AVOID AT ALL COSTWe worked with Diamond Doors to install multiple interior doors with moldings. The doors themselves seem to be installed solidly but the molding is a HOT MESS. Whats worse is that after I contacted the owner with pictures to express concerns that his employees didnt seem to know what he was doing, he came out, agreed, and then said that someone else would come out to help / fix the issues. They sent the same person back and rather then flush cutting the existing base molding to slide in the new casing, he just used his hammer to rip out my existing.Well the net result is the molding looks nothing like what we asked for, and they damaged the existing molding in multiple rooms. Then when I sent more pictures to ask for an explanation he tried to tell me it was already that way before they started and called into question my door warranty. The owner is refusing to take ownership of his employees mess ups and now I am going to have to spend even more money to get this fixed.I tried to have my credit card reverse the charges but apparently you have to do it within 2 billing periods. Since these were special order that was not possible. the first photo is what that said they could do (they sent it to us). The second photo is what they did. the last 2 photos are just a couple of the areas they damaged. This is how the left it.

Better go get your doors at home depot than here. Ridiculous prices here.

I have not officially been to Diamond Doors yet to meet their staff and scope out their products. However, I was given a donation for a project that is going to be starting soon for our family of community office. This will hopefully be a place where we can offer meals to the homeless, teenagers or even families or working people who might need lunch, breakfast or even clothing, showers and a nap in between the day, but nowhere to do so.This project is being based off our family experience of being homeless for so long and having our younger children go through it with us. My son is eager to help revive this community and get back to hanging out with his classmates, as well as meeting new friends. Our goal is to provide more services for the community of Gilroy and San Martin, Ca.We will be planning this project soon and if all goes well, we will be starting this process on January 2nd, 2021. We are welcoming anyone in this community, in the town of Gilroy, Ca, who would like to volunteer your time, to keep looking out for our website soon. The quote was ridiculously high. I went to Morgan Hill and got 40% off.

This door company is trade used by the builder that I bought a home from. I have never seen doors with worse quality than the ones installed by this company. 1) door cannot close smoothly. 2) extremely inconsistent gaps between the door and the floor. 3) huge gaps of some doors from the frame. The guy from the company even told me that is for wood expansion. Never seen huge gaps like that. You can almost insert a finger into it. 3) a door cannot close! I mean cant you just check the door if it can close after installing it? 4) Rude altitude. I find all of these problem in a single home. What a joke!
