Doug, the man behind this company is really a slick salesman. I thought I did all my homework. I even took the extra steps of looking at his prior work and checking out the references he provided. We gave him a large order, 3 bathrooms-cabinets and entire kitchen and a study room.Within 2 years I am having issues with few of the cabinets. He absolutely refuses to take my calls. There is a warranty on these but it is not even worth the paper it is put on.I would have to go to small claims court to enforce it. It would be too much of a hassle to go through it. I think this is the reason he knows he can get away with substandard work.If had to remodel again, I will not use USA Cabinetry.

I recommend you DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with this man. He disappeared after we wrote the check. Will not respond to emails or phone calls. I am disappointed that my general contractor used him. Bad judgment by me and him.
