Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond in so many different ways, including telling me NOT to buy when I wasn’t sure but to come back later when I had thought more about it. They also knew their inventory well enough to know that they had EXACTLY what I was looking for coming in on a truck in two days (even though I wasn’t certain what I wants yet!). They were friendly, efficient, and not pushy at all. I will never shop for furniture anywhere else.

I love my living room set! Affordable and quality made! We worked with Jody and she was so friendly and helpful! She knew exactly what I wanted! We got this living room set with a coffee table, side table, and a chair! I was worried about the color of the couch and love seat looking green and it doesn’t help that I am naturally indecisive when it comes to shopping. But, Jody was right! In my house it is more grey like she said and it’s such a well made product! I told her I have 3 young boys and dogs so I needed something solid. She could not have done better in helping us pick! I got the set that has a steel frame and a 5 yr warranty on the cushions. I recommend her advice! Thank you 🙏🏽

Weve purchased 3 sofas from Trends (thus far!!) and have been absolutely impressed each time. Item quality is 5 star, but more importantly, their customer service is second-to-none. We live 60 miles out of town and they always happily deliver and take good care of our furniture when they do. Each time we call or go in to shop the staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. My wife and I were looking for a new table and chairs for our breakfast nook. We didn’t find a table that we wanted to replace our water spotted table. However Jodi gave us a packet of Guardsman water mark remover. We had tried several different methods to remove the spots and none worked. The Guardsman removed all the spots. Thanks Trends and Jodi for making our table look so much better.

I needed new bed sheets and found a good set here for a lot less money than I was prepared to spend. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and they have a large showroom with a good selection of sofas, tables, beds, and various other furniture. It is a great place to go if you are in need of some home furnishings in Gillette.

Bought 2 beds, a loft bed frame, a recliner, and a rug from trends today. Katie greeted us as soon as we came through the door and asked how to help. She stayed by our side answering questions and giving details on the product. Very very helpful and kind. Great pricing and alot of different options. Definitely recommend!

Trends is Very competitive with pricing and no high pressure sales environment Brittany at the sales desk was super helpful and knowledgeable on all of the products we looked at and ultimately purchased that day.We went in looking for a new mattress set and ended up walking out with a king bedroom set. Not very customer oriented. They dont follow up with you on your order and when it finally came in, they said they couldnt deliver it. Yet they have delivery trucks! My 63 yr old wife and I had to carry the tables into the house, up stairs.

I will shop local before I go to large corps or places with inflated prices. I can always count on that their prices are within reach of my budget. I got my mattress here and my experience was really great. I found the right mattress for me, I was never pushed to buy something more expensive, but rather something I was comfortable in. I highly recommend that you shop here and shop local!

My grandmother bought a mattress for me here in 2017 and the mattress has gotten pretty worn down. Called and talked to someone about it and they said it had a warranty on it, they just needed some pictures of the mattress. Emailed the pictures. The pictures worked and I had a $750 credit. Went in today (11/26/19) and picked out my mattress. Wish I had gotten the name of the lady that helped my mom and I. She was extremely helpful.

We had an excellent experience working with Trends. No hassle sales people who were very helpful and informative. We bought a recliner that went on sale the following week. I called and asked about it and they cut me a check for the difference without any hesitation. The delivery team was very professional as well. We will be taking our business there again in the future.

I have to admit that this building is not much to look at from the outside ... but the quality of produce Trends offers is great and the service is FANTASTIC! I was so pleased with my experience here! My husband and I were shopping for a bed and we tend to be very picky ... taking forever to make up our minds ... laying on this bed, coming back the next day to lay on another one ... until FINALLY choosing one a week or two later - but when you are dropping around $1000 on a bed we wanted to make sure we liked what we were getting! Some sales people can be annoyed at a customers indecision which really turns me off ... but the people at Trends were MORE than helpful in our decsion making process and fun to work with! Id recommend this store to anyone!
