CVS in the gilford they never had medication in stock might have to wait for order to come in, waiting for up to 5 to 7 days every month. And I make sure that I drop my prescription a week earlier so they can order and have it on time, but obviously its always the same thing every single month. They order my medication that same day went it should be filled.. Unbelievable..

What a disgraceful store. No service whatsoever. Call in and you can wait for an hour on hold. Go elsewhere. There are good pharmacies in Gilford. This isnt one of them.

CVS staff have worked hard throughout the pandemic to deliver good customer service. For that alone they should be commended. Are they perfect? No, but who is. They are over worked and appear understaffed. I recommend them to others.

I get all my prescriptions filled here. Yes they are always busy, they are in a busy area and are understaffed. But I have always had great service, a pharmacist once picked up on an error a doctor made that could have had fatal consequences for my husband. Wonderful people there!

Every time I go to this CVS pharmacy, there is a problem. They always act like Im trying to steal opioid painkillers from them. They have all of my information because I have been to this pharmacy numerous times but they cant get it r

Horrible horrible horrible, every time.. I go in on Saturdays and two young guys they are great ! Just great ! I go in they weren’t there Bill the clerk was there and he should not be dealing with the public.. I asked for the manager he said he was .. I looked at his badge and it said pharmacy tech ! Going out of my way to go to Walgreens

This location is horrible 2 bad experience and never will go back then I come to read reviews should of came here first my daughter was scheduled a covid and they called me at the very last minute saying “their phone lines are down” I don’t understand what that has to do with anything but cancel and went to Laconia cvs and they help us out with no issues I get things happen but help us out by seeing if other locations can take us figuring we had already scheduled appointment now we are backed waiting longer than we should this location needs to send in help obviously there’s something more going on here bad management that employees dirty store come on CVS take a look at your stores Gilford needs to be looked at Send somebody in there a secret shopper or something see how they get treated

They are a MESS - cannot call insurance companies - while every other pharmacy has been able to easily. The store is dirty, the workers are rude - the carpet is disgusting - their waiting times for medications are horrendous. They call and say it is ready and it is not - they cannot find your drugs because people put them in the wrong letter of the alphabet. Switched to Rite Aid in Laconia and things are wonderful and easy now - that place is clean and the pharmacists are wonderful!!!

Ive finally had enough of CVS, Ive been using this same Pharmacy for years now. taking the same medication, however, every month without fail, the day my prescription is due to be filled, Im informed theyre out of my med and will take several days to fill, resulting in me not taking the medicine Im suppose to be taking, Im all set, Im switching all of my business over to Walgreens.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CURRENTLY PROVIDE COVID 19 TESTING. They will still let you make an appointment, and inform you AFTER you wait in line that you need to use another location. If you require a COVID19 test, call ahead before using this store.

This CVS pharmacy is the most helpful and accommodating CVS I have ever been to. They went out of their way to call my doctor and make sure my medicines were ok together and kept me updated the entire time.

Within two months of using this pharmacy and constantly having issues with it either my not being ready or being misinformed. The staff for not communicate well with one another and each person says something different. Ill happily take my business elsewhere and deal with a pharmacy who looks to help there customers!

I have never had more problems with a pharmacy than I have had with this one! Shorting me 30 pills one of my medications, yes a narcotic! 10 pills short the next month... Now they all of a sudden know me by name. Still dont notify me when my medications are ready! And for some reason my phone number keeps changing in their system! Very, very dissapointed!

I never experienced such rude and unprofessional service in any stores. Both pharmacist refused to filed my prescription because they “ had no time”.They wasted an hour of my time and they were very unpleasant to deal with. I strongly recommend any one to stay away from Gilford CVS Pharmacy. My prescription was filled in other store in 5 minutes.

I recently got the flu and this CVS messed up my prescriptions 3 days in a row and withheld medication that I desperately needed. The pharmacists were extremely rude when I asked them to fix their mistake. Horrible pharmacy with even worse employees.
