Called on Monday morning, with our 38ft RV to get wheels balanced. Salesman said will do it now. Technician showed me scalloped front left and said he would never get it right. Appreciated the candor and honesty. Also showed me the wear. Replaced tires. Alignment tech checked front end and found no reason for issues. Said it was probably a tire out of round and it got worse over time. Michelin tires has more than 50k miles on them so replaced and balanced the new front tires. Price was less than expected even with FMCA available discount. All was done in a timely fashion and everyone was totally helpful and courteous. Would recommend highly to anyone in need of tire work.

Stopped by on Friday to see if they would order tires for my truck, I wanted something a bit different. Norm was extremely professional and provided a reasonable quote. Tires arrived Monday, but I was too busy, so installed Tuesday. I am very happy with the whole experience. I strongly recommend Big Horn Tire in Gillette WY.

Very friendly staff! My wife and sister in law and her husband are on a family vacation to Yellowstone from central Indiana. We had some concerns on our proper psi and they quickly checked out our psi on all 4 tires and had us back on the road in 4 minutes. Exceptional service. I was looking for a used tire to get me by until my income tax return comes in, but they dont sell used tires anymore due to safety concerns. The front desk person was polite and friendly, and explained their reasoning. However, if a customer knows the safety risks of used tires, company policy should give some leeway

I was driving down Burma Avenue last week and my front left wheel decided to exit my truck... (thats what I get for using my old lug nuts on new wheels). Witnessing my wheel departure first hand, a passer-by by the name of Shawn (sp), an employee at Big Horn Tire, immediately stopped and consoled me as I tried figure out what to do. Low and behold, less than a minute later a Big Horn Tire service truck manned by a guy named Kelly, backs up to my crippled truck, jacks up my truck so we can put the wheel back on and gets me up and running to the point where I could limp down to the Big Horn Shop. Within a couple hours I was back in the saddle and driving my truck. Talk about service!!! I didnt even have to call anyone! I realize that there was a lot of luck involved with the timing and location of my problem, but I also realize that Shawn could easily have kept going. He took his time to help...and called me a service truck that got there in record time. Ma and Pa business at its best! Thank you guys! And thank you Big Horn Tire!!

Went in to change a tire with a nail in it. Received good advice and spent $22 on a repair instead. They were booked when I went in but they were able to do the repair anyway.

We saw a tire on our travel trailer going bad 70 miles outside Gillette. We showed up during lunch hour and they changed our tire with a quality replacement in 12 minutes, and at a great price. We had a dog with us and everyone was welcoming, letting us bring her inside. The parking lot was large to accommodate our travel trailer as well as another fifth wheel that was already there plus room for many more. Easy access off the highway.

I spoke with Norm about getting a quote for some times and rims. Norm was not helpful in getting me a quote and referred me to a website to get the rims. I was handed a 600$ quote for a mount and balance, that was it.. I called later wanting to speak with a manager, norm answered and was no help again. All the other tire shops were polite and friendly and got me exactly what I needed.. would rather not deal with this hassle from here.

Took care of our flat from our trailer very quickly. The other shops wanted us to wait for more than 1.5 hours. Price for the tire was decent also. Nice an Clean place.

This place is great! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were on a roadtrip, Eric took the time out of hos Friday to check out our rig that was having a problem. He popped up under and fixed everything like it should at no cost. Wish we had this service back home!

Norm has always been quick to getting you on your way, will help get your tires loaded and unloaded and if need be pull your car in and have them change it out for you. I cant believe the phenomenal service provided. I was stranded with two flat tires and only one spare 30 miles from town. They went above and beyond to take care of me, get me safely to town, and fix my tires. If i could give more stars i would. You cant find service like this anymore.

We needed a leaky tire repaired while passing through on a family road trip. They took our car back immediately and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Very comfortable waiting room with toys that kept our four kids occupied. Very happy with their service.

Bighorn is the only tire shop I work with, has been for years. Norm at the counter is a stand up guy and has always gone out of his way for me. The alignment mechanic is as good as you can find. Plus I run Firestone/Bridgestones on all my vehicles. Great service, good pricing and good place to do business with. Highly recommend them.

Bought a brand new side by side with brand new big horn tires. Very first ride I get stranded on a trail with a flat tire. On my third ride same thing, stranded again. Two brand new flat tires in 200 miles. Not recommended what so ever. Stranded twice in 200 miles.

They do good work, and they are the only ones in town with ag tires, unfortunately they know it. Watch bill, quote price charge another. If they charged reasonable prices, like they used to when they had competition in town, I would give them 5 stars. The other thing that bothered me was the hidden fees, $15 for valve stem on a tire that they replaced the tube, they dont charge for mounting but $10 breaking fee, $13 shop fee, $10 tire disposal fee even though I kept the old tire so the wife can plant flowers in it. I asked them ahead of time about these fees and they said there was no hidden fees, like mounting and balancing, which you dont need on a tractor tire, yet when the bill arrives an extra $48 in fees. Perhaps a better question would have been can I see another customers invoice so I know what I am going to actually pay.

My husband and I were traveling to Fargo, ND from Idaho when we developed a bad vibration in the steering wheel. When we arrived in Gillette, I called Big Horn Tire because they handled Firestone tires. We had put new tires on about 5,000 miles prior. The young man at Big Horn was wonderful. They worked us in between current appointments, rebalanced the tires and even rotated them for us. Imagine our surprise when we asked how much we owed and he said nothing. The next day the car drove great. We cant say enough nice things about how we were treated. Its not often in this day and age that businesses are so considerate of two traveling senior citizens. A one legged 90 yr old in a walker was faster than the two guys helping me one guy changed 4 tires after starting 20 minutes later than my two guys and they still managed to be 30 minutes after him.

Well they do have ag and large equipment tires and ATV and car tires and will usually fit you in. However dont look for them to patch or put a tube in a tire, theyll come up with excuses why they cant, but hey they got a tire to sell you and if the one they have is too expensive they can get a cheaper one in (probably even the next day).
