Worst service ever, I had two stones in two different rings, first one fell and they replaced it with another one not exactly what I wanted and the second one was my wedding ring that I bought in April 28th to find out that my diamond that I paid for10k fell a month and half later, I trade in my old wedding ring at that time with them to get the new one, however since my diamond was insured I was able to go back to order a new one and this is when it started, me and my husband went to order the new stone two weeks ago when Jolly said yeah I did order it for you and told me that Ill get it a week later which was last week and didnt hear anything from them so my husband called them and they returned the call to tell my there is an issue with the system where they cant see the delivery date, we went yesterday to follow to find out that there wasnt any order placed because the stone was sold out to another person, wow and we wouldnt know if we didnt call or show up so I asked for my fill refund when they told me ops we cant refund you the fill amount we will put some in your card and try to find your previous wedding ring that I trade in to give it back to you because their DM said Im done with this issue, guys save yourself time, effort and money and take your business somewhere else where you get appreciated and treated respectfully, the reviews above from other people are accurate and Ive been through it myself.
Went in to get my watches resized..and they were very patient..they took two large off...and it was too tight so they put them back on and took off two smaller ones...very patient and very nice!

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience! Im sorry my spelling of her name, Simmi was so patience and understanding. I am not a jewelry person at all, but she made some great suggestion in our price range. I never felt rushed and never felt inadequate of my no knowledge of jewelry. She made us feel very comfortable and will return again for those keepsakes. The store itself felt intimidating, but Ms. Simmi put us right at ease. Great sale prices on most items. Well I dont know yet! I didnt buy the merchandise but my son did, I have had to go in to deal with the exchange on the size and color of the gold. Here we are 4 month and no ring. We will have to wait till November 7th. The lady from the place the do the ordering was SOOO RUDE to the sales person I was dealing with....so I dont know if buying from a discount jewelry store is best.
I was expecting extraordinary service, however I was treated not in professional manner at all. Fist of all the old lady who was trying to persuade me to buy the watch which wasnt automatic, wasnt with sapphire crystal and most of all it was overpriced by $150. She didnt even recognize advertised discount. Friend of mine who was looking for jewelery was also disappointed. I wont come back to this place. Avoid this place at all cost.
The Staff here is not patient and not understanding. It is their way or the highway thinking. They go against what other stores in CA say about getting store credit. I asked their staff member what the Clarity of a diamond was, and they said G-H. G-H is on the Color scale, not the Clarity. Knowing the 4c’s of Diamonds should be a prerequisite if you are in the diamond business. Buyers beware of crap certifications. Some certification companies accept money to rate the diamonds higher. I had much better luck at the Mountain View store. I would not even trust this place to clean a ring much yet buy it here.
