This location is very clean. Hand sanitizer is available every where. Masks are worn and they even give you a piece of disposable fabric to lay between you and the beds as you test. Randi is very sweet and very knowledgeable about what shes selling. I felt no pressure from her unlike other places Ive gone. Randi will be where I send all my friends.

Rebecca is the only person Im buying a mattress from going forward. I have no science to back this up, but if you buy a mattress from her youre guaranteed to sleep 11% better. If you want to get them 8hrs in, you need to buy a mattress from Rebecca. She sold me the quality product that facilitated my needs, and by that I mean a mattress that can support my weight perched on the edge like a gargoyle to avoid my Wife digging her ice-cold feet into my side-fat.

This is one of the most professional mattress warehouses I’ve been to. I walked in and asked for help asking what type of mattress would be great for a person with back issues such as myself and Sara, one of the workers there, knew exactly what mattress I needed for my back. She’s very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the mattresses they supply. Their store is also very clean, noticed that when I first walked in along with a friendly “hello”.

Another great experience at this Mattress Warehouse in Glassboro. This was our 2nd purchase at the same store, and this time we brought our son as well just to check out prices & options for replacing his mattress as well as ours. Randi & Jasmine spent a lot of time with each of us to find what fit our needs & price range and we ended up buying two mattresses along with an adjustable frame that very evening. Doing business with them was easy, and we had a great experience with the delivery as well. The guys that delivered our mattresses and setup the adjustable frame were super fast, careful, and polite.

Im usually worried about being ripped off because of my age as I get into the Golden Years so buying any furniture displeases me. Randi was great to work with. I felt no pressure during my visit and got a great deal. Thank You!

Picked up a metal frame and box springs. The manager and assistant manager were very nice and didnt push any bigger sales (we already have a perfectly good mattress). They held our purchase and offered us help and material to tie our box springs to the car. Im just sorry we didnt post our review sooner!Funny enough, we came here first on our day-long strip to price compare things, and even after going to ten other stores, we still ended up back where we started because the price couldnt be beat. About $360 for a king size frame and boxsprings, with the tax.In addition, the metal frame we picked up is PERFECT - Id been worried about ones where the legs will bend, but the way this one is built, theres no way for that to even happen. Honestly, if I ever do need to replace my mattress, I just might be coming here. Im so tired of going to places that try to upsell you on garbage you dont need.

She directed us to their mattress matching program where we each laid on a bed as it measured our mattress needs and narrowed down the kinds of mattresses that suited us. We tried at least 7 different mattresses each, and Randy was very patient and informative. BAD experience with Mattress Firm just across the street. Ignored by a texting employee, and when I finally asked him simple questions he could not answer them. We left PROMPTLY.... your loss pal. Here at Mattress Firm all our questions were answered. They gave recommendations and listened to us which helped us each choose mattresses and frames that fit our needs. Worked to get us the best price too. John was also very friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend you go here for your needs. I love my new tempur-pedic hybrid with adjustable base. My wife loves her bed too... she is finally able to get some comfortable sleep after several surgeries.
