The manager Kelsey there is absolutely the worst manager I have EVER had to deal with. People like her do not need a position as a manger. I’m sure her education is not in business or management but landed the job due to being short staffed. She allowed her staff to speak to me in a manor that a human should never be talked to as well as she rolled her eyes and was smart to me in front of the entire store. She laughed at me because I was up set that I have been trying to pick up the correct same day order for 3 weeks now. Her employee even told me the reason I received an email saying it was ready for pick up was bc it was pulled from the computer but never started. I will never use this Walgreens again. The worst experience ever! Kelsey deserves to be fired!

If there were a lower rating I would use it. I just went for COVID testing at 10:30 this morning. The lovely lady who waited on me took lessons in how to be rude and uncaring. This was one of the worst experiences ever. If you want COVID testing go somewhere else, Walgreens doesnt have a handle on it at all especially the person who waited on me. However she gets an A+ for nastiness. First I was in the wrong line and was told there were signs, I circled around and never saw them. She kept telling me that it was in the email if I asked a question, just answer me please. There are plenty of other sites that do this, skip WALGREENS!

Disgusting bad gas station restroom conditions. Waited forever for vaccine, not sure why even to make an appointment. What a pain.

Cynthia in the cosmetic area was amazing! My friends and I came in on a Saturday morning. She was very helpful and recommended several products. Her customer service made the experience really enjoyable.

Walgreens are my favorite pharmacy in town. However, Im new to Glasgow, Kentucky so their familiar to me. Its nice though, you can order your medicine online and then go pick it up at their drive-thru as soon as they let you know the medicine is ready.Jimmy, the Pharmacist is great, he has went above and beyond anything I would ever want!

Doctor put capsules on my script i have a photo of it as well as the doctor does as well. And yet they gave me tablets have the nerve to say well nothong we can do about it. So i paid for something that doesnt work for me. She was very rude about it. Very unprofessional!

It takes for ever to get through drive through, just to get prescriptions. It should not take that long

Have to be prepared to spend a good 20 minutes or more in the drive thru. So frustrating!

I am so tired of trying to call in prescriptions and your phone service sucks. I have reported it on more than one occasion. It will work awhile, then you cant order. In looking for a new Pharmacy. Im so Fed Up.

Every time I get online and it says you have a certain product in stock and in store but when I get there its a waste of my time. No thanks
