Needed a skid-steer to landscape my yard. The cost was pretty reasonable. Well maintained equipment, friendly guys and the owner was super helpful. Will be renting from them again for other landscaping shtuff.

Unreasonable company policies and poor customer service. Beware of the Sunday Special. I rented a tool on Saturday (which I could not pick up until 11:00 AM), but was allowed to keep through Monday at 9 AM for the price of one day as the Sunday Special. I wanted to also rent the tool for Monday, but when I returned it Monday evening, I was charged for three full days instead of the two days I expected. They told me, in order to get the Sunday Special I would have had to return the tool by 9 AM on Monday and then re-rent it for Monday. This is not the first issue I have had with this company. I will not be renting from them again.

Staff has a little trouble making sure you are purchasing the proper part that goes to your equipment. Staff also likes to argue with each other too. Parts supply is above average.

The fella that used to own it was super decent. Just stopped in and was very disappointed. Be spending my money else where in the future

Good place to go for all your small engine needs. They rent out all kinds of stuff. If you cant find what your looking for try these guys & they will most likely have it. I rented a fence post pounder from them and it worked perfectly. The rental price was very cheap & I got to keep it all weekend.

Well Ive used razor city a couple times now in the last few months. Let me just say after reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical. All I can say is these people are AWESOME, both times Ive been there. I went for two totally different things, one was a rental and one was for parts. Different counter people both times and they were as customer friendly as you could ask. I will use them again and refer them to all my friends. Thanks Razor city!!

Friendly staff, very helpful

Bad customer Service, Shows up late to the store and closes early so when you return your rentals they dont accept. They turn off their phones before hours and when your equipment fails to run properly they do nothing about it.

Terrible Customer service. Actually hung up on me. I had a furniture dolly rented. I got sick and then Thanksgiving. Charge me $177!! No compassion.
