This place my girlfriend found and we had no idea we this was here. Omg is it the best place. Especially right next to Rowan college and open until 3am- they must make a killing. Food was delicious. I recommend- ANYTHING LOL.

Putting a cookie delivery place right near a University is probably the smartest thing anyone has ever done. These cookies are sooooo good!! I got a chocolate chip, red velvet (came with dipping icing YUM) and a s’mores..amazing. It took 40 mins to get here but that’s seriously so minor I don’t even care. I’m sure they’re unfortunately short staffed like many other businesses. Cookies were def worth it

I took my granddaughter there for cookies. I have been there several times and l am always turned off by how filthy the outside entrance is. It looks like dried vomit 🤮 How much does it cost to power wash the entrance on occasion. I won’t return until the outside is cleaned up. Show some respect for your customers.

I love Cookie Munchers, and have never had a bad experience. I have taken a few friends and family there, and everyone loves their cookies as much as me. I’ve even ordered delivery of milk and cookies to celebrate a friend instead of sending flowers!This weekend we got a cookie cake and it was amazing! We reheated it to make it warm and it was perfect, everyone loved it.What made my experience even better was the customer service. I called the night before to pick up the cake as soon as they opened, and they were so helpful! They even met me around back because the parking was blocked off and it was pouring outside. They went above and beyond!If you haven’t signed up for their loyalty program -DO IT!! So many great rewards!!

This place was so good! We are from Philadelphia where Insomniac is the cookie to beat and we love it there! but these cookies were different! The cookies were thin and thats what we liked, thin, warm, chewy in the middle crunchy around the edges. Had a little bit of everything. Very flavorful and Not to overbearing. My husband and i finished 3 cookies! I think these cookies were tasty, and unlike any other cookie Ive ever tried before. Well done.

After you get past the gimmick of a large cookie you realize that it is overpriced and ultimately unsatisfying. Cookies are dry and hard, and it feels more like a chore to actually finish one.

I follow the Cass & Bran journey and was super excited to find a day to go visit the store . A young eager entrepreneur with great marketing skills on her videos made me want to go see for myself.Seems like a great location, great eye appeal from outside, but once inside it was doom and gloom! It was raining but where was the energy and enthusiasm? The menu was ok. I asked the guy behind the counter what his favorite cookie was and he mumbled something I couldn’t understand. We couldn’t decide and while no other people ( well 1 couple) were in the store you could tell he was annoyed. No hype of the cookie of the month, or if the cute cancer awareness cookie, nothing. I asked if he had a classic cookie and he said no only in Tampa. We ordered the chocolate chip cookie and the Small Sized cookie cake which when asked if it was good he said it was “ok”. Wow!Just wow! That’s who they hire to represent their brand?! Not good. While waiting I saw the guy making cookies in the back and attempted to chat still hoping for a fun experience... so I asked 3 different times what kind of cookies he was making... he looked directly at me and all 3 times no response. He looked miserable. Then the delivery guy came in and same thing... it was not the fun experience I thought it would be given how infectious Cass seems to be in her videos. The cookies were delicious although the chocolate chip seemed under cooked and definitely too thin to hold so I had to eat it while it was still in the box. But no matter how good the cookie was... the service which, as an entrepreneur myself is just as important was lackluster at most.I also found it disheveled which as a customer promotes an uneasy feeling. It was messy with zero flow and I wanted to rearrange the signage all scattered around that wasn’t hanging and find a new spot for the pizza boxes that were piled up. I also would have ordered more if there were cookies to view in an actual display instead of on a menu. People tend to order with their eyes. Even if it was a display only case. Idk... I just was underwhelmed and want so much for her to succeed but feel now that she has her cookies down she needs to focus on the culture of her brand because I honestly get friendlier service in Wawa. Her excitement has not carried over to her employees and her customers can definitely feel it. I hate giving it this review because the cookies we had were really good but I didn’t feel good spending my money there and because of that, we won’t be back.

Just ordered delivery from here for the first time. The cookies came quickly and were nice and warm. My favorite was the rainbow sugar cookie. It was a nice treat for my husband and I. I was pleasantly surprised with the prices, too. Well be back!

We were surprised the cookies were as bad as they were. We thought a place that sells nothing but cookies (pretty much) that the cookies most be amazing. We didnt enjoy our super hard cookies and the icing dip was equally disappointing. I seriously enjoy the cookies at Wendys better than these. And Im not trying to be mean whatsoever. I dont think Ive ever written a bad review. But it was just that bad. We would never go back unfortunately.

I used to love Cookie Munchers but now I don’t order from there no more. I made a order for delivery with them and they were hour and half late! The cookies were cold and the ice cream was melted. I tired to email them to tell them my experience and they didn’t emailed me back. There’re unprofessional when there a problem. I wish I could like them again because there cookies are good when there “not cold” and I been a long time customer but they did me dirty.

This place has the happiest cookies!! My kids love them and so do my husband and I!!!! We have had the chocolate chip, and red velvet so far!!!! They also DELIVER! We do not live in Glassboro, this was a fun big time treat for the family 💜 Keep up the great work!

Cookies were quite good and large, well worth the price. The major issue is they stacked the cookies. Because of them being stacked and warm all the chocolate chips stuck to the wax paper between the cookies. Also, it took 15 minutes to get the cookies, which is a bit long to wait for cookies.

I walked into Cookie Munchers for the first time the other day and I was blown away by how friendly and welcoming the store felt. I got to order a two dozen cookies and once they hit the plate at home, they were gone by my family. I hope very much success to this business. Cookies, especially ones made like theirs are hard to come by.

I’ve given this place at LEAST 5 chances because of the hype, but the cookies just suck. They are flat and lifeless. My order is always either as hard as a rock or raw. I don’t think this business would succeed if it weren’t for the local college students. I’d invest in better ingredients and quality control...

Just ordered from the Tampa store down here! Husband picked up two of the delicious chocolate chip cookies and a tub of raw dough. We haven’t dipped into the raw dough yet but we both crushed the cookies. Super chocolatey and delicious. We will definitely be back!

They are one of the only businesses in the local area that are open so late AND deliver such yummy treats. The staff is super friendly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!My entire order was messed up, I tried to call and fix it and the number that is on the website isnt accurate. This was the first time I tried this place in Glassboro NJ and I will not be ordering ever again! I literally just wasted $30.00 for my order to be completely wrong. They gave me milk that I didnt order, for got the ice cream, forgot the edible cookie dough, and messed up two out of three cookies! This is just awful I am so frustrated!

I came here for the first time ever and I was intimidated by the menu, but Keith really helped me and my friend out. He helped us choose what he wanted and he was extremely pleasant. This experience was made for me thanks to his and the staff’s customer service. Not to mention the food was great. Highly recommend!

The cookies are always good and delivered in a timely manner. Today, I ordered a red velvet cookie and two others and I asked for extra icing and was told it would be 50¢ extra and agreed to pay. When the cookies came, I didn’t get the icing and the delivery driver was kind of rude (he didn’t even say Hi or anything!) the cookies were still as good as always though!

Ok so I’ve never personally been here but my daughter recently started attending Rowan university and said she wanted to try this place soon. I didn’t even realize this was a late night shop when I emailed the general manager and asked if I could have cookies sent to her at 9am (since that’s the only time I know she’s at her dorm) not only did Keith the general manager have them sent to her.. he brought the cookies himself! She said he was very patient (she’s not a morning person so not sure how long it took her to get up) but parents like myself that order from out of state I highly recommend cookie Munchers

Love the cookies and the edible cookie dough! Typically very quick service and generally reasonable prices. The cookie of the month always keeps things new, but sometimes they unexpectedly stop serving them before the month ends. My biggest complaint is the use of styrofoam containers for their cookies. To me, there’s just no excuse for using it.

I love the idea of a good late night snack restaurant and Cookie Munchers is definitely the place. Their ice cream is amazing and the store has a very friendly atmosphere. While the cookies can be really good some day, other times they are a bit hard and thin. I would love for the cookies to be a bit smaller and thinner, for quality sake. Otherwise, the service is great.

Cookie munchers is my favorite place to go. They are late night so if youre studying you can have a nice warm cookie. You can get milk to go with it, theres plenty of amazing options, and they are HUGE. My friends have to restrain me so I dont spend all of my money here

Cookie Munchers has always had delicious cookies, but they made the dire mistake of changing the red velvet cookie. It used to be a delicious sandwich with cream cheese in the middle, and now they have made it the same size as the other cookies, upped the price, and they now charge you extra for the cream cheese frosting. The quality of the red velvet cookie has gone down as a result, and you also pay more for a worse experience. Before, the cream cheese used to absorb into the cookie and make it soft and mouthwatering. Now you get a hard crusty cookie that you have to assemble yourself into a poor replica of the original. Sad.

Such a unique idea in the South Jersey area and an inspiring and motivating back story to how the business started. Not to mention their cookies are amazing and huge, I can’t get enough of these guys. I hope this one day becomes a national chain, they are already expanding to Florida. But seriously, if you are in the Glassboro area, definitely recommend coming here whether you are a senior or toddler. Anyone can munch on!

I love cookies. I love cookie cakes even more! Cookie Munchers get it exactly right and I go there when I want to reward myself. Got the paperwork done... cookie. Cleaned up the kitchen... cookie. With milk or coffee of course! They are wonderful to bring if you are visiting someone, or to a party. My fav is the double chocolate chip. A taste of heaven.

Ive ordered from Cookie Munchers numerous times and I honestly dont know why I keep trying. The cookies, while they are huge and always warm, are extremely lacking in flavor. The chocolate chip, for example, is the blandest cookie Ive ever had in my life. The texture isn’t too bad, but the cookies I’ve gotten are either very underbaked or like they’ve sat on the counter for days. The red velvet cookie has no flavor either, just a punch of sugar, and that’s it. I think I keep ordering, expecting it to get better or for something to be different, but its never different. Dont waste your money here. Make your own cookies!

If you haven’t tried their cookies yet, I would strongly suggest you do, because when you have that first bite, with a side of milk, you will not be disappointed. Much on!

This place is the perfect cookie place around Glassboro and im honestly jealous theres nothing like it back up in north Jersey. The cookies have always been delicious, warm, and the perfect size for the price. You leave feeling satisfied with the amount you ate and also leaving you wanting to coming back for more. Everyone had been friendly every time I have gone in and it makes you feel wanted back. If you want to be a stickler about anything you could argue that the cookie options are extremely limited, but honestly, thats trivial in my opinion. A nice chocolate chip cookie or double chocolate chip cookie is always a welcomed cookie flavor and you can never go wrong with a sugar cookie. I have not tried the 4 others, but I have been told they are great. The next time I go i would love to get the ice cream with the cookies as it should be great. I cant speak on the delivery service as I have only done pick up so I dont want to give 5 stars, but honestly every business can always improve even the littlest things so a 4.5 star is more accurate, but I cannot give it that unfortunately. I came from Florida down to visit family in New Jersey and heard of this place my family recommended that i had to try and when i came the store there was keith who greeted me with a smile and was very polite and helpful he was on top of everything i wanted and ask for and everything was delicious and I recommended this place to A lot of friends and family his customer service was outstanding

Everytime I order cookie munchers, it is very inconsistent. When I get it delivered, cookies are cold. And even when I go into the store, cookies are served to me cold. Sometimes their extremely thin & other times their perfect. Cookie munchers was better last year, not as good now.

Online they only give you the option of delivery and they don’t let you know that until the end of checkout. I live about a 3 minute walk from the store. I ordered two cookies and two bottles of milk which took about 40 minutes to arrive. They only brought one milk and the guy who delivered it told me the order only called for one. When I checked my online receipt later to make sure, it said I ordered two. Not only were the cookies cold when I got them, they were flavorless. I will not be spending my money here again.
