Mario was excellent as he showed us features of a Split king adjustable. The showroom had a variety of beds to try until just the right one was selected. If the product and service is delivered as promised we will not be disappointed.

My experience was Brooklyn was very ‘comfortable.’ All the representatives were super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m going to sleep sound on a quality mattress, especially knowing I didn’t break the bank. Super excited for my new mattress!

We appreciated the wide selection of mattresses with varying levels of comfort and support. Our salesperson took the time to explain the differences between each mattress and why the addition of coils or visco elastic would benefit our sleeping comfort. We were given ample time to relax on each mattress to feel the differences described to us.No high pressure sales tactics, and a very casual and relaxed atmosphere.

I first came into this location in dire need of a mattress and had already been to over 20+ different mattress stores in search of the best one for me prior to coming here. I ended up coming back and making a purchase of the Brooklyn Signature in soft. Cody dealt with my indecisiveness from the beginning and helped me to pick a mattress. This location has a gentleman by the name Mario and he was amazing. The warranty on the beds is way better than any other place we visited.

They were very friendly they needed you as you walked into the door and they stayed with you through everything youre looking for the mattress they told you how each one of the mattress was made what it was held up to also told how long at the mattress 1 inch was I gave you the percentage that they were offering they said it up to shoot your time of receiving it also date said that they are made at the factory just for you and they do not keep the money. They told you how they take the old mattress weigh and what was the charge on delivering it do they were very helpful and

They were very nice and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. They let us try the beds out and have our own time to discuss with each other and decide what we wanted. Mario knew his stuff and was confident about the product which made us confident. We tried a few options and when we laid on the one we ended up purchasing, we knew within the first 10 seconds that was the one! This was the third store we went to today and we were so happy with the choice, we bought it on the spot!

Steve was a good help. Explained options and differences in the mattresses available for RVs. Sale price was also incentive to purchase. Anxious to receive this coming week. However, $40 seems a little high to deliver within the Phx metro area. Wish Id just picked it up myself.

Very casual selling experience. The beds are comfy, but what really sold us were the adjustable bases.

Great experience. I went in thinking we would be getting the Aurora King size but after trying out the Spartan medium we felt that was a better choice. It seemed to be more comfortable for me when sleeping on my side and worked well for my wife who prefers firmer mattresses. Theo answered my plethora of questions well and there was no pressure. We also purchased the W. Silver GS-71 adjustable bed frame.The price was very competitive for a high end luxury mattress and adjustable bed frame with the Independence Day sale. The 120 day free mattress return/exchange and 1-3-20 warranty are also a big plus.

Very nice and patient staff. We had our two young girls with us who were full of energy and the two gentlemen were very nice and brought out coloring books for them while we took our time to try all of the beds. They were very honest and also took their time to explain the differences and made sure to ask what we prefer, walking us through different things to think about. The staff was friendly and engaged with us the whole time. We have an unusual bed size, Olympic Queen, which is hard to find. We had done the research online and the reviews about BB customer service were stellar so we figured wed try them out. We knew what we wanted going in and there was no hassel or annoying salesman trying to upsell. We are getting it delivered for free and if needed, returned for free. I would definitely refer them to anyone wanting a new mattress.

Wonderful experience. Wide open, clean. Well laid out floor plan. No pressure and helpful sales staff. I ended up buying the Aurora Hybrid in King size and medium firmness.I would highly recommend adding BB to your shopping list (if mattress shopping). Obviously it’s a personal thing but I really looked around. Even ordered a couple of beds and returned them (competing brands) for varying issues, mainly issues with beds being too firm.I decided ordering online without trying first is just dumb. So I tried, I fell in love. Just happy the mattress was 20% off. Score!

This is to review the bed-buying experience. We met with Keaton at the Gilbert, AZ store and he was great. Wasnt pushy, but very knowledgeable and was able to compare Brooklyn Beds with other popular brands out there. I like that this is a physical store where I could try out the bed beforehand to know what I was buying. I later went back to finalize the purchase and had wonderful service. Delivery went smoothly, also bought the pillows, sheets, and mattress protector and they all feel great. Have only slept in the bed one night, but it was wonderful. I highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding and visiting Keaton!

We were looking for a mattress and went to a handful of stores. This was our first visit to a Brooklyn Bedding store. Theo was very helpful when helping us decide which bed to choose. He showed us the options and asked us some questions. He gave us the right amount of information and made some recommendations. Brooklyn Bedding itself has some great features already. Local to Arizona, 120 day sleep trial, free delivery and setup because we bought the adjustable base. Would recommend checking them out before you buy. They only sell the mattress’s they make. We selected the Bloom Hybrid Medium split king with the full adjustable wall higher base that looks like furniture. BTW they support Veterans and ensured we got the best deal possible. Go see Theo and Keaton who will help you too find the right deal for you. I will update after sleeping on this bed for a while.

So far so good . I called for a friend that is 90. She had a new mattress delivered and wasnt told she needed a box spring so she could not sleep on her new mattress yesterday when it came. I called around to find someone that had a boxspring and could deliver it and set it up for her and BB said they could. That was good news. But because of the backup (due to Covid virus)it would not be delivered to her until 8 days. They did say they would try to get it to her sooner if anyone cancelled or anything came up. Hopefully they will be able to deliver it sooner so she wont have to sleep on the couch that long. Well see.

It was a very relaxed atmosphere at the store. I was only interested in The Plank mattress. One side felt too hard but when Steve flipped it over I liked what the softer one felt like. If i change my mind, all I have to do is flip it!
