Every time I come in here, Delia is amazing! No matter how long the line is, she has a great attitude and treats every customer with patience and kindness. She is efficient and deserves to be recognized for being such a consistent and reliable employee!
Zero stars for this location. It says it opens at 9:00am and doors are still close. Change your hours if you dont plan to open at the designated time.
They are constantly late! They used to open at 8:30,changed their hours to 9, and still cant manage to open on time. If you need to use it dont plan of coming in the am, you will be sorley disappointed. Get better employees that are on time!
It would be very helpful if they opened the doors when theyre supposed to. I was there this morning at 9:07am and the doors were locked. I knocked and called to no avail.
Located in a small plaza next to an empty plaza “if that makes any sense “ this UPS store location has plenty of parking including handicap parking just to the right. The store is clean and roomy on the inside.They offer P.O. Boxes, notary service as well as the standard service’s that UPS stores offer.The lady in this store was very nice and took her time to help all her customers with out rushing “good job” she helped pops get a letter notarized and was very understanding in helping him get it done.
No wonder this UPS Gilroy branch gets bad reviews. It says opens at 9:00 AM and there’s nobody here to open the door. I gave it a good five minutes and called the store - no answer, voicemail full. It’s 9:30 AM and still no employee or manager. This branch needs to improve!
Hours say they open at 9am. There has been three days in the last week I have been there at 9am and waited while the store is still closed with NO EMPLOYEES in sight.
The store hours show 8:30 am but are never open. It is now 8:48 and still nobody! This is my third bad experience with hours of operation. I should have learned by now. Change your hours or hire employees that are punctual!

Had to send a package before work, states on the door that they open at 9am, however there was no one insight. How can a business operate this way? Had leave, waited 30 min, complete waist of time!
I have tried to use this location several times and each time they are closed at 9AM even though the hours posted say they open at 9AM. Terrible. Just change your hours!
Always slow, but great place to mail a late day package THROUGH UPS. Staples offers USP but only has a one daytime pick-up. You can find a Notary. But call first to see if the person is in.
This store has hours posted outside opening at 8:30am and online. This store is NEVER opened on time. It’s 8:40 and still not open. This is the second time I get here early and its still not open on time. Their answering voicemail doesn’t give any updated opening times either. UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION AND STOP WASTING PEOPLES TIME.
The taco place next door is really good and has dollar tacos on Tuesday!As for this place good luck coming on time because they never show up when theyre supposed to.
I could not find anyone to sell stamps as rhey were out or didnt sell and the lady with the long black hair was kind enough to give me one from her own purse! She is awesome..you dont find people like her anymore. Thank you🙏
I have been renting mailbox here for almost 3 yrs. Good service good people always willing to help. Ive had my mail sorted and sent to my winter address out of state and never a problem or attitude. Ive been late on payment for almost 2 months and never a problem. They go above and beyond not only the owner but all the staff. Im grateful to have my mail well cared for and sent to me when I ask. Their printing service and computer use service all services Ive used have been great. We need more businesses such as this one in Gilroy
I called ahead describing what size box I needed to mail ASAP. When I arrived the clerk (Brenda?) had found the perfect size, filled the box with the baby shower clothing, taped it up, addressed it, explaining everything.I normally read lips due to hearing loss but with her Covid mask that was impossible, so she spoke louder at my request.I received great customer service. Waiting for them to open they never show up in time....if it says open at 830am probably best to be there around that time and not 9:43am. Weird how that sounds a bit picky but I didn’t choose those hours so I’ll go to another place 👎👎👎👎

Worst place ever, left a package on Tuesday today it’s Sunday and they still haven’t shipped the package yet, if I was UPS I’ll close the store immediately this is just creating bad reputation for UPS.
This is the worst ups store. Literally the slowest and least able people work here. They have found the most incompetent people and hired them. I came to simply drop off an amazon return and two employees are present, a quick scan of the bar code and I should be off.Not here friends! Slow employee number one is taking two customers ahead of me while world slowest dinosaur employee is walking around the store doing god knows what.What the actual F???Scan and go people. Scan and go.Avoid this unless you want to rip your hair out.
I didnt catch her name but the rep working when I went to have job-site permits/plans printed was happy to help and more than happy for me teach her how to make 2 sided 11x17 prints. #learneveryday

I live here locally and always had a great experience with this UPS store. Mr. Mitan and his colleagues were always nice to me and are always there to help. They are very courteous with people even if the customers are having a bad experience. It’s always good to be nice.
I dropped off my mountain bike today (I had never shipped it, and I had anxiety about sending it, and packing/labeling it correctly as its very important to me), and everyone at this store could not have been nicer! Not only did they reassure me that all would be well - as I hovered around them and my bike - they were so sweet in wishing me well on my trip and my bike race (even got a fist bump). Its things like this, when someone is having a stressful day, that just can make someones day. Thank you so much! I appreciate you guys. :)

Your deliveryman are THE WORST. He gave the name Mario and honestly if I could choose to pick any other delivery I would because he is the WORST. He always says no one is there to pick up but Im here!!!! He needs to be fired. Had to go to the store in San Jose to pick up my packages because he would not wait 5 seconds.
I had a urgent fax I needed to get out just as I walked up to door they had closed but thankfully they opened back up and sent it for me Thank you very much little acts of kindness go a long way 😊
Friendly service and do not even have to write the address just show them the screenshot and theyll ask you to double check the address and then theyll tell you the appx time itll get there and tell you the charges pretty efficient.
The clerks in this store are amazing. I had an error on my bank statement that mistakenly identified the UPS store as making an error with a transaction. I was terribly upset and critical of the store and clerks. Fortunately, they were kind, patient, and incredibly understanding in helping me resolve the error with my bank.I seriously doubt youd receive this type of generous attention with a conflict at most stores. The Gilroy UPS store has an amazing staff!!!THANK YOU for all of your help and kind patience!!
I had a next day envelope that I dropped off at 3:00pm. They were busy and the lady said all outgoing go in the pile on the left. I mentioned that mine was overnight, but she cut me off asking if I was picking up, When I answered no, she repeated herself saying all outgoing going go in the pile. I put my package in the pile. The next day i checked for the tracking number to no avail, and called. Because it was not dropped off in time (5:30pm) it would not be shipped until the next day. I informed her that I dropped it off at 2:30 and put it in the pile as instructed. She then said that i should have told them that my package was overnight because it did not belong in that pile. Now my package will not be delivered until the following day! There are many should haves this story. I am definitely culpable, yet I will not be returning to this facility!
Theres always pack of people, long line. They need more employees - fast one. They usually have 2 employees per shift- 1 in the line and one at the back.

The new owner, who I just met today, is fantastic! He treated every customer in the store like they were his own family. He was able to answer all of my questions and make me laugh a lot in the process. I highly recomed this store!
I have gone to this UPS store for so many years no issue. About the 1$ tape even USPS or FEDEX does that🤐 And its a dollar so pls dont go like you havent over paid for something else. Anyways I like the help that they a give me and Im happy with the service Ill always come back to this UPS Store.
Alwayz just one girl in this location and she always on her phone.... Was do something at the printer she watched the papers go in the machine come out of the machine like this was really necessary... All i waited was stamps she couldve helped me but no she watching the machine and on her phone.... I hate this store but its the only one near my home... Please get more help or just better help for that matter... Also sent a package thur them and it was stolen!!!!!!

The old lady needs to retire! She takes atleast 20 minutes to locate a package in the store or to tell you she doesnt know where it went, with nasty attitude... Ive never had any issues with UPS, (which has always been my preferred carrier) until I had to use the store in Gilroy. Now every time I need to go in to the store I drive to San Jose and still believe its faster then waiting in Gilroy. Where youre only to recieve bitterness and attitude from someone who has seemingly worked there forever and still has no idea what shes doing. Good luck to all attempting to use this facility!
I have never had such slow service. ATT told me to take my modem to UPS to return it. It took her 30 mins to decide she couldnt handle it. Then another 20 mins to take a personal shipment. I will be avoiding this store at all costs.
Been to this place couple of times n everytime i have to say hello because there would be no one at the counter and when someone comes to the front she woman was on her phone and didnt greet me.. Then going to pay for the delievery i pay with a 10 dollar bill and she says she doesnt have change, she looks at the older lady there which is like 65 or older and she says your gonna have to wait till im done with my customer and takes her sweet time which should have been done is the lady i was with could have switched and takin over for the older woman just starting the transaction. So i had to wait while the woman that was assisting me jus stood behind the counter as i saw a couple of people behind me just waiting. I shake my head at dissapointment that its horrible service and they need to hire people who want to help and want to work, who will greet the customer and get the job done in a fast pace. Not good service..
Either google is wrong or the older lady working there wanted to leave early. Google said they were open until 7pm. I raced home after work to get the package i had to send out amd got to the store at 6:15. She was locking up and i told her the internet stated 7. She said the internet is wrong. Who should i be pissed at? Google or the little old lady?
This store does not open at 8:30am as scheduled and their mailbox is full when I called. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of customers.
Poor Customer service: Score-Zero. The service is so slow every time I go. I have to plan to be there for at least 45-60 mins. The hours on their website say they close at 7pm on weekdays, but the older lady on the phone told me they close at 6:15. When I get there, she tells me they close at 6:30. The employees there really do not like their job, and it shows in the work they do.

Terrible service! Waited almost 30 minutes while I was the next person in line. Due to them taking so long my package had to go out he next day, when I was clearly there in plenty of time. They also close at 6:30 - not 7.
I think what an rude writing, from the 98 work with these ladies and have helped me a lot, and besides speak Spanish, have gone out of money to send a letter and did not charge me, it seems strange.
They did not have a fingerprint service as stated on there website.
