The workers here are very friendly and know their products and their policies. I needed a pattern they didn’t carry and a salesperson helped find it for a reasonable price online at a different vendor.I bought a lot of fabric just because the atmosphere in the store was so congenial.

I Needed several pieces of 3 inch high density foam. I had called that morning and said I couldnt pick it up till late afternoon. They had set it aside for meThey cut it to size and even carried it to my car for me. It was an outstanding experience and I have told many about my experience.

I will never shop here again! Special ordered fabric because store ran out ($420). Fabric was miss ordered (took 4 weeks) Clerk apologized and ordered from other stores ( here in a few days) Two weeks later fabric arrives in incorrect lengths ( I needed large increments for drapes) Clerk now attempts to refund ( I wait 20min) and charge me correctly but wait fedex is here so off she rushes. Tired of waiting I leave without fabric without refund.I call ask for manger and get told the refund “will take as long as it takes” and after I ask where to file a complaint I get told well “the manger is a man and HE will be In tomorrow.” Customer service worst I have ever experienced Simple math seems impossible for these people.

Stopped in for a seat pad to accompany my little passenger pillion. I would much prefer Joanns for any materials I need for projects than any other big chain store with a political/religious agenda.

For a small store they have a lot of items and good coupons!

Staff was extremely rude!!! I was told to just go home and shop for what I wanted on-line. I was treated like I was a total inconvenience!!!

Well stocked. Clean store. Nice variety of material, but not much choice if youre looking for cross-stitch patterns.

Shelby and Chris made our visit expeditious and joyful. Shelby was an amazing help to us finding what we needed. Chris cut what we needed at The Cutting counter and gave invaluable input to our project. The clearance room was also very helpful.

Fast and friendly customer service. Tons of options for fabrics and so many other things! Things For Christmas things for crafts. Over all a really amazing place to shop!

If you are looking for customer service avoid this business. Multiple times I have entered this location and am not even acknowledged nor asked if I could use any help. I’m not looking for somebody walking around the entire store helping me constantly but a simple acknowledgement of “hello, welcome to Joann’s” would go a long way. The employees attitude at the register is quite lacking of a positive experience, when asking why my coupons didn’t work, the employee told me “I have absolutely no idea”. A lack of knowledge is ok, I understand sometimes employees don’t know, but the employee’s decision to not try and find out the answer is what bothers me. This shows me they aren’t willing to provide the best service possible and instead will settle for generic answers not resulting in any sort of solution. Even when attempting to talk to the manager Darcy to find a solution, I was pushed off and told she was too busy to come talk to me. Due to the lack of and pure failure of customer service at this location, I will be finding somewhere else to take my business.

Love Joannes! Move here a year ago and have visited here, but the store in Gillette is so small. Alot if things on sale go to way to fast. You diffently need a bigger store and with another craft and material store going in you will need it. I love your products!

The prices very from reasonable to a bit steep, but for a healthy, productive hobby store it is fair overall. The staff are mostly helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with this addition to Gillette.

Stocks a good selection of fabrics foam and supporting supplys. Friendly staff priced to be a fair market value. Nice retail store well kept.

I love the gals and guy that work here! They are always friendly and take the time to help customers. The only store Im ever sad to see stuff on sale, cause the coupons for items NOT on sale are fabulous!

It has amazing supplies but not really the best in keep,g stuff in stock. But it is perfect if you wanna make somthing.

No soap or candle making products. Mostly quilt fabric. I enjoy soap making.

Very expensive for fabric and patterns. I bought a dress pattern advertised as $2.99got home to find it was $12.99! Cost almost $80.00 for 6 yards knit fabric!!
