This was previously a 5 star post, which after trying to do business with them recently is being changed to a single star. They were unresponsive for over a month after purchasing parts, would not return any emails or phone calls and required extensive work to try and recover money paid for parts not delivered. I would steer clear of this company; specifically Jorel and Andrew, who couldnt be bothered to assist me.

For any car needs ranging from oil changes to motor builds, AJW is 100% your best bet. They treated me with such professionalism and hospitality and dedicated countless hours to getting my build done on time. Additionally, they built my motor and more in LESS than a month, while tackling others jobs simultaneously, which is impressive to say the least. I highly recommend AJW Performance!

Ordered a few gauges from them. They answered all my questions and usually responded within a few hours if not first thing the next day. Their prices were better than any other shops I contacted. Gauges shipped the day I paid and I had them the next day. Definitely a great experience with no issues. I would definitely go back to them again.

I took almost a 2hr. drive up to AJW Performance and the staff was very friendly and helpful, they really made sure I had a good understanding on the product that was on my car when i purchased it and how they could adjust it to resolve my issues. The ISC product is awesome and makes my car handle flawlessly throughout the corners and on these New England roads while still keeping the stance I want. The whole team really took the time to focus on my wants and needs and making sure I was comfortable while I waited, they asked multiple questions before doing the work and then just to make sure it was what we talked about asked me again before the finishing touches. I contacted AJW about getting some brake work done to my 2015 WRX on a Friday morning, by the end of that day they had ordered me pads, rotors, lines, fluid, and a mc brace. They replied quickly to my emails and answered my all my questions, made the process quick and easy. I made an appointment for the following Friday for them to install the components. I arrived to my appointment a little early and they took my car right in and about three hours later the install was complete! They even bedded in the brakes so I didnt have to worry about a thing. The waiting room is comfortable as well and all the employees were very friendly. A great group of Subaru enthusiasts! I will be back for sure when I need any other performance work done to my Subaru!

In highly recommend this shop to everyone! They really came through with all of the parts I needed for the build of my Subaru WRX STI Conversion. My parts always came in on time, especially when they were critically needed for the next stage in my build. They also helped me get setup with the right coilover configuration for my needs. Great place to go for any of your aftermarket part needs! Also a great place to get your car aligned after the coilover install!

Im very unsatisfied with how AJW handled my order. I found that they were unreliable and didnt follow through with the commitments they made to me by phone. There were many times that they pledged to call me back, but I often found myself calling back instead. Although I was offered an upgraded system, I dont feel that it was fitting compensation for the dozens of calls I had to make to follow up with them. Nor does it make right the nearly 4 weeks I had to wait to receive a solid answer. Because of my experience I do not recommend AJW to anyone I know, especially here in Canada. A referral for AJW could possibly tarnish my credibility if a similar experience were to happen to them. — at Calgary Alberta Canada

I had AJW install a Perrin Shift stop, a Perrin short shifter adapter and Perrin shifter bushings on my 2015 6MT Forester earlier this month. It was a pleasure to deal with Allen, and the experience was very professional. Would definitely recommend checking them out.

I highly recommended AJW Performance! They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I originally went to them to install my ISC coilovers that I bought from them. I was so happy with AJW that I now go to them for regular service on my WRX. I will gladly drive a half hour to them when I have a Subaru dealership 10 minutes away. They have answered all of my questions that Ive had, and they are very quick with responding. Not only is their service great, but their parts that they sell are great as well!

Great experience with AJW Performance - would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to tune in New Hampshire!I contacted AJW Performance a few weeks ago to inquire about modifications to make to my 2012 Subaru STi. With no prior experience in modifying a vehicle, I basically emailed over a list of desires to get out of upgrades with the hope that the shop would be able to offer me some advice.My first impression of the shops customer service was when I got a response back almost immediately... (Seriously - this shop is on point with responding to inquiries!) While I was provided with some initial details of where to start, I was also encouraged to set up some time to visit the shop to discuss what I was looking for. (Second impression of their customer service - they are interested in getting to know their customers wants/needs and are willing to take the time to do so!) After a meeting to discuss the options available, I received an emailed list with details of the mods and quotes on price before I even got home from the meeting (less than an hour!).My excitement to get the car in the shop and start the upgrades must have been noticeable, because they were able to schedule me for shop time within a few days. I was kept up-to-speed on their progress via email and they were quick to respond to a few last-minute requests from me to add additional items to the list of mods while the car was in their hands.After owning my car for 3 years, I was definitely getting used to the stock performance - and one of my main goals in modifying was to re-ignite my passion for it. After picking up my car from AJW, I am happy to report that Ive fallen in love with my car all over again... Their advice for mods was spot-on and it feels like a brand new (faster, tighter) car.I would highly recommend AJW Performance based on my experience with them... and I will definitely be heading back when its time for the next set of mods!

I was concerned about having too much noise, and Andrew and Allen recommended a system that I am very happy with. I am currently saving my pennies together for more upgrades, and I will surely be giving AJW and ISC a call when I am ready for more Subaru parts and a big brake kit.It was a wonderful experience with AJW Performance and ISC Suspension, and I would recommend them to anyone!Thanks guys!Daniel
