My wife and I recently visited the Spas Of Oregon showroom in Gladstone, OR. We were warmly greeted by Phil who showed us the many options and hot tubs they have available. We found the Dimension One spas have a lot of great features, in particular the adjustable neck pads/jets that will help both of us with our stiff neck muscles. After reviewing the different spas, and having all our questions answered by Phil, we chose the Aurora model by Dimension One and put a deposit on it. That was just about a month and a half ago, and yesterday it was delivered and set up for us. The things that really stood out for us when working with Spas of Oregon is that they are great about keeping in touch about progress of the order (shipment from the factory), Phil and Dave at the store are SUPER easy to talk with and provide a wealth of information on spas. The delivery guys were very professional and also provided good info on setup, maintenance, and use. All around Spas of Oregon is a great place to get your hot tub. They are knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and efficient. I’ve never owned a spa before, and these guys really make me feel comfortable in the use and maintenance of my new Aurora spa. We’re looking forward to years of relaxation in it!

Love my new tub and so excited its finally here. The team, Dan Kelly and Titus hooked me up from the electrical to the chemicals, filling up with water and instructions. Financing was easy. The tough part was the wait (17 weeks), but thats because of COVID. Otherwsie, very happy with the service and products!

Great experience buying our hot tub here. Very helpful salesman. But I have had issues on more than one occasion trying to pick up supplies. Waiting outside for them to open for half an hour or more when the posted hours say they are open and nobody is there. Taking my business elsewhere.

After nursing our old hot tub along for about 25 years we decided to splurge and get a new one. We shopped around, and were impressed by the folks at Spas of Oregon and the Dimension One Journey model. Dave and Phil were forthright about pricing and delivery schedule, and I like the fact that they answered our questions but that there was no sales pressure. I want to give a huge shout out to Ambrose who along with the other repair staff delivered our new spa and hauled away the old one; this is not his job, but the regular delivery folks were not available and Ambrose wanted to make sure it was delivered on time. When I went to fire it up after filling it I was disappointed that there was not electricity flowing to the controller, but once again Ambrose was responsive and came back out to only find that it was a simple solution. Great customer service, thanks! Now Im hopeful this new tub lasts for another 25 years...

SWIM-PRO F-1325 - my lights went out months ago and the last update I received was on 8/25/21 that my part was ordered. Still no updates on when the replacement parts will be in. If you are considering getting this spa find something else or go somewhere that has better service.

The hot tub is fantastic, the wait time with covid was short compared to other vendors. Zero complaints with the overall product and the sales process.The customer service after purchase and delivery/setup (including a repair that was needed after initial install) was terrible. If you expect to know what is happening with your hot tub without you calling/texting everyone in the store, manager included - and often, I would suggest you wait.Hot tubs are not cheap and maybe the wait would have been worth it.

Dave in sales and the installation team led by Jason and Ambrose were responsive, accommodating, and professional in all their dealings with us; no mean feat, as along the way, they dealt with unprecedented supply chain and logistical challenges while still providing clear communication and excellent service. Highly recommended.Oh, and the hot tub itself is great too!

Best place around to buy a spa or swim spa. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They stand behind their products, unlike the spa salesman that sell from the Convention Center and all of the others you see advertised that leave town and you get stuck finding support if you have problems. Dave was great with helping us select the right hot tub. He is very knowledgeable and gave us just what we wanted. He gave us a very good price, and everything that we needed was included free of charge. When it was delivered, Jason went above and beyond getting it installed. We have a very high deck, and they were able to get the old tub out and the new one in. He spent a lot of extra time with us and had it all installed and ready to go. The next day I had a couple of questions and Phil was able to talk me through them on the phone. Dave and Phil are both awesome! We love our new spa, and we love the team at Spas of Oregon!

Ambrose came out to fix our spa; turns out the fixes were minor. He was fast and efficient and took time to explain some things we could be doing to keep the spa working better. We have liked the service we get from Spas of Oregon, from when we first bought it, and now with Ambrose. Also, we love the Dimension One Spa!

Great service call on our spa, even came a day earlier than originally scheduled. He got on the phone with the head tech at the factory to figure out the unusual issue we had and was able to resolve it quickly.

I had my hot tub cleaned and refilled last year as a birthday gift with a different company and didn’t have a very good experience. It had a dirty waterline ring when done. They wouldn’t come back for over a month to correct their work.We chose Spas of Oregon to clean and refill our hot tub this year. I Asked if I could watch and learn so I could do it myself, and was told no problem. This tub is different than the one I had in the past with two filters and extra parts. I was allowed to hover across the tub to keep our social distancing while having all my questions answered. The tech they sent, Jason, was great on teaching me. The poor man ended up staying way past working hours as my tub didn’t turn on after we were done at no fault of theirs. We had an error code. He stayed till 1030 pm trying to get it going again. He researched the issue and was back the next day and had it going again in minutes. He showed me how to fix the error code for the future in case it happens again and sent me a written instructions to make sure I would remember how to do it. Thank you for all your help and keeping me informed through the whole process. I definitely will use your company again.

Ambrose came to fix our hot tub. I told him the problem, he diagnosed it, swapped the part and it was done in a matter of minutes! Super friendly and knowledgable with our Dimension 1 spa. I so appreciate he was able to come as this is busy time for hot tub repairs. We bought our hot tub from Spas of Oregon 8 years ago and they still remember us! This is the first repair we’ve needed since we bought it. Replaced circulation pump. Dimension 1 spas are the best! Sales are great too, they are not pushy like other hot tub companies.

My husband and I bought the largest Swimspa they have to offer. The installation process was very unprofessional arriving at our home at 10pm to install, leaving it overnight hanging half way out of our backyard. Since then can’t get them to come back. We have a 28k pool that has been installed wrong and they won’t seem to correct it. Had an appointment scheduled for the no joke the 15th time today. They never show and no call. If this is the service you get from spending this kind of money, I’m not impressed. I’m half tempted to post our txt message thread. It’s embarrassing it’s so unprofessional.

He walked me through what to do with cleaning the hot tub & cover, maintaining the levels correctly & the products I would need. This is our first Hot Tub purchase. Decided to stop by the big blue gorilla on a whim. Was just going to look. It was just before they were closing so thought it would be a quick run in see what they had and leave but then we met Dave and Phil. Told Dave that we just wanted something simple. He showed us what he thought would fit what we needed. We were hooked. What I LOVED was that he was no pressure. If there is anything that will make me leave and not look back is being pressured by a salesperson. Dave and Phil are not like that at all. Dave answered all of our questions, told us our options for the tub we were looking at, then told us to think about it and gave us a card and brochure.Gave them a call the next day or two and said lets order it. Dave gave me his cell number so he can answer any questions I have at any time.The folks they have deliver are amazing. They also are very helpful in answering questions. Everything was finished with setting up last night and by this morning it was all heated and ready to go. It was very hard to get out of it and go to work. I wanted to just lounge in it all day. Thank you Dave and team for an awesome experience. It is not often that I give anything 5 stars but you guys deserve that and many more.

After our nearly new spa stopped working, we had a warranty call into the dealer we purchased it from (Pacific Hot Tub Solutions). After much back and forth and no resolution they told us to call the manufacturer for warranty issues. Thankfully Cal Spa then suggested we work with Spas of Oregon! What a difference a dealer makes! David was prompt at returning my call and very understanding of our frustrations. He immediately ordered the part and scheduled service. Ambrose is clearly very skilled in all things Hot Tubs and would not give up on finding our fix. After months of having a hot tub is yard décor only, we’re happily soaking again!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Both Phil and Dave were amazing! They took the time to find out my wants/needs and showed me all the option within my budget. They are even holding my new hot tub in their warehouse until my space is ready. They were so kind and even played with my 2 year old grandson. Lily the dog is an excellent greeter and its not wonder people return just to pet her. I went to a few different places before I ended up here and they by far have the best selection and customer service. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and they treated me like a family friend. If you are ever in the market for a hot tub or even just some chemicals, do not even think of going anywhere else!

We are loving our new D1 hot tub from Spas of Oregon. Shopped around quite a bit and found a great deal and a great tub. We bought our hot tub back in May and were pleased with how helpful they were. There was an issue with wiring that was taken care of quickly. Ours was a floor model and we absolutely love soaking in it 3-4 times a week!

I will not be returning here for my supplies. If management doesnt care enough about my health to put on a mask when I am obviously wearing one then they clearly dont need my money.

You can get a hot tub anywhere but spas of oregon stand behind what the sell!! I had a pump start leaking 3 years after I bought tub... they came out and replaced, no questions asked. A year later I moved and had an issue with the heater.. talked to the service guy, he walked me through taking the cover off and pushing a heater reset button. Done! Many companies would have REQUIRED an expensive service call. They just helped and got me on my way. Thanks!!!

I was looking for a hot tub made in the US. Found out Dimension One is actually made from Mexico. I dont really like to be lied to. I have a few more places on my list. Oregon Hot Tubs and Marquis said they were made in the US going to check them out now.

My wife Heather and I purchased the Chairman model from Dave and Phil from the 82nd location that is conveniently located off of I 205. They were both very knowledgeable on their products. We never felt we were jacked around or misguided. They had setup the delivery within a 4-6 week window. Within a couple of days before the scheduled delivery we were given a window between 3-7PM. At 5:00-Jason and Reyna called to inform me they were 30 minutes away. They showed up within that time. I was surprised to see Reyna (a rather fit woman-dont mess with her-lol) remove and set the hot tub with her partner Jason. They asked questions on positioning and we hadnt figured it out yet-so they left the PVC pipes so we could move it in the position we wanted. We have had the spa now for 3 weeks. There have been questions on adding chemicals, operation of the tub and accessories-all of which Dave and Phil have answered on the spot. We even asked that the EZ Lift be replaced with something different and Jason was out at our place in less than a week and exchanged with no hassel. We LOVE our Chairman 6 person Spa and would definitely reccommend SPAS OF OREGON to anyone looking for a hot tub. Dave and Phil are THE BEST!!
