The walk around the tower was very beautiful. The views overlooking the areas were amazing!

Great wax museum! A short movie explained how they make the wax figures, faces and how they apply the hair. It was fascinating.

Self checkout has created such a toxic environment for customers. Its stressful enough to get my monthly grocery shopping bagged up with the setup they have. We live out of town so my grocery trips are usually $500+. One visit in, I scanned my item too fast by accident and it skipped a can of soup. I cant be the only person that has accidentally done this??...the woman that monitors everyone treated me so badly over it. I was mortified. I had every intention of paying for all of my items. She stood by me and watched me scan everything in my cart. I have nothing to hide but it was absolutely awful. Last trip in, the same woman was working. She called the manager to watch me. I turned around as I pulled my cart away and they were watching the recordings of my purchase. As much as I enjoy smelling the new soaps and picking new things Walmart gets in stock, Im just going to do pick up or go to Smiths from now on.

I havent been in walmart for awahile.when I checked out.the gal was really friendly. But when. I was leaving your security guard stopped me I showed him my receipt. He looked through my cart.he says to me what is this I told him I dont know it was in the cart when I got it.he stared at me for a while then finally took the piece of the paper tag and threw it away.wow I thought. It will be awhile before I go into your store again I was not very impressed....

Walmart serves its purpose, its our go to when traveling, but THIS walmart is remedial! The leadership and management either dont care and/or have poor leadership abilities in a retail environment. I assume the management is trying to reduce cost through the elimination of overnight staff to re-stock shelves, thus, the aisles are littered with random products not actively being stocked, but simply creating frustration due to lack of room to maneuver a grocery cart through.The self checkout is a joke, assuming another way to reduce operating costs by eliminating personell manning check outs BUT, I literally counted six employees standing around monitoring patrons checking out, then as patrons attempt to leave, only to wait in a line to exit as employee number seven checks receipts against the bagged goods being removed. Seems overly redundant, why are the first six employees not monitoring loss prevention as well? Why are you wasting our time with a complete ineffective attempt to stop theft? Id think most thieves are sneaking products down random aisles, as pallets of unstocked items aid in their concealment.The produce is disgusting! I assume further operating costs are being saved through the purchase of past due, expired, half rotten produce from other, more effective walmarts when they deem produce no good.Im a fan of walmart, except this one. Ill trade effectively ran stores with more expensive retail over the convenience every day of the week. Maybe one day the management might realize people will typically pay more for fresh produce, and an smoothly operating store? Or maybe not.

The shelves were bare in many areas. And snooty clothes racks all over the clothing sections.The store is NOT organized very well,At all.. but the employees were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

Enjoyed our stay food was prepared with care. Liked the choices on the menu and waitress was cheerful and friendly. 8 in our group were all happy with service.

Had what I needed was blessed with luck of curious checker.

The store is very clean and staff is attentive at self-checkout. However, the produce can be difficult to find. For instance the cream cheese wasnt with other cheeses. It would have been nice to have had all of the dairy products in one section. Other than that it was a good experience.

First time ever in this store. Huge place and seems to be well organized. The help was good of which I only talked to two employees. Of the shelves I looked at, none were empty or half full.I am sure that I wont ever be back this way again.

Its about all that Gillette Wyoming has to offer to people who need household food and household goods for the house and it is also the only place where people can get all their stuff weather at the kids school clothes for starting school or something else that is all we have in Gillette Wyoming that is able to have everything that people who have no idea were to start when they get to Gillette Wyoming and I would send them to Walmart to get their shopping experience done with and there low prices are nice and there customer support is great for what you need help with in the store but I am not able to decide what other people think about the Walmart in Gillette Wyoming and how they feel about the experience but the experience that I have experienced has been so much helpful as they were able to be with me so I feel that they have the best customer service in Gillette Wyoming for a great opportunity to shop at for familys household items and holiday items for you and your friends and family together with all of your holiday gifts and even the stuff that maybe not holaday stuff that you might be looking for but it does have everything for everyone to get out of there experience when they go to Walmart.

Literally the nicest Walmart I’ve ever been inside. I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a Walmart before but we travel full-time in our RV & we’ve seen them all, this one deserves a shout-out! The shelves were perfectly stocked & everything was sparkling clean!

The store was clean and well stocked. But I needed help locating an item (left my phone in the car) and I ask a Walmart Associate to help me and he blew me off. So that was disappointing!

Very big! For such a small town the place is huge, like one you would find in L A or somewhere more heavily populated. It was clean and organized. The workers were more friendly and helpful than your average Walmart

Not exactly speedy service for getting a tire plugged but the employees were very courteous and the service so far seems efficient and sufficiently satisfying.

Havent been trained as a cashier but they force you to become your own at this store. There was not even 1 line for those people that would like a real cashier and they didnt even offer to put me on payroll to be the cashier for them!!! Bring back cashiers!!!!

This Walmart seems to be going downhill. It just feels like they dont care anymore. Hard to describe but it feels different in the last few weeks.

Decent, clean store, but can be difficult to get assistance. Also, some kids creating a nuisance after school. I was almost hit with a flying scooter. An associate had pitely told the kid to not ride in the store. That is a good Subway in the store.

Fair pricing and availability. Not enough actual check out lines with cashiers. I dont work for Walmart why should I ring up my own stuff. Do I get a discount?

One of the greatest small town libraries weve been too. In addition to books, you can also check out games, puzzles, and video equipment. Never see all that before, in addition to an extensive video and audiobook assortment.

It was busy but easy to find your way around and get what yiu nedd.

This is one of the worst Walmart I have been in and I worked for Walmart and my husband was in the military and I have been to a lot of stores and forcing customers to do your job with the self check out is just wrong are you going to pay us 15 to 20 dollars to do your job if there were a target or any other store I would shop there and Walmart would not get a dime of my hard earned money

Waited at the jewelry counter for 45 minutes for help with one of their watches, a battery was needed. There were 3 overhead p.a. calls from other associates and finally when someone with keys finally came over I was told we dont have batteries here. Left empty handed and unsatisfied. Customer service is apparently no longer a thing.

They are modernizing the store and it looks great. They redid self-checkout and other areas in the front. The dressing rooms are even different.

Waiting in line for 26 minutes to check out. Trying to find things in store is completely a challenge stuff moved half way to all the way across the building. Or remove completely.

The store has been updated and seems like there is a better way to maneuver around the store and do your shopping. Its more self check out as well and they have plenty check out lanes but only 1 person working at times. If only they could figure that department out.

Used pickup. First they put a temporary hold on my debit card. Then they want to charge when my item is ready for pickup. The hold wont drop off for 5 days. And even though the website said in stock, two of three are suddenly out of stock. I might as well have just gone in. Now not only do I have to order somewhere else, but I also have to wait 5 days to access my money. Never again!

Is there still a great place to go for food its just as good of quality as the other food stores in the area and they have a lot more food to get you can get your basic stuff local where I live but if you want the other stuff to Specialty stuff you have to go to Walmart or you have to go to the other stores in the area is the local store isnt big enough to carry all the specialty stuff that one would want you can always go in there and its always clean and get 95% of what you want 97% because of hoarding a x you might have to wait to get what you want the only thing is you might not get all is your medications at the pharmacy cuz I dont think any pharmacy will ever carry enough of everything on hand to supply the customer so you might have to wait two to three days to get what you want if you have more than one month supply to get they are no different than any other Pharmacy

Shelves are half empty, shopping out of some boxes. Advertising 10 lb rolls of hamburger for $2.99 lb but they say distributors only sending 73% for $6 lb!!! No turkey breast of any kind!! Gillette needs to build another Walmart on north side maybe for those of us that dont make a 6 figure a year job at the mines!!

Worst Walmart I have ever been to. The seletion is lacking in every department, from grocery to automotive to electronics and beyond. The produce area is atrocious with rotting fruits and vegetables clearly visible for customers to see. Over all its just a bad Walmart. The shelves are often empty and there are almost always pallets in the walkways on the floor.

Didnt have my cilantro and out of most herbs but all in all I was pleased with the customer service. The gentleman working in arts and crafts today went out of his way to help me find bottles for the salvation army for me today. Super nice dude. Deserves a raise.

I liked that all employees were wearing masks. But I bought two boxes with masks. When I went to assemble my masks one box was empty. Someone opened the box took the bag with the two masks and then closed the box and put it back on the shelf.

Didnt have what I needed in store and website is difficult to maneuver on a mobile device. I couldnt even look up TLE. When I did find it. The match my truck option did not work.
