Never had an experience like this before. I went to Glassboro lumber to purchase some decking material for a small project for a customer. I originally received great service on some composite decking that is when the problem stated. I placed the order with Andy a day after I placed the order I received a call saying that the material was back ordered and would not be available until July so I went back to the customer to search for more options. Called back to Andy the same day to obtain price and availability on a couple of different options after 2 weeks I never received a call back from anyone so I went back in person reviewed the options with another sales person and after 3 days still no one called back so I call an was promised a response back and I am still waiting. At this point I feel it is a lost cause customer service is really terrible no response of any kind or in a timely fashion it is time to cancel the order and move on lesson learned need to avoid this place in the future they are even worse than either Home Depot or Lowes shame

My company rehabs 150 houses a year and Glassboro Lumber & Kitchen supplies all our lumber and kitchens. The service is amazing, the product is fantastic and the prices are the best. Best of all, they are super reliable. We have worked with Lowes and Home Depot in the past and Glassboro is better on every level. Their back office is stellar with people and systems that are organized and easy to work with.

Absolutely the best experience! I was looking for a piece of wood for one of my projects. Called a few places that were reluctant to help. Mark invited me to come by and walked me around the yard. He helped me find what I needed and cut it to size for me. I dont know anything about wood except for aesthetics. But being a small business owner, I know a lot about customer service and these guys nailed it!!! Polite, Helpful, and Knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else for my lumber needs!!
