I used this place to gather stuff for my new place and my experience was amazing. Friendly staff, clean lot, along with easy access to your account online. 10/10 would recommend Public Storage over other storage places.

Rented a unit online and it was sandwiched between 2 building, so I couldn’t fit my stuff in. Asked for a different unit and it was $70 more than the previous unit. Was not informed of this, but was definitely billed for it.

Manager is extremely rude there is a lot of people hanging around the building. I wouldn’t recommend go elsewhere.

When we fell 3 wks behind due to my husband getting covid the mgr drilled our lock off and opened our unit which they are not to open any occupied units unless being sold items. They put their lock on it and we got multiple stories about this. We removed our property and now realize they stole from our unit.

This crew is so helpful on everything i do or need i would recommend them for anyone needing storage thank you public storage for all that you do do.

Very easy to rent online with no hassle. Didnt have to go to the office at all. I rented it and then a lock was ready for me in the unit I rented. It was easy to cancel as well just a quick visit to the office. The personel working there were helpful and had good attitudes. All in all very swift and easy to do.

Pam, the manager at the Gladstone location was very helpful and courteous when she answered all my questions regarding the rental of a unit. I am now sure that I will rent my current and future storage needs from Public Storage in the various locations my job demands. I travel and am in the construction industry, so I need storage which is well lighted and secure at times for storage of material and tools. My experiences with other similar storage businesses has not been anywhere near as pleasant as was my experience with Pam and her knowledgeable answers to my inquires. Thank you Pam.

The staff at this location are the unprofessional people I have done business with. I had problems with getting the lock fixed on my unit. It took a month for them to fix the lock on the unit! Once the unit was fixed, I decided to move out of my things. Before the next month started because I did not want to pay for another month. Today, I find out I was charged for the month, plus the account was sent to collections. I never received any notifications of the new charges. This is all happening because the manager, did not properly record the correct move out date. Additionally, dont get me started with explaining the poor service of their customer service team. Their support team is not helpful at all!

Pam was is always very polite when I come in and I would recommend public storage to all my friends and family.

I was evicted four years ago having extreme financial difficulty and came here and stored my sentimental belongings ever since. Today I visited and the older gentleman and lady were fantastic and cared about my situation as I explained I couldnt pay it all til next week. They explained the cut lock procedure and even if they do what they have to do I feel like they really really care and dont want if it was up to them to take my stuff and auction it. Just sentimental items of my kids what awesome people. The nicest in the for years Ive stored stuff here!

A good place to put your stuff if your moving & need to store it somewhere for a short time, I wouldnt recommend holding it here any longer than necessary though, furniture can: mold/wear down/warp etc. Some of our stuff did, but they are replaceable. Decent place overall...also dont miss a single payment or theyll change the lock & youll have to buy a new one. 😢😣

I was skeptical about renting a storage unit because I have had bad experiences in the past. I decided to ask a lot of questions and be very reserved, but the Manager at the North Oak facility put my mind at ease. Pam was very professional and didnt push too hard. I left everything I own in a storage unit and there is mold everywhere ruining all of my stuff. Dont even bother telling them about it because they could not care less about anything other then getting rent. Do not put anything in these storage units.

I stopped by your facility a couple of weeks ago to see your storage bins. I was impressed with the kindness and knowledge given to me by the employee working. Jonathan explained the different bin sizes at the facility and showed me the various supplies on hand for my personal needs if required. The area was clean, and neat, and Jonathan was very pleasant. Another employee entered the facility while I was their. Her name was Shawna. They were both extremely kind and answered all my questions. You have good employees that seem to care about their customers and the facility itself.

Poorly maintained location with unexplained price increases. As has been mentioned in other reviews the place you get out out your car to put in the code floods whenever it rains. Also, no security whatsoever. Unexplained price increases on your bill. And the best part is your access code getting randomly shut off for no known reason. Go elsewhere if you prefer a well kept, secure location that actually communicates with its customers.
