supporting local businesses. We have had good experiences that have kept us going back but the last handful of times we have been there we have been treated with such disrespect. We tried to play it off that maybe the people helping us had been having a hard day but today was the last straw. I do not write reviews EVER but it makes me sad that we are constantly treated this way. We will not be returning to this store...

GCM has a huge selection of beer, wine, and alcohol. The staff is always very friendly and they work hard to answer whatever questions you may have. For a small family owned business, the prices are very competitive. GCM is always the first place I look when I am looking for something special!

Good Beer selection but the owner/manager belittles his employees.Also, as I’m checking out, a guy walked in without a mask and the sweet girl in training asked him to put one on. When she escalated it the boss said “It’s ok, he is a regular.”Overall, trash vibe.

Great selection of craft and import beer. Great friendly people. Super happy will be going back. I have been looking for a place like this for sometime. I now have a new go to place for import beers.

This place does have a good selection but the employees are always yelling at each other and customers.... it is a very uncomfortable environment. I would usually stop in once a week but the last time I went, they were out of what I wanted but I circled the store to see if it was moved. I couldnt find it and employees were arguing and were too distracted to help so I walked out. 2 of the employees ran after me in the parking lot, yelling and accusing me of stealing. After they realized I had nothing on me, they tried to be nice and they asked what I needed and that they wanted to help. I just walked away...this place is a joke and not worth it.

Steve was excellent with his knowledge of the specialty beer I was looking for, as no other large, box stores carried it. He was professional and fun, all in one! Definitely going back for the friendly customer service and to support our local businesses!

I’ve been going here for years, the family that runs it is amazing! 👌🏼 Went in the other day, they didn’t have the beer I was looking for so he called his distributor in front of me and said bring me a case of this beer tomorrow.. Two days later I showed up and there was the case 😍 Not many places would do that for you.. This place will and that’s why they will always have my business!!!

My brother and I have been long time customers and have been treated great by Mike and the boys. Unfortunately, I havent seen Mike the last 4 visits. The last 4 visits I have been treated like complete garbage by the parents. They are ornery jerks. I plan to take my business to another location. Sorry Mike.

This liquor store has everything! Very great customer service, friendly and playful. Extremely informative with any questions I asked about anything and everything.

I would give 5 stars if the dad stayed home. His wife and sons are pleasant to deal with and will get you what you request if they can. But the Dad needs to go fishing and insulted me for the last time.

This is a top quality place. The fellas know their beer and spirits. Always a great selection and they are always getting in new stuff. You can find things a few dollars cheaper if you scour the valley...but for the easy and advise they give Ill up pay a buck and a half.

The ownermight be a bit rough but after going there a free times he really is a good guy. This family run business is very knowledgeable on all type of liquor and different types of spirit of alcohol. His sons are great about talking about the neighborhood and sports. The place is small but it is packed.

The old man is very rude. He stared at me while I filled up my water gallon. I felt very uncomfortable. The old man told me to leave because Im was bothering him and his sales. He also said that if I ever came back he would put an out of service sign just so no one would park in his parking lot. Viejo amargado vayase alv. By the way the old man is the owner/dad.

I came here with my boyfriend and was treated awful! We were parked in the parking lot looking for something in the phone and an old man sweeping the parking lot came over and started complaining about how he parked the car (it was fine btw, it was within the lines and straight) and started yelling at us. We couldnt believe it. So we didnt bother going inside and Ill tell you right now we NEVER EVER WILL since he was trying to intimidate us and we felt harassed. I would JOT recommend this place based solely on the terrible customer service. Ive never been treated so poorly. I would choose anywhere else over here after that.

Great place to buy your different types of alcohol

This place is amazing. Great deals on all sorts of kegs. The guys working here are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products (also very helpful!). If you have a kegerator like us make sure to visit. You wont find any better deals out there.
