Not happy with pricing. I paid in advance online and then they charged me more for the tires! I had also paid online for the alignment and they claim i hadnt paid. Isnt that part of new tires...grrr

I remember my last visit here the service man and manager that helped his name was Carlos and wow was he terrible. He was weird and not friendly and I would never go back there because of him. Dont know what corporate was even thinking having him work there. What a poor way to represent the company. Also know that it is a very exspensive place I find other places way cheaper and from a place that deserves it because I am treated way better.

Was not impressed with the $ 400 dollar difference to there local competition.. Felt deceived by the salesman.. when he tried to tell me what a great deal I was getting... and that he would only honor price today.. CAN YOU SAY... ( HIGH PREASURE SALESMAN! ) Very disapointed!!! Bid was for identical work.

I had 10a.m. appointment didnt start oil change till 11:30 when I complained to manager. Looking for another place to have oil changed.

I really hate to leave negative reviews of business as I know how often the customer just gets it wrong and misrepresents the circumstances. But the sales manager Joe and the staff here were just simply hostile and downright rude. Im truly taken back by their lack customer service skills. Not to mention there conduct was not predicated on a pre-existing issue with me as a client, Im a first time customer. Please look elsewhere for tires and or repairs.

I used to go here for all regular maintenance but have since moved out of the area. Made a recent appointment for the same day and my vehicle was finished early too. They Recommended 2 new tires when all I went in for was an oil change, but didnt make it a big deal when I turned them down. I will definitely be back in a week or two for the tires because its worth the drive for excellent service. 👌👍

Made an appointment online. It was confirmed and then once I arrived the staff was friendly but they said they dont do assignments on Teslas. I clearly marked on my appointment that I had a Tesla and it was approved by a human as the first email stated it would be approved. The second email only said that the appointment was confirmed. Thanks for wasting my time.

I give 4 stars because they have always been honest and do really good work. The only problem Ive had is the time it takes to get work done. They are really busy which is a great problem to have, but sometimes I need work done faster. Otherwise Ive never had an issue with these guys and appreciate their hard work ethic.

The people working at Wheel Works are very friendly. They help you as fast as they can. They are open when other tire places are closed which is very helpful. They try to give you the best prices and if you give them a price quotes from another store they will try to match or do better with it. It is the only place around here we get our tires and alignments.

I dropped off my Ranger to have the alignment done, I knew that the truck was going to need more then just the alignment, I just didnt realize what because Im not a mechanic, but they contacted me and let me know, they also kept me informed and told me that they would be done by the end of the day. Sure enough I got a call 15 minutes to 6p.m. Im happy to say that at the end of the day I picked up my Ranger with the front completely fixed, aligned and running smooth. I had an issue with my tires but the issue was resolved. However, the customer service was not great this time around. The older lady you have at the front desk on Sundays working evening shifts is rude. She decided to take it upon her self to interrogate my husband and I on our time being in the United States. She asked many questions that had nothing to do with my car. Overall, the car was fixed but the experience was not the best.

These guys were great. Ive never had a more complete receipt and summary of services performed. Plus, this shop is tied into the Bridgestone/Firestone network so all warranted services are covered by any of those shops--great news for us road trippers!

Tire got flat so I came in and go two brand new ones. They asked if I wanted to get a Wheel Works credit card but never mentioned any roadside service protection. Two days later, one of the brand new tires has a screw in it, and they said we’re not covered by the warranty or anything because we didn’t get the roadside service protection. Customer service was poor as well, which made the whole process more frustrating.

Good tires but if you need to fix a flat or rotate your tires that supposedly is included when you buy tires expect to wait at least 2 hours. What a joke...

Very cool spot. Came in end of the day on Christmas eve and the guys installed 4 new tires on my SUV in about 20 minutes seriously. Very impressed great price also!

Inflated one side of the truck to 100 psi and the other at 60psi. Rear wheels didnt get balanced correctly and want me to pay again. Half the staff speaks no English.

I went in late on a Sunday afternoon (3:45) to see if I could get a screw removed, but it was too far into the sidewall to be safely repaired. I was in and out with 4 new tires (it needed them) in about 1/2 hour!! I got quick, professional service on a Sunday afternoon when no other tire shop in Gilroy is open. Thanks!! Well be back the next time we need tires.

Quick and simple, they got me back on my way to work in under 45 minutes. Just make sure to do all payments at the very end before leaving. I paid for fixing my tire first, but in the end, bought a new replacement tire so I think I should call them for some refunds because I shouldnt have paid for some of the problems with the old tire then.

Very simple, straight forward, and cheaper than American Tire or Costco. 4 new tires, safety inspection, and alignment check all completed within the promised 1 hour, and I didnt even have an appointment. Thanks to Carlos especially for taking care of this for me.All the reviewers complaining about rudeness, I wonder what exactly happened. Maybe you were just stressed because you dont like dealing with car trouble and you overreacted to a person trying to do an underpaid days work who didnt feel like kissing your ass? Or not. But probably.

I brought my 97 4runner in, dreading the typical response i usually get from most shops. Yes i know it has 270k+ miles. Yes everything is worn out. No i do not want to spend 4 grand on it. Carlos was extremely polite, helpful, and gave me a straight to the point answer on what is most important, and an estimate that actually came in 20$ under. Not 200$ over like the guys down the street. Overall id say this was the best walk in experience with a shop ive ever had, welcoming me to Gilroy. Thank you, and i will be back.

I dislike going here. I wish we would not have purchased our tires from this Wheel Works location. The place is uncomfortable to wait in, the coffee is cold and stale, and I just shutter inside knowing that I will soon have to return to get the tires rotated. Today, I have to go back and get the tires balanced again because they did not get it right the first time when I was there last week. Really?

I took my truck to wheel works in gilroy ca. They told me i needed parts replaced tjat were non wearable. After replacing parts that dod not need replaced they wreacked my steering box. They agreed to replace for free wreaked that one too . To my truck to anouther shop they said not safe to drive had to have fixed or towed could not let me drive. Carlos prommised to pay the 1289.00 bill. He has just given me f2f he run around he is a dishonest crook . He is the manager there hope no one else goes there he is not a man of his word . That is my work truck and could not use for a week and a half

Im currently looking for an alignment on my car, but Im skipping this place.let me sharre my experiace, this happened a while back at this Gilroy location. i took in a flat tire for repair (tire was already off the vehicle), they told me it would take about a half hour at most. Half hour goes by and I go check in, the tire hasnt been touched. Stuff happen sure, they could have overlooked the single tire sure, I understand. So I let them know, simple reminder, and yes, they are somewhat rude. but they told me they will take care of it right away. I come back an hour later thinking it would be done and it still hasnt been touched. I go back in to tell them and the guy is seems bothered that Im reminding. it almost seemed they were being spiteful because i kept reminding them about my tire. end the end it tool over 3 hours to get it done. That Yellow place down the street charges half for tire repairs and they are fast. dont believe me? call them for prices and compare.Theres other places people... avoid this place

Bad service I made an appointment for Saturday at 9am called at 12:00pm to see if they got to my car yet he said let me call you back waited 45 mins went to see if my car was being worked on still parked in the spot I Lefted in so just asked for my keys he said sorry about that I guess my business wasnt good enough for him Ill never go to that place ever so I went to meineke best service there and there honest!

I dont normally review, but im annoyed by this one....Appointment for alignment. Alignment rack was empty for an hour, and they put a car on it ahead of mine(rack was not being fixed, and align tech has been there). People seem nice, but thats all. Had 3 studs cross threaded and broke and they were the last to work on them. Had an alignment checked after they had done the alignment and toe on both fronts were in the red by 40. Was wondering why inside of front tires were wearing so bad. Not sure if just bad techs or just making business for themselves. Still waiting for alignment, just make sure you have their work rechecked by another shop, usually free, if you decide to go here.

Extremely rude staff who tried sending me to Watsonville (where I bought the tires) to get the tire repaired. If youre looking for tires in the Gilroy area, I suggest you go Costco or American tire where offers more courteous staff and better selection of tires.

Brought in 2 tires and wheels off a vehicle.For a swap.Was expecting to drop them off and pick them up later in the day. 15 minutes later Im done and out the door. Cant complain about that 1 bit
