Ordered pickup and they were very fast. They put everything in a handy box, made it easier to transfer.The employee that helped was very patient and friendly! Great customer service. It was Friday, August 27th in the evening around 7:30 pm.

Honestly needed a water but picked up Ketel One vodka cucumber mint and grapefruit rose botanical flavored mini bottles. Havent tried yet! Will update once i do!

Dont bother trying to get an order delivered. They leave it the to a Third Party who may or may not get the job done. Somehow its my responsibility to make sure the courier (last year I didnt even know they used a courier service) is old enough? Thanks for ruining my moms birthday.

Me and my sister placed an online order and we were having problems so we called and asked one simple question and some employee by the name DAWN gave us attitude for no reason what so ever. We ended up having to solve our technical difficulty’s on our own and called again just to have the same girl answer again and give us even more attitude. Please if you’re going to have attitude and not help people. Don’t even bother getting a job.

Its a good place for hard alcohol and other spirits such as wine but for most craft beers you need to be careful as most dont age well. I tend to check the sell by dates or date it was canned as a really good beer could end up tasting awful if it has been sitting on the shelf too long.

I love their selection on good old favorites like wines, Gluten Free beers and a wide variety of Apple Ciders, fruit ciders among other Gluten Free drinks.Great for adults to get that kid in a candy store feeling!

Clean store and attentive staff. Oddly enough I can never choose a craft beer that suits my fancy. I feel like it is a beefed up Safeway/Vons. For some reason they dont seem have business agreements with the many fantastic local breweries in its vicinity.If you want decent craft beer at a better price, go down the street to Costco.

We were on the way home from San Francisco and made a stop in Gilroy. We love to shop at the Barnes and Noble, since there isnt one on the Monterey Peninsula.We also like to stock up at the BevMo there. We love a wine called Chocolate Shop, which is impossible to find near our home.The same goes for Kamora. Even the BevMo in Carmel doesnt stock those brands. We happily stocked up and made sure to let the store clerk know that we are glad that his store stocks our favorites.

Gilroy location is closest BevMo to me. I enjoy going there to get any party or special events liquors. They have great discounts especially during holidays. Their staff is courteous and helpful in my selections I purchase. Love their buy one bottle of wine get second bottle for 5 cents. Recommend this location to anyone looking for great variety and selections of beer, wine, top shelf liquors, mixers, glassware and bar accessories.

First time at a BeMo! I know lol but so worth it the staff is super helpful and friendly. They are so knowledgeable. They have super awesome deals, will definitely be going back I even got me a membership card which helps a lot with extra savings.

I thought I knew my beers (IPA), our beer guy was so informative, I purchased some I would have never considered.

Its bevmo what do ypu expect. Clean and well organized they got that going on.

We went in for a limited edition item. They had a case in stock which we didnt very happy about and bought all of it.

Arrived at BevMo at 7:55 and they already had the doors locked. The employees saw us standing at the door and did not open it! The posted store hours say you close at 8:00. Bad customer service. Unfortunately for you Safeway will get my business!

They have it all. And if they dont, they will order for you. Helpful staff. You gotta get the Bevmo club membership to really save $$

Great varieties of drinks

Horrible Service Provided by Dawn she literally attacked me verbally and harassed me and made fun of my height and stature in front of other customers. I felt humiliated and discrimunated against. I Went into BevMo today to buy a bottle of tequila in celebration of a life as were celebrating the passing of our grandmother; the lady that was in there her name is Dawn (white lady rude heavy set) was extremely rude to the point that she was disrespectful to me when all I asked was for help finding a certain bottle of tequila. Absolutely the WORST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Go somewhere else its not worth the dissatisfaction and the rude UNPROFESIOBAL SERVICE..customer service is so horrible and lacking. I CANT BELIEVE YOU WOULD HIRE ANYONE SO RUDE HURTFUL OR DISCRIMINATORY Who will harass customers instead of finding someone to help them.

Always good for a Bevmo, but they should give discounts for buying a case of beer... & not charge for each 6 pack ( how lame is that). Also using your discount should be linked to your Bevmo card members account (also lame). But overall this is a great Bevmo.
