This review is long overdue. I would like to thank Carlos for doing such a great job in assisting me. I went in on a busy Saturday. Last thing I wanted to do was spend a ton of money on car parts. I talked to Carlos and let him know the situation I was in. I told him I had coolant leaking from my car. I also told him my car would make a loud crackling noise every time I would turn the wheel. He offered to take a look at my car. On a hot summer day, Carlos looked under my car and found out what the issue was. He ordered me a very affordable new radiator and driver axle. The parts arrived the next day and I had then installed at a local mechanics shop. He fixed all the issues I had and to say his customer service skills are great would be an understatement. Thank you Carlos.

Jevon and Carlos had a difficult time changing out the battery in my truck, which is installed very strangely indeed. But, I was very impressed they never ever gave up and were determined to get it replaced for me. They were very friendly and polite and made sure my truck was all put back together and running properly before I left the store. These two young men are a credit to your company and gave amazing service. I feel they went above and beyond, and remained upbeat and smiling, to help me in a difficult situation.

Decent auto store, but if your car is older than 10 years they wont have parts in stock. Its not like a 2009 civic DX isnt a Uber common car.

If you need help you will definitely need to ask because here they will definitely not go out of their way for you. But, they were open and they did have the part I needed and when asked the employee did help. That is why I gave them the 3 stars. They just need a little refresher course on customer service.

Its been our place to come shop for our cars parts. But I cannot return fuses I bought a couple of weeks ago. Theyll need the receipt, even though I used my rewards card and a credit card.

It’s okay beside there register not working properly! Then when the employee that was helping me got it going and had ask me to start my process of paying and I told Him ApplePay and He motion to me to proceed so I began to lower my face mask for the Facial Recognition and then I heard another employee telling me to keep my mask on! I had to tell that employee Dude I have to pay for my item and I only have ApplePay and give me a few seconds! This Dude needs to STOP policing and tend to his customers!!!!! I Get It All About The COVID-19, but Geez Dude! If he would only mind his own business I’ve would’ve been out of there sooner without him slowing me down and start a argument!!!!! Maybe Some BETTER Training Would Help Them!!!!!

Tried to buy some coolant on a Monday morning but, the two employees behind the counter were too busy having a personal conversation to even acknowledge me. Once their conversation ended the cashier decided to answer the phone two times again without even so much as a will be with you in a minute. Walked out without buying anything and will not come back.

I gave this place a 4 not a 5 star because of the gentleman that helped me tall white man who was very kind and helpful. The negative part about this visit to buy simple coolant was that there was 2 unprofessional staff members, a young lady and a bald man arguing about whos responsible to do closing duties and who isnt. It was very awkward and uncomfortable.I hope I never have to be back. Sorry. Someone needs to talk to them!!!

I used to work for Autozone. In all the years I worked for them I have never been to a store with such horrible service and lack of knowledge. What happen Autozone? You used to go the extra mile? Disappointed to even say I used to work for the company after going to this store.

So i never buy from this store because i had bad experience before...but today i decide to give it a shot and buy a for sale sign and steering wheel cover, when i grabbed the cover i saw that it was $7Then i went to pay the items and the guy who was at the register wich his name was ELI the store manager, i asked him how much was for the cover then he said $9 then i said oh where i grabbed said $7 ( i wanst looking to get it for 7 but i think is there job to make sure things are in the right spot, so when this happen they dont get angry customers or atleast they should doble check if the item price is correct...sometimes computers are not always right) but his answer was well ppl put things in wrong spot you want it or not... answer like that coming from store manager it shows how the store is running and for sure never goin back....

They had a battery in stock I needed that the Morgan Hill store did not have. I was with the Morgan Hill employee when he told them to ship it two days ago and was told it would be there in the morning. Still waiting! Two of the Morgan Hill employees said (when I was there today trying to find out where it was) that it was a recurring problem with the Gilroy store. When I called the Gilroy store the employee I got couldnt tell me anything and was not willing to find out. Gave me a bunch of excuses.

Worst experience ever! We have been clients of autozone for a long time now but today was the last day. My mother had previously gone to check her battery and bought a part which they gave the wrong one and when she went to get it again 2 female employees told her that it wasn’t there yet after almost a week! Then they made her go back because it was there they just didn’t bother to even look. Then today my mother goes to check another battery and the same female from previous called NINNA was so rude and disrespectful she said in English to the other employee “to not help her, leave her there to wait for 10 minutes” and also “here she comes again with the battery and laughed at my mom”. During this time I wasn’t with my mom but when we went to pick up the battery I went with her and she didn’t have a name tag or anything and when she saw us she Kind of laughed but didn’t say anything anymore because I was with my mom. This employee should be fired or have a training to learn how to respect and treat the clients. I hope autozone on 10th st. in Gilroy does something about this. From now on will not recommend this place anymore to anyone!

The manager had to help me after two of their registers couldnt get my card to work. The third register finally worked but I was never refunded my money from the previous canceled transaction. The manager also sold me the wrong year oil pan and cost me a week on my project along with the last of my money in my account which I still have yet to see. They also werent able to do an inventory check when I called ahead.
