Love our new adjustable bed. Fantastic salesperson. Cheri listened to what we wanted and set us up with an adjustable bed and the most comfortable mattress ever and it has a 20 year warranty...we will be buying all of our mattresses here and from Cheri. Check the return policy....especially if you havent bought a mattress in a while - and be forewarned - they are not making them like they used to. I bought a top of the line mattress from Pure Comfort. Its supposed to be ultra plush but somehow after youve been sleeping in one position for hours, it is not plush. Im waking up with muscle spasms in my back now. Ive never had this happen until I got this hand-made luxury mattress. Its not the stores fault...I just shouldnt have bought from this store. Their return policy is non-existent unless you buy a specific brand that has the 120 day guarantee. I should have just kept my 13 year old mattress. Im going to have to suck it up and buy an expensive topper for my expensive mattress and hope it helps.

My boyfriend and I decided to upgrade to a King size mattress. The staff was very helpful in pointing out mattresses that were the right firmness for us and conscious of our budget. They were also extremely knowledgeable on how to extend the life of the mattress.The movers even helped us move our old mattress into our guest room!Our mattress has a 25 year warranty but I will definitely go back to Pure Comfort mattress for my next mattress!

After shopping around some of the larger chains, I was happy to find Pure Comfort Mattress. We found the perfect mattress for us and it was within our budget. I feel like we got much more for our money at Pure Comfort, and the satisfaction of doing business with a local firm.

I have shopped at many furniture and mattress stores but have never encountered the service I received at Pure Comfort. The amount of knowledge the sales person had was incredible! The quality and comfort are beyond our expectations! We will be lifelong customers.

I was in the market for a new mattress and elevated base. I shopped around looking for the best deal. I had settled in between a Sleep Number or an Aireloom. Cheri and Sharon at Pure Comfort were a lot of fun to work with, honest ( even when sometimes it wasnt in their best interest), and they were more interested in making sure I chose the right mattress/base versus a sale! I am a Quality Manager as my profession. I spent a lot of time looking around and collecting data. They were very patient answering my questions. I bought the Aireloom at a significant discount, it was a floor model. With all the discounts they offer like paying cash, Veterans, and free sheets it was a very good price. I am very happy with my purchase. It was a good experience and fun! I would recommend everyone in the market for mattress check them out.

Awesome person to person interaction and really helpful in deciding what mattress best fits your lifestyle and body type. However there was a mishap with the order and wont get my mattres for 10 days after purchase. Besides that everything came to be great with my purchase!

Fantastic experience all around. I wont be going anywhere else from now on.First of all, the bed itself is great. We got a Bedtech adjustable king base and a Diamond plush mattress, and weve enjoyed a great nights sleep ever since. The adjustable frame is nice and quiet, too.Delivery was easy to set up, and the bed arrived within the 2-hour timeframe and was in great condition. The two-man crew was courteous, professional, and efficient in building the base. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure to center the bed in the area I wanted.Finally, the buying experience was hands-down the best of all the stores we visited. We worked with Marc, and it was obvious he knew his stuff. One thing I really appreciate is that he made sure to steer us toward a bed that was right for us...and not just the most expensive option.Marc was great at explaining the differences between products and knew to ask about things like what kind of mattress protector we used...details like that which can help determine whether a certain mattress feature is best for us.As an added bonus, the store itself is a nice place to be. Its laid out nicely and not over-crowded like some stores. There were nice decorations and wall features that made it feel a lot nicer than some stores that look more like warehouses.All in all, I highly recommend Pure Comfort. I wish we hadnt wasted our time looking anywhere else.

They do not back thier product ! 1,500$ mattress is trash after 3 months.

I spent 1400$ on a mattress and it fell apart within two months . The warranty did not apply because my bed frame did not meet the warranty specifications of a center support. ( they have the same bed frame on display in their show room !!) . I will NEVER pay cash again for a purchase. Thanks for stealing from my family.( and all of these other reviews are from employees! What a scam )
