We took our daughters hat to get something engraved. They told us 45 min took them 2 hours. When we finally got the hat it look like a kindergarten had done it. I told them and they tried to fix it but they didn’t even do nothing to it. Will never return!

Employee Adrianna was being very disrespectful in front of customers at the lids gilroy location. Completely unprofessional talking to her coworker. It made others visibly uncomfortable, not a good employee.

I forget how exspensive hats are here. But cant help but always leave with one or two. Thanks to the great customer service we always remember why we come back.
