I am a long time repeat customer here and have nothing but praise for the team. Not every job turned out perfect but they stood by their product and in one occasion disassembled my dash again to replace a defective blower fan. Most recently I was quoted a great price on replacing my internal oil pump and had it done the next morning. Old and new cars will benefit from this polished establishment.
I needed 4 new tires for a 2007 2nd car. The manager quickly realized I needed the most economical tires available. There was no attempt to upsell something I didnt need. I still got a great warranty that will easily last as long as Ill hang on to this car. This honesty and integrity has been consistent in our many years of having our cars serviced at this business for routine maintenance and for a few major repairs.

I brought my car in for a simple strut replacement and ended up with an 1800.00 body damage! When trying to work it out with the reginal manager Rosa, who oversees 3 repair shops in Gilroy(which damaged my car, Manger is Carlos Aylon), Morgan Hill and Sunnyvale. She replied in a text to me Just want to let you know that I spoke with your insurance company and I have denied responsibility for the damage to your vehicle. You got service on the 16th of January and filed the claim immediately the day after without even contacting me first. We made contact on the 20th and you advised me that you didnt file a claim yet or got a repair quote. You didnt have the vehicle where we agreed you would have it for me to physically look at the damages you claim my technician did so we can decide how to handle this. Therefore, I have reason to believe this was all planned out on your part. Photos you sent were not clear enough for me to even see any damage. Im going to let your insurance handle this. We are done talking, I already gave my statement to Geico so its in their hands now. Have a good day. Really? It was my plan to dame my own car with the mechanic to file a claim!!?? Carlos must be in on it too since he said it was just a scratch and planted an intended piece of his lifting rack on the underside of my car?!?. Rosa that makes alot of sense believing that and refusing to repair my car from the awful unprofessional business practices here in Gilroy! Dont repair your car HERE!!
