Buyers beware. Mike has been recommended to me as a person who knows how to install commercial water softening systems. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but awful. When you talk to Mike on the phone you get an impression of a solid well run big company specializing in water treatment. In reality it is just a one man solo shop. When asked to produce a quote for a system, Mike took three weeks and produced exactly nothing (at that point I gave up). He engaged another buddy of his (who is unlicensed) to help with an installation, however still failed to quote me on the system.I recommend that you evaluate his contractors license for applicability. He does not have a plumbing license, only water treatment license. His license has a history of citations, so make sure to check thoroughly. In conclusion, very bad experience.

I strongly recommend Water Warehouse and Mike. The service was unbelievably good. We have a Pentair 7000 XTR water softening system for our home. I called to try to book a service appointment but when Mike called me back, he spent 20 minutes to walk me through reprogramming and diagnostics. The unit was quickly up and running. I tried to pay him but he refused. We will be supporting Water Warehouse by buying any water we need from there and the salt for our system. Fantastic service. Thanks Mike!

Great source for drinking water

Nice people. I would have gave 5 stars but, they didnt even offer to help me carry it out or offer me a cart. Also, very small parking area. You have to back out onto a very busy street. So, if you have a large vehicle, you may be Better off parking next door.

They are very friendly and nice! They wash your bottles for you and help you fill. As a side note, they only take credit/debit if it is $10 or more, or else cash only.

Great place to get salt for your water softener. Beats Lowes and Home Depot.

We had a water softener installed by Mike a few years ago when we lived in Gilroy. He and his crew did a great job and worked super fast. So of course when we moved to Morgan Hill we again had him put in a softener for us.You can also purchase gallons of water or plastic water bottles here. Once in a while, when were in the Gilroy area well stop by for some water or softener salt. Although they are a bit more expensive than other places. I believe they charge about $7 for a 40lb. bag of softener salt when you can get them at Home Depot for about $5.

Got stuck behind them in the road heading to their location.They drove like they were drunk and were just as rude when I was there for my visit.Luckily there are other water services in the area.

Friendly staff takes complete care of you as soon as you walk in the door. I started coming here several months ago and now only get my water from them.

The owner says they are closing the end of this year😞
