I went in to purchase a washer and dryer set. The customer service was above excellent. The staff was friendly and very professional. A major part of my excellent experience was thanks to store manager Monica. She spent over an hour going through different options and fully explaining the machines. Thank you for a great experience.

Stopped in to see the Friends and Family sale going on.I had interest in a new lawn tractor and was surprised at he lower prices I encountered.I was greeted by a saleswoman named Lorraine who answered every question,not pressuring me into anything. She was very knowledgeable and well spoken. She even knew the ins and outs on accessoriesGreat Job Lorraine !!!!!! My new go to salesperson at this storeOh Yea the Pro series tractor I ended up with meets all expectations too

This Sears store is hands down the most dependable Sears hardware store Ive ever been to. I work near this store and use Craftsman tools. I buy all of my craftsman tools there and have never had an issue with warranty swaps. I also use their garden center for all of my lawn care needs. The manager William made the conversion from my manual feed weed whacker to auto feed.. Made sure I had all the necessary parts and had me on the go in no time. I would recommend this Glassboro location over any tool/hardware store in the area.

Its closing. Although they werent initially slated for closing with recent bankruptcy.. For a company that claims they are on the rise again, was shocked but not surprised to walk in and see this store is emptying out quickly.

Outstanding as normal. A very hard to get color tool box top chest arrived UNDAMAGED! I checked it out before taking it. The staff gently set it in the Subaru and that was that. No issues. Very pleased.

Had to work to get a extended warranty replacement product. The staff was very helpful and calling to get the secret pin number so I can get my new vacuum. The manager came and assisted. Everybody was in good spirits and the service was quick and thats what I like :-)

Needed to exchange some broken sockets... My local sears closed years ago. They were very polite and exchange was effortless. Looked at a new riding lawn mower while I was there.... Did you know they lease them now. No comittment to buy.... Just lease it for the summer and take it back. Get a new one next year

This is a great little Sears store. The employees here are great, theyre friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. They have a big inventory of tools/hardware and a better selection of appliances than some big box stores.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences Ive had shopping when they closed the registers on me while my mother and I were still shopping and the vacuum I purchased online had to be picked up the next day because of it. On top of it I was supposed to have been given $61 in shop your way rewards points and still have yet to receive it. Terrible management and rediculously high prices! No wonder it is going out of business!

Nice little store they have everything. I get my craftsman tools there. Rather give my money to them then Home Depot or lowes.Hope never closes. Alot have

Supply of all things is limited, but good bargains and very helpful manager.

My wify loves gardening on weekends with my little chums. I usually love to be in bed for longer times on weekends. so usually buy gardeners tools such as lawn cutter, handy one, the bins, and ya how can I forget the snow cutter/plawer on half price last summer. Indeed, very good market buy stuff for your home in your budget.

Can’t say enough about the service we received from Lorraine Goldin at the Sears Appliance store in Glassboro, NJ. She is by far, the BEST sales rep we have ever dealt with. Not only was Lorraine very knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase of our new Bosch dishwasher, she totally went out of her way to help us after the unit was installed and stopped working properly. Lorraine called Bosch directly to try and find a solution to our problem, located and called several authorized service companies to help coordinate a repair and then ordered & scheduled installation of a new dishwasher to replace the broken unit. Loraine called us back several times with updates and went above and beyond to ensure our issue was resolved and that we were 100% satisfied. Wish every sales/customer service person in retail would provide the same level of customer service as Lorraine. She is not only focused on making a sale, but also making sure she and Sears stand behind their products and provide excellent customer service. Because of this, I would definitely use Lorraine again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to make an appliance purchase.

Im giving this place two non-consecutive one star reviews. Its what I like to call the Grover Cleaveland of poor customer service. I called to get some info about weed killer and they didnt even pick up the CB. How am I supposed to inquire about Round Up when you dont even got your ears on?! One star times two.
