Was in today to trade in a console and games and buy some new ones. Matt was most helpful during the entire process! It had been a long time since I had gone to this location, but it used to be very dirty and disorganized in there. I heard they replaced the entire staff and have been trying to turn it all around. Pandemic labor issues aside, Id say these guys are doing a great job with what they have. Thanks again!

It seems service varies location to location.I have always had a very good experiences here.the first time here, the clerk forgot to charge me for a (discounted) game and when I called after finding it out, the clerk didnt charge me.this last time, there wasnt as big of a selection of used games, but the staff was more than willing to answer any questions I had and provide all the discounts I was eligible for. bravo

Dont buy a new release here. There is no honor of any kind when it comes to who is in line first. If you want to be the one to buy a new release in store, even if youre first in line, you better be the managers friend.

Standard GameStop location. store has new and used versions of video games, consoles, and accessories along with other related items. found sometimes deals are better than listed. the staff member I delt with acknowledged mistake in my favor when informed and still didnt charge me for it

More sales on Nintendo switch games buy so many get so many free or half off

Went there to get a certain item, they had it on display when I went to cashier they scanned it and told me they did not carry it.. personally why have it on display if you do not carry it.

The store leader Frank is honestly one of the worst store leaders Ive ever come across. This man will made you feel like youre the bad guy when he fails to do things he said he would and will laugh about your problems on your way out. Do not shop here with him working; this GameStop had and will get better store leaders than this one

What a great bunch of people, So helpful on questions and just love what they do, I will be back to pick up my switch game player for sure.

They could start giving there employees classes about gaming and how to talk to customers but all in all not a horrible experience but gamestop itself could stop ripping people off you buy a game and a month or less later bring it back to trade it in and they rip you off hard-core 60 dollars for it 2 weeks before and they only give you 3 dollars even in great condition kinda a scam if you ask me .

I would not use them for help they can’t help you unless it was purchased from that exact store, can’t even bother to give advice.

Ordered 5 games, 4 to be picked up at the store. Called to confirm and see what time I could come get them, and no one answered. So I wait and try again, no answer. Wait, try again, no answer. So I drive all the way down to the store to see whats up and no one is there and I see a sign all the way at the top that says sorry closed til 3. We drive home and I get a call around 3:30, saying my order is ready and theyll go right outside and I get hung up on.I call back, they dont answer so I call again, hoping my order is given to someone else and they finally answer, I explain the situation and get oh haha yeah so I immediately canceled the order and Im not going back again.

Plethora of game selection to choose from and plenty of room to get around along with very helpful workers that will help u with anything you need.

Staff is friendly, however their friends with no masks hanging around the register and asking them to set aside products without giving other customers a chance to buy them is really off-putting, also not impressed to hear employees are setting aside products for just themselves without regards to customers.

The associate I spoke with was cordial and extremely friendly, we had a wonderful discussion about PS2s and the luck I had in finding a functioning XBox original at a yard sale.I enjoyed my time there, am returning as soon as I can to pick up my preorders.

Unfortunately, this store has turned more into a hit or miss experience since the pandemic began. If you call, there is a very good chance that no one will answer the phone. It is frustrating because their website is not very accurate and traveling to the store is not only time consuming, but also not ideal given the current state of the world. The staff is still generally friendly and knowledgeable. This used to be my favorite store. Cant say that is still true.

Forgot her name, but the supervisor with the short blonde hair gave my wife and I the best service ever experienced at a Game Stop.

Great place to go and get games the service was great the people are nice the service is helpful and they will always try their best to find what you are looking for and you can almost find any video game you want and they give you the information you need and want.

Manager is very eager to help and knowledgeable about his product. Also will go above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied.

Probably the best Gamestop ive ever been to. All the employees are positive friendly people. Sometimes when i go in and it isnt to busy, i end up talking about games with the people behind the counter for half an hour. Highly recommend.
