Want to give a shout out the crew at bobcat. this summer has been interesting, with our skidsteer. Every phone call ( cry for help) was handied with great attitudes and a lot of help.definitely my go to business

When you call and Stacey answers the phone, you can hear the smile in her voice which is a real pleasure.. does that girl ever get grumpy? Change in management in the store has been a little up and down but they’ve got them a good customer caring one now. The language and words used over on your parts side could be much less vulgar and more appropriate for business. But I still love to pop in once or twice a month to visit Stacy and Shannon and pay my bill cause I know when it’s signed by Stacey it’s gonna have a happy face and a thank you.. I’m one of those customers that loves for a company to appreciate my business. Looking forward to your customers appreciation day
