They promise the world when you are in their sales office. They are only out for your money. No customer service and terrible craftsmanship on the occasion that they do show up. Run the other way and use another company no matter what they promise you! You will be saving yourself missed deadlines and heartache.

Unfortunately their word is almost worthless. They never fulfilled any of the jobs they agreed to do. do not waste your time. We lost approximately three months of work while waiting for them to do what they said, but they did not do ANY of it.

Choice and selection of homes was excellent. We were able to pick and choose options from one home and add to another. After the sales service is great and we still get contacted by the employees to make sure the product is performing to specification.On time, on budget and perform to specs. Cant get any better.

Thunder Basin had the best line of homes for our money and we were able to get most of the things we wanted in one model. There were a couple items that we wanted from a different manufacturer and they made that happen as well. Best part of the process was the fact that they put together the home and land so we didnt need a separate loan for the land. Good service and we are happy !!!!

Youre their best friend til you sign the paperwork then you are unimportant. You only mean one thing to them $$$. Problems occurred after signing and we are out of luck. They are a limited liability company and they did not want any liability, period!
