Im on a fixed budget. I come in to loan a tool. I tell clerk I needed a harmonic balancer puller. He brings me and install kit instead. I go outside and realize its the wrong tool. I go back in and he the gets the correct tool. Instead of refunding my money or putting balance left from the adjustment back on my card he sends it back to my card and now I am unable to loan the correct tool!

I was on vacation and my battery was not working properly. I came into the store and was helped by Lynn. He was thorough and extremely helpful. Tested my battery and noticed the problem. He got my car running properly and would not take a tip. He was wonderful to work with. Still wish he wouldve let me tip him. He saved me many headaches.

Was worried that my battery was dead, or my alternator had went out as my car wouldn’t start, lights wouldn’t turn on or anything without a jump. Showed up and spoke to Aaron who said he could test both my battery and alternator for me, upon seeing the battery he immediately saw a loose battery terminal, and pointed it out. We ran the tests and everything said it was perfect, he tightened the terminal and I was able to go back good as new without dropping hundreds on a new battery or alternator. Aaron was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever interacted with; you the realest Aaron

La la la love it! I actually used to work for AutoZone for 4 years then I got transferred to selmer Tennessee and which a man that showed up every day for 38 years was let go so that they wouldnt have to pay him his retirement thats when I quit and lost faith in the company but but I do love their system

Friendly service and usually have what i need on hand or get it very quickly!

It a parts store but customer service was great.

The people who work at this store have always been nice and helpful. If you need a part they dont have in store it usually can be ordered and in store in two days. That being said I have never waited any more than overnight but that could be coincidence. Ask about the lend a tool program, if you need a special tool that they have in store you pay the price of the tool and have 90 days to bring it back with full refund including tax. If you exceed the 90 days you have a new tool for your collection. Its a great program if you need to change out pressed In ball joints or that dainty touch only a slide hammer can deliver.

There can be 20 employees in the store and only one customer and you can guarantee youll still be standing and waiting. And you would think that an auto parts store would hire people with at least some knowledge about vehicles. Its not the case here

I have never shipped a more rude asinine store. Simply asked clerk where a product was he informed me he could not help me to find someone else rather than point to a isle.

Aaron B. was very helpful and friendly. I was having car trouble, he came out and tested it and determined it was a bad battery. He hooked me up with a new one, replaced it for me and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes.

Awesome parts prices

They were fast, efficient and had me in and out quickly.

They are unfriendly and not very Knowledgeable. It takes forever to get a part I stood in line 30 min then when I asked for my part he looked at me like he couldnt understand English. Ordered a part on Sunday should have been in Tuesday still not here.

We were visiting from Louisville and our serpentine belt on our truck shredded as soon as we got to Glasgow. We stopped in at Autozone to buy the belt and the men working were so nice. They let us borrow the tools we needed and my husband was able to change the belt in their parking lot. It was a great experience and we were so grateful to have been able to fix it and still enjoy our little vacation. I would highly recommend this Autozone and their employees!

Nic at the Glasgow Kentucky store really went beyond his duties to help me and my son out. My car broke down and safely made it there. After the first part didn’t work he gave me the other one to try out and then let me have another tool to finish and then I needed a jump to get it started. He gave me a pair of jumper cables and keys to his personal car and said can use it to start my vehicle instead of having to wait for someone to help with them being busy that day. Great worker and knows the meaning of Service. Thank you Nic for the help again. Jamie and Michael that was on way to my dad in Somerset KY.

It’s bad when Autozone’s company allows their manager to Park in the handicap parking spot while working his shift and not allowing access for handicap people to obtain safe access to the store in bad weather and yes I have posted photos touch on my name and go to the photos

Went to AUTOZONE on Smith Rd. in Glasgow and was treated great. Very helpful service and Aaron and Chuckie were very helpful and well informed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store and will tell my friends about great service.

I use them all the time. Though I do price shop on most of my parts. I am willing to pay for convenience, but I am not completely loyal to them. Staff is very helpful. I especially enjoy working with Aaron. They are always willing to help any way they can. Also like their tool loaner program.

Well if you like spending over $500 for their mistake it was a great place to be tonight and the manager all he did was make excuses for themselves I will never buy another part from AutoZone again and I will take this all the way to corporate I would not step foot on their property tell me their time was more valuable than mine. I had to tell you they put their pants on the same way I do one leg at a time there no better than I am and I am no better than them but when I go to the auto parts place I expect to get the parts that Im supposed to get not half of them so I get to do the job twice when Ive had back surgery and Ive got a pain pump in me thats not even been installed not even 3 weeks ago and Ive got my wife out there helping doing most of the work and me telling her what to do and now we have to do it all over again because of their mistake so you tell me how was that experience affect you. Would you want your wife under a car changing shift solenoids in a transmission?

Employees are more knowledgeable than most auto parts stores but the waiting is also more than most auto parts store. Im often surprised by them having kinda obscure things in stock. Over all my favorite store to go to unless Im in a hurry.

Overall not a bad place, but their customer service could seriously be improved upon

There was only 2 working front. I was there 15mins and was never recognized or offered help. Walked up and down every row could not find the things on my list. Walked put passed 4 people in the check out only one man working. Still no recognition.

Go there quite often, i do a lot of my own mechanical work, an if they dont have what i need, i can usally get it next day.

I live 45 minutes away I called before I went there they said they had two items which I needed one of those quoted me a price when I got there they had no idea what I was talkin about said they would have to order it then all of a sudden they found one it went from 184 to $258 so the experience was awful and I have been doing business there for years to seems to be a reoccurring thing I think people should be supplemented in some kind of way when they make mistakes
