Staff is nice & is helpful. Prices are reasonable for the most part. This store has more than just gently used clothes; it has small appliances and some furniture.

I usually love coming to Value Villa when in town visiting family. I wasnt happy with my experience this time. The prices have gone up, so theres no real value anymore. Also I bought 2 pairs of pants for my son and figured Id return them if they dont fit. I checked the return policy online before going and it says you have a 4 day return. I took the pants back within a few hours and was told they only do returns on electronics. I never would have bought the pants without my son trying them on first, if I had been informed they dont take clothing returns. I wont be going back. I will say the staff was very nice and friendly. I would give the staff a 5 star.

Some good stuff and some of the prices are good the rest is like you are buying brand new clothes or household goods. The workers were pretty nice.

If I could give a zero stars I would. The way Scott treats people is un expectable. The way he talks down to other, the entitlement he thinks he deserves. With running a business’s he has no professionalism, no compassion for anyone around him. The lack of communication he provides with solving problem is not how you run a business.

A little pricey for a second-hand store, but you can find a fair number of things on color sales. Extremely clean and organized.

The manager Scott is a wonderful, professional manager. I have never been in the store; it was neat, clean and very well organized! The prices were outstanding as well. And Scotts staff were wonderful. I enjoyed coming to the store and meeting Scott, Carol, and the rest of his staff. All a bunch of helpful, friendly people. 5 stars!

That place is ridiculously high bought a brand new pair of boots at seconds on the Avenue for $20 and they wanted $60 at value Villa for the exact same boots and they were used on top of that.

This place is struggling. Its not their fault, obviously the selection and product is based on what people donate, but its rough at the moment. Maybe if the economy improves people will bring more stuff.

They have great stuff, but most of the prices are unrealistic.

Stopped by and found this place to have a lot of items and clothing. Clothing is sized. A fitting room is available. Recommend.

The people that own it and there employees are very nice. The place is clean but I think prices are a little high, mainly womens jeans. Other then that I love shopping there

Prices are ridiculously high for what they are. How can you continue to get bad reviews and still try to sell overpriced furniture? This city needs a good second hand furniture store. I wont be back.

Purchased/consigned with this business for many, many years. Always loved what I could find as a customer and their prices... however, Ive tried calling to schedule a box drop off for nearly a month now and there are never any slots open. This new system implemented of appointments being taken only on Mondays at 8am is quite frustrating, as my job and many others are usually already at work and cant sit on the phone forever trying to get an appointment. Not a fan of this system at all.

Gillettes oldest consignment store. Is well maintained, clean, and has a little of everything you could think of. If youre looking to set up a home on a budget, or you love thrifting, this is a place you should visit. And since its conaignment, they get new stuff all the time.If you have stuff you dont want, they are a great place to consign with, just call ahead to make an appointment and get the rules (the boxes of stuff you bring have to be able to close)

Waaaay over priced. I use to love this store bit over the years the selection s gotten worse and the prices have gotten higher. You might as well throw a couple more bucks towards a purchase and just buy new. Employees are friendly and the store is neat and orderly.

Ive been in Gillette my whole life I have seen and knowen they buisness ever since they opened, used to be a giving,caring,work with people type of buisness. But have really changed alot!! They have out of this world prices. They have alot of wonderful sweet cool awesome things in their store. A layaway plane. Good size building. Clean bathrooms and store.
