I was going crazy trying to have my medic alert bracelets fitted, but I could not find anyone that would do it. On a whim I decided to try Googles fist choice.I called the store and told Brandon that I needed a few links removed and he kept mentioning a battery watch 😑 so I thought oh great!, But I decided to take my chances and showed up anyway.Best decision ever! Brandon was great! He remembered our conversation and just as soon as I pulled out my bracelets he said oh yeah, no problem and then proceeded to fix them right away!My bracelets are guaranteed for life, if I need it resized in the future, all I need to do is bring in my receipt. I will be bringing in my watches here as well!

I brought in a 400 dollar watch to have the battery replaced. When I got it back the watch wasnt running. I then took it to a professional jeweler to see what the issue was and they revealed that the coil and movement had been damaged the last time the battery had been replaced. The one and only time I had the battery replaced was at the TIME FACTORY OUTLET. BY ALL MEANS AVOID GETTING REPAIRS OR BATTERY REPLACEMENTS DONE HERE

Went there for a battery replacement. I couldnt believe how good the deal was. $17.50 one time charge for your first replacement. Free battery and labor after that. Dont forget to get the card for the deal!Work done in front of you while you wait.

Horrible! I took my swiss watch there to change the battery. The guy there took it apart and could not put it together for over an hour. Finally he returned it to me in three pieces !!!Do yourself a favor and dont go there!

I bought a Timex heart rate monitor there. The sales person convinced me to purchase a battery replacement plan.Took the heart rate monitor home and found out that reading is not accurate. I brought it back the next day. The store accepted the ruturn of heart rate monitor, refused to refund me for the battery replacement plan.I do no recommend this store.
