If youre looking for a Harley this is your final destination.Just recently went in and had a test ride on the new sportster s as recommended by the GM Lisa with the parts manager Tyler. Wow!! Harley has really upped their stock performance game on this little fella. What a little rocket. Super fun, super light bike. At this price point it is worth every dime. Harley does need to look at something a little different for the exhaust system but the rest of the bike is great. Get down there and test ride!!

Looking for multiple people dropping the ball one after another, look no further. I attempted to sell a 2019 Harley to them, agreed on figures then didnt hear from the sales person for a week. I then called in and got passed around to a few other people and sales managers to then be grilled with questions about the bike once again after they already had assigned a value to my bike, just to again not hear back from anyone for a week.Next, I had a really nice girl reach out who was super helpful agree on everything again and get tha ball rolling, then the driver was out for 2 weeks. After the driver was back, they decided my bike was no longer worth what they stated and backed out on their offer. I understand values change on bikes, but the fact it wasnt my fault for any of the delays, the dealership should have honored their original deal. Bad business, stick to your word!

Service department is so short staffed they cant service you bike. They dont return phone calls in a timely fashion and are just too busy to give good service after sales. You have lost me as a customer! Extremely disappointed with Latus after sales support. Dont buy your bike here!

I like this dealer.They were straight with me on sale of a new bike, never pushed me or made me feel uncomfortable and ensured I selected the bike that would best suit my application/use.Service and accessories departments have been aces as well.Sure, you are paying a premium at a dealer vs. an independent or online retailer, but this shop and staff make it worth it.Ill continue to patronize this shop until this bike is totally worn out, at which point I will likely buy a replacement from them.

I have had some problems with the Harley Corp. logistic issues but Latus Motors has always been good to me. The sales people, shop and owner all seem to be committed to do their best.

Looking for my first motorcycle, which hopefully could be a trike! I would love to attend Sturgis Bike Week With My Father, just like good old days! Now disabled, and widowed, going to spend the rest of my life taking care of him the way he did me growing up! Plan on putting him back on the road with me in front this time, and bringing him back to Sturgis Bike Week which lands directly on his birthday! This would be a dream of a lifetime for both him and I, after we both lost my mom and my dog, there are guardian angels to make sure we make this trip happen! This Harley dealer, has been our go-to, because it just makes my dads day to smell the rubber and see the things that just make my dad smile from ear-to-ear which once was cracked by an accident making him disabled! We were greeted instantly when we walked in the door, we had a sales associate help me and my husband through the whole entire process. He was able to test drive multiple bikes to find the one he truly liked. Our favorite part of the whole experience was when we went to the parts department and was able to modify the bike to our liking. From start to finish it was a great experience. The client experience was top notch and what you would expect or want when you’re spending that kind of money.

Kudos to the mechanic after an S&S big bore and cam upgrade on a carbed 01 softail heritage, 1000 miles in. The communication “middle man” seemed to muddy up the process. Being a non-mechanic I sort of expected an explanation of the major surgery that had been performed. Instead, I was handed the keys to my bike after about $4000 in work. He said please call him with questions but I did not know what to ask at the time. Sure l’m a noob regarding HD but still an info summary would’ve prompted 5 stars.

A sales rep from Latus made an offer on my Facebook listing. Kept giving us the run-around for ten days and ultimately did not honor our agreement without any explanation or contact from the dealership. We sent every required document and we reached out continuously to complete the sale. Horrible communication and customer service.

Set mid week early am appointment for front tire replacement, and was told should take about an hour- BUT appointment took two & half hours.The 15min courtesy wash turned in a 30 min wash on a Fatboy.Kinda concerned that I was only given a suggestion of cable adjustment, when my dad gets multiple suggestions on his bike.Better expectations should be set, or if Latus could do as they say- I wouldn’t have wasted several hours

Bought a helmet that didn’t fit quite right went back to exchange it for a helmet that fits and nope. All helmets final. No exchange!!Thats pretty lame since I didn’t want the money back just wanted a better fitting helmet!Never go there again!!! Period!!!

I purchased my first motorcycle at Latus HD in June of 2018. I visit the business regularly for accessories, clothing, and scheduled maintenance. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Latus has a “welcome” and “at home” atmosphere.

I stopped in at Latus HD on Monday 8/31 towards the end of the day on a curious whim while out running errands. The staff was very friendly and the sales person Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and took their time to show me around multiple different bikes. Eventually we landed on a 2020 Fat Bob which felt the most comfortable and sporty at the same time.The latus team worked hard, stayed late and provided the best customer experience I have had at a dealership to date.While I didnt buy a bike right at that moment, I will most certainly be back in the future to try out another and hopefully take one home. After a test ride, I was more unsure about taking the Fat Bob home which I will detail why below. Suffice to say that the sales team did not apply undue pressure during the buying process and I felt okay walking away without having purchased a bike. That being said, I didnt care for the fact that the deal being offered was only good that night when it was already past close and I would have had to make a decision right then. $21,000 is a lot of money and I personally like to take my time with these types of major life purchases. Most other dealers I have worked with will write up an offer that is good for 15 to 30 days so I may mull it over, talk to a friend or a significant other. Truthfully, that was what broke the deal more me, that and uncertainty about the bike itself.As for the 2020 Fat Bob, heres why I wasnt totally sure. First, to qualify myself, I have only ridden Sporty 1200s previously and have never owned a Harley. After riding dirtbikes all my life, my first street bike was a 2018 Suzuki Boulevard M50 which I later traded out for a Vstrom650 XT fully kitted out in adventure gear, so most of my internal comparisons are to the Suzuki Boulevard and also to my best friends 2018 Honda Rebel 500 which I ride often.The wheelbase of the Fat Bob is short with a steep rake and the bars are low and wide. Tipping it up, it feels lighter than a Honda Rebel 500 which is a 400lb bike compared to the Fat Bobs 700lbs. That alone is quite impressive.It has a fast but heavy turn in, the up-swept exhaust and controls that are somewhere between mids and forwards and that are kinda high give it a really great lean angle, you can actually hammer that thing into a corner! It makes ungodly torque, the pickup of speed is pretty wild and the suspension is soft, but planted.At slow speed the bars are awkward and the hydraulic clutch is mushy and lacks feedback. The throttle lags in response and also feels vague. The stock exhaust note is pretty friggin great tho!I immediately noticed after 2 minutes of warmup that a ton of heat comes off this engine and the rear head of the 114 is almost directly on your inner right thigh. Also the position of the air cleaner, although slim, in stock form will impede your ability to reach the rear brake pedal somewhat. Its doable, but you have to reach for it.Overall the seating position was pretty upright, I wasnt bent forward and the bars are low and wide which makes it pretty comfy. For reference Im 59 and 190lbs. My legs werent stretched out, but they werent cramped either like I feel on short bikes with mids like a Sporty or a Rebel. Theres definitely some pros and cons.Mainly the awkward low speed, heavy turn in, hot engine on your thigh the vague clutch and throttle feel are what made me unsure this is the right bike and at $21,000 thats a lot to be unsure about.Thank you again to the Latus team for their hard work and for the great offer. I hope to see you again soon and take home the right bike for me.

Purchased a used road king through Jason. Really appreciated his laid back style and how he focused on the conversation with me rather than with the guy friend who came with me. I actually went to Paradise Harley in Beaverton first because they are way closer to me, but the salesman there directed all his focus on my guy friend, even though he knew I was the one shopping for a bike. Used to be a great place. Then they got bought out. Tried to say my bike was rusted out and falling apart, and at 26K on the odometer the bike was nearing the end of its lifespan.They must have mistaken me for someone who has never turned a wrench in his life. Aside from a bit of surface rust on a couple of boots, there isnt a spot of rust. And 26k being almost life limit for a Harley? If you hate the bikes that much that you lie and trash talk then, you shouldnt have bought the dealership.I will not be going back here. Ill look elsewhere for my next bike.

A very good friend of mine was in Portland for the weekend he wanted to pick up some Harley-Davidson T-shirts to send it was folks back home. Before he left he bought himself a brand new 2018 883 Sportster, he gave me a call and asked if I could meet him and pick up his bike with my truck and take it back to Seattle for him. The staff was extremely friendly easy to work with, and my friend is very happy with his purchase needless to say he saved thousands of dollars on his purchase not buying it in the Seattle Market thats heavily inflated. They took care of his Washington registration and he only had to pay Washington state tax no City or County taxes were added on since the purchase was not in Washington State I found this to be a great deal for him, Two weeks later is Washington registration arrived in the mail, he couldnt be happier. When the time comes for me to purchase my new bike theyll be my first stop and probably my last.With special thanks to Watson sales representative for helping my friend make a great choice and giving him a great deal.As a Young Man starting his career in United States Navy so many times people take advantage of my Shipmates but that was not the case here with Watson. He bent over backwards to make things right and never pressured him.

Colton from sales helped get the battery out. This was my first time at a motorcycle dealer and it was amazing. The employs are very nice and helpful. They get down on your level, so you dont feel like you dont belong there. Got to meet Tyler cool guy. Took his time to explain things, and answer all of my questions. At the end of the day they know what they are doing.

I dont understand why people wouldnt feel like family here. I know almost everyone here, being a customer for over 15 years, and have experienced nothing less than the gold standard from anyone. Remember, quality never costs as much as the money it saves!Fast forward 2 more years from this review. I have had nothing but the best experiences at this dealership. I love how they all treat me like family, and I’m happy to treat them all like family in return.

These folks are great! Ive come here for various reasons over the past few years, although I havent purchased a bike here yet. Theyve hosted meetups for rides, which were handled very well. They also host Club Eagle Rider, which is a club for renting Harleys. I use the club mostly while traveling away from home but sometimes I rent in town so I can ride a brand new set of wheels for a bit, like when I want to take a trip down to the coast on a brand new Ultra Glide! Ive also come to talk to them about doing work on my bike and they are always helpful. I will be getting a new bike in the next year or so and will certainly be coming here for it. Thanks!

We were actually looking or a Can AM Spyder for my wife to ride and we came across one at Latus. I sent them an email to make sure it was still available and Dani got right back to me with additional pictures and setup a time to come in and do a test drive. Even though it wasnt a Harley the staff was super helpful and did everything they could to help us be comfortable with the bike. Gary made sure we had someone to work with who had some experience with the bike and Colton walked us through the bike as much as he could (Not a Can Am dealership after all). Once we made a decision, Scott in the finance department got us set up with an awesome rate and worked through all the paperwork making it an easy sale. I even have a shout out to Jessica in the Motorclothes department for setting us up with some shirts and getting us geared up.
