Wow! Just wow! We came in with a flat. Were not from around here. They were down 3 computers down and still they didnt miss a beat. We were in and out in an hour with a fresh patch and exemplary service. On top of that they do tire repairs for free. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you honestly saved our vacation!!!!

Had an issue of overfilled oil in our VW driving down to Disney with the family. They took our car in early in the morning, drained some oil down to a reasonable level, and then refused to accept payment for the work. Unbelievably kind, and if I was local to them, Id be a customer for life.

Great place. Friendly customer service. They do great work too. I would suggest making an appointment because they are very busy but thats because theyre mechanics so such a great job.

Absolutely horrible experience. Dude beat my center caps like they owed him money. Took them almost 6hrs to change tires and brakes. The guys did noting but play around the whole time. Only one that did anything was the skinny one and he runs his mouth way to much.

Just needed new brake pads, they told me that if they do brake pads then they automatically have to change the rotors too even though they were fine. So no thanks I am not paying 450.00 when all I need is a set of pads installed. I went across town and one hour later they are good as new for less than half the price.

Bought complete tires for two cars. Had a couple of tires keep on losing pressure. I live about 35 miles away so I took it to a local tire shop cause I thought maybe had a nail. They said whoever put the tires on did not clean the rims. This cost me 20 bucks. Also they are very slow for tire rotating. I will go back to my local tire dealer for the better service and better technicians installing tires

Chip at the Glasgow store was Awesome. He helped us pick out some tires to fit our truck great.

Went in this shop in December to get an alignment and was told I needed inner and outer tie rods for both sides. I bought parts for my van and carried them with on my follow up visit on Jan. 14. They told me (which I can understand) that they cannot use customer provided parts, so I tell them to go ahead and put their parts on and do the alignment. When I got ready to leave, the parts I brought with were not in my van, but somewhere in the shop. I am not sure what their plans were but they werent getting my parts. I took my van yesterday to a Meineke and they checked my van and the jam nut was not tight on the passenger side, my back wheel bearing is damaged(no way they could have done a 4 wheel alignment) and the passenger side tie rod was the original never replaced. Would not recommend this shop to anybody.

This place is a joke don’t take any Vehicle here an if you look at there reviews they paid someone to put 5 stars cause they will make you think stuff is wrong with your vehicle when it’s not I’ve seen them unhook power steering lines an say you need a new power steering pump also never finance any work through them they will drain the oil out take your car for a joy ride then come back give you a call an say we need to do a oil change before you have damage to your motor after they caused the issue an on there way to bring your vehicle to you guess what it will brake down an they will say we don’t know what happened. Then tow it back to there shop an say there’s metal shavings in the oil an the bearings went bad an that they won’t pay for a motor they ruined

I used big o for years as my go to tire place, but I recently went in for a brake job and oil change and service was completely different than what I expected. Gotta be new owners. Trying to convince me to do other than what I knew needed done, telling me there are loose parts that need fixed. Forcing me to buy in house instead of going to the parts store immediately next to them. They were going to charge me 225 dollars to TURN rotors, not replace, and forcing me to buy in house pads that didnt need replacing. I told them to pull my vehicle out and I went to another shop.

I don’t live in Glasgow, but when I’m in town and need an oil change or tires I go here. I like this Big O better than the one in Bowling Green. FYI the BG location is about 7 minutes away from my house. They have great service and were nice at my visit.

My go to tire service center in Barren County KY. I have bought 3 sets of new tires from Tire Rack and had them mount and balance them with new valve stems. One vehicle had alloy wheels and needed new tire pressure monitors installed and they installed them as well. Ive also had 4 wheel alignments done there without any issue. The only negative point I could mention is sometimes it takes a few hours after your appointment time set by the shop to get the vehicle in. I would think customers that take the effort to prearrange an appointment time would get first attention and walk ins get a work in status. Ive seen 2 occasions where people drove in, talked with the counter associate and their vehicle gets pulled right in.

I took our spare vehicle here the other day and I couldnt be happier. They greeted me nicely over the telephone and also when I came in. They SHOWED me what was wrong with it and gave me a quote. They changed all four of my tires and everything is running smoother than ever. It is a friendly atmosphere with a very professional and friendly staff. I wont go anywhere else.

Was in from out of town, got a flat tire, David & the team fixed it so fast along with a few other repairs I needed. So fast & friendly, highly recommend!

This place would not do a front end alignment with out us buying new tires, this is after we sat there for over a hour while the looked for something else to sale us the we did not really need. I could of used tires but was going to get the next week. on a budget. Do not trust these people, I talked to other shops and they said you want to get your alignment before you get new tires, that way you dont chew up your new tires.

Would like to thank Tracie and her staff for treating me like family. I was having noise and didn’t know where it was coming from. After they checked my car they were very professional in explaining that my tires were causing my noise and why!! After giving me quotes on new tires I purchased a set and they installed them in a no time.. My experience was great!! Job well done will recommend Big O Tires for great honest service!! Thanks

I just want to say thank you to this company, they went above and beyond in providing great customer service. We were traveling from Alabama to Indiana for a funeral and we had a flat out on the interstate, well to make a long story short after 4 different tire shops with no luck we pulled in to Big Os. They didnt have the tire that we needed but they got on the phones and found it, put it on and didnt charge us a dime. Great people here in Glasgow Kentucky.

The gentleman at Big-O took their time to answer all my questions and to throughly go over all the options available for my truck.One of my tires had a bulge in the sidewall. I was surprised that I made it to the shop. They did not have adequate stock of the tire that I chose so one of the staff members volunteered to travel to Bowling Green to pick up from the Big-O store there! Thats GREAT customer service!

DO NOT GO HERE!! We have always got our tires here but they getting progressively worse!! I called ystrday n told them had puncture in front passenger tire which is not yet a yr old yet. I live 45min from store so asked to make sure they had one in stock cause leaving for trip. They left me on hold n came back n said they did. I made 8am app. When I arrived at 8:02 I waited till 8:25 b4 they informed me they did not have my tire in stock n would have to order it n I could come back 2moro at 11 to have it put on. Store MGR was a Jerk with nooo customer service n said nothing he could do. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO Glasgow store.

A++ Service. they not only serviced my car but explained what they did and why. they did the inspection and most places dont. time was great. didnyt have to wait for hours. and if Id not took my car in I wouldnt have known that there where other things wrong with my vehicle that they could fix . like brakes . oil change was fast as well. I cant say enough good things about this place . will Dec be back again. O and one more thing . The manager, Tracie, she is awesome. so sweet and polite . she will get the job done!

Worked there before they double charge for tires and hire young guys who do not know what they are doing! They watch YouTube videos on how to reset oil lights many people come back for lug nuts and hub caps missing

Had some real problems with the tires on my rental and the Glasgow big O was glad to help. Very professional and fixed the problem fast. Jacob and the crew were fantastic.

They put new tires on my vehicle and one blew out doing down the road. $250 per tire.... They didnt put a valve stem back in my tire. I went to a refund they would NOT refund me a new tire. Horrible place.

Even though I said to the guy to use the same oil I was using,he put the synthetic oil which is a different one. They want you to get more things and also expensive.

Big old Tire joke you go to get a tire fixed and they tell you that they cant do it after its a certain year make on it they just want to sell you a tire instead of plug in it and help me out to get on the road when you dont have money the prices of oil changes youre losing your brake work everything is very expensive there in Glasgow Kentucky they need to shut the business down are they need to be cheaper on peoples to the robin them they got to understand we got to live like they do what they want to live too high on the hog

I bought 4 new tires for my vehicle. Sat around for almost 3 1/2 hrs for them do be mounted on my vehicle. The technician did not replace the valve stem properly causing the tire to go flat and bending my rim and they refused to fix my rim. This has caused them to lose me as a customer. Poor business ethic
