These men were a complete God send, we clipped our 5th wheel at Costco gas station and tore the back panel half off. These gentlemen were so very kind and put in some massive screws etc and patched us up well enough to get us back on the road with in a couple hours. We were so grateful. VERY nice to see people that willing to help in this day and age.

I have a 2018 Winnebago Vista. Bought it new last year and already have had various things go wrong with it. Given it’s under warranty I took my rv to manteca RV and they fixed a few things and missed a few but took very long. I also decided to drive to Davis to a big dealer there and again they fixed a few things and others were things that happened to work when the technician tested them, yet when I go on my trip the water heater is not working. I call Joe and over the phone he tries to help me troubleshoot the problem. I ask if I can bring it by and he tells me we might not be able to install the part today probably Monday. I ask if I can buy the part and right away he checks to see if he has one in stock and he does. I drive down there and he trouble shoots the water heater and sure enough it doesn’t work. He replaces the board and bam the water heater lights up. So for me the service was great from calling 10 places they were willing and able to assist. Will definitely be back for more work if need be.

I left my RV here for a month with full instructions to one of the 2 owners and off to Europe I went. Being a fulltimer, I expected my RV to be done upon my return. Unfortunately nothing had been done, not one single thing on the list. There was no communication between the owners and with more excuses than I can name they pointed fingers at each other. I wont rip them but I would never trust my RV with them. I have taken it to a much more profession and organized place.

We were blown away by the level of service, professionalism, problem-solving and straight-up neighborly kindness that these guys demonstrate. We limped up to their door in the middle of an epic road trip and they fit us into their *packed* schedule just to make sure we got back on the road safely--and they didnt even charge us a premium for the rush. They welcomed us in like family, they explained everything they were doing thoroughly and in a timely manner and they treated our 20-year-old rig with the same high level of respect, care and precision as the $500,000 beast parked next to it in the shop. They saved our RV, plus our trip and our month and our sanity. We cant recommend them highly enough.

After many months of frustration with a local repair shop I finally got smart and called RV Service and Repair. Lydia in the office was so helpful and was able to get us in quickly. Without going into all the details (too numerous to mention), Ray got our RV back in safe handling condition in a matter of days after we had dealt with another shop for months. It is very comforting knowing we now have a shop to count on for our repairs. We cant thank you enough, Ray. You literally saved our lives.

My wife and I travel full time for work and play. It makes it very difficult to get a repair done. Most shops are booked 2 + months out. I called RV Service & Repair today about a generator problem.Weve been in a lot of 100 degree travel days this summer & need the generator to run the roof a/c to keep the coach cool & of rest area cooking. Joe is the only person/shop I called who was willing to get us in on an emergency basis. He suggested he might be able to help me over the phone at no charge. We started troubleshooting & his first step solved the problem! When im in the area & need help this is the first shop i will call.

Hidden Gem. Joe and Ray fixed all my major RV problems and were very easy to work with. This was the third time my slide out and jacks stopped working and they figured it out in one hour. The other guys took 8 hours to figure it out and they took 1!! They are organized in a way that works for them. I called them almost everyday and they always answered the phone and addressed my concerns. I will definitely be going back.

We purchased a brand new Aliner and needed some warranty work done. Driving back to Arizona where we purchased the camper to get the work done was not an option. RV Repair Specialists agreed to do the work and worked directly with Aliner for the cost of the repairs. We were able to drop off our camper right away. We got it back in time for our next camping trip and were 100% satisfied with the work done. We then had some issues with the brakes, and they helped us figure that out too - no charge. Very professional, always answered the phone during business hours and great work. We will back....well quite honestly we hope not to be....but if we ever need repairs again, RV Repair is our choice hands down.

Where do I start? Very disorganized, lack of communication and customer service. First, when I had an issue with my black tank and needed some bodywork replaced, it went 3 months of me checking in, and they finally told me they require payment for parts. By then it was Christmas time, when RV companies shut down so I had to wait another month for parts to come in. Once the work was done, I noticed that they did not put the underbelly on properly and it was saggy. They stuffed plastic or something in the areas where there were gaps. I noticed this after the fact and rather than have someone come to me (they ARE mobile techs), I had to take my RV back to them. At this time I left a screen door with them for repair, thinking it was a quick, easy fix. 2 months later, still not fixed so I got it back and had it fixed at my RV in 20 minutes. I also had two awning end caps that broke so asked them to replace them. They told me they only come in sets of 2, and the 2 I needed were parts of 2 different sets, so they had to buy 4 covers and they charged me for all 4. I had to ask them to give me the 2 they did not install. I had almost ordered them myself from the RV manufacturer and I wish I had, because THEY could just send me the 2 I needed. The last straw for me was some insurance work they completed. They were provided with estimates from my insurance company, letting them know what they would pay. It says right on the estimate, that the shop should call before proceeding with work if there was a difference in cost. I let them know that, so they could call... I didnt want to get stuck paying the difference or not getting the work done if they couldnt come to an agreement. One of the owners actually said to me that it looks like they are going to pay us a lot less as if he was just accepting their estimate. I checked with them a few times and when I found that no one was calling thr insurance company, I called them myself, and the adjuster came out to see my RV at the shop and negotiate pricing with them. The adjuster was very generous and they were paid pretty darn close to what their estimate was, between the insurance payout and my deductible. Yet.... They kept scowling at me, and making me feel like a terrible person. One of them even said I dont understand how you managed to get it done like this. Im sorry if my actions got insurance to raise their labor rate from $99 to $120 instead of their usual $125, and Im sorry if my actions got their invoices plus profit plus shipping paid, instead of the lower amounts and no shipping that insurance was originally going to pay. I fully expected to be thanked for my efforts to help them, and instead was not even thanked for my business, but treated like an outcast not welcome in their shop. Other smaller work that was done, had no follow up from them as far as getting parts, I was calling and showing up to their office to talk to them and see orders in person. After the first time, waiting 2 months and finding that the order wasnt placed because they didnt let me know they needed payment for parts, I wasnt going to wait that long again. IF you decide to have these guys work on your RV, be prepared to either wait a really long time for them to get parts... Or be your own project manager to get the work done. And be prepared to be treated like less than dirt... Not even a thank you for your business. Ive been to a few RV shops over the years with various RVs, and this was, by far, the absolute worst experience Ive ever had.
