The staff at this location was excellent. Truck was clean and well maintained. I had no issues and will use this location whenever I need another U-Haul truck.

Amanda, Thomas and Annette are great. Always ensuring you have what you need and a pleasant experience. I even needed a large storage unit unfortunately it was not available even as the computer stated it was the team reached out to me immediately. Amanda kept my name on file to get back to me if one became available. As for renting the truck. I have rented from this place and returned a few times no hassle no regrets. Not even if your a few minutes late. I appreciated the hassle-free it was less stress on a stressful time of selling. Thank you guys keep up the excellent work.

Hello, to whom it may concern recently rented from U-Haul Recently said I would like you one day.I drove to return my truck and I’m charge for two days young lady tried to pull a fast one on me. Never tell the employee that you’re going to return your truck at closing business hours when you do if there’s a problem know one is there then you have to jump through hoops to correct it without anybody there it was so shocking on her face that I returned it during opening hours she had to fix it and go back to the normal reservation that I signed for smh

Easy and safe access!! Pleasant atmosphere!

Now I dont blame the employee for the system issues but apparently its been an ongoing issue at least once a week for over 2 months that the system will go out of order. The system kicked this poor guy out of the process to rent a uhaul 3 times and during this it said that he could not continue. The system charged our card twice of the 3 times and does not show in their system. Now I have to wait until monday to get ahold of my bank because it shows the charges and I did not receive services. The employee gets a 10 out of 10 on how he handled, explained, and behaved during the whole ordeal.

I had an okay experience. I got a truck for 44 hours but needed it a bit longer. They gave me the hardest time to extend my time with the truck.Apparently if someone already reserve the truck for a future date they get priority over customers that already have the truck no matter what. That was the situation I was faced it. They told I couldn’t get it any longer because another family reserved it for the days that I wanted to keep it for.The customer rep was ignorant and didn’t sympathize with the situation I was going through. She had an I don’t care attitude.Anyways they called me back a few hours and said I can keep the truck longer.

When we first got the unit it was great but now the elevator has been broken for THREE MONTHS I am disabled so not only can I not get to my unit to get things out but I cant get things up to it they keep saying were waiting on a part for it and we can have people carry your stuff up to your unit for you HOWEVER THAT DOESNT SOLVE THE PROBLEM AT ALL. I am disabled so I cannot walk up all of those steps and across the building to get to my stuff, I have things to get out and things that need to get put in so it can get out of my living room. And I also dont want them going through my stuff and my unit at all, especially without me there this is insane. So we have been paying for a unit we cant even get into. Im ready to file a lawsuit with this place.

Rented a climate controlled unit, which was inside. Very clean, staff was nice enough and gave me extended hours as I work later shift. Got brand new van to move in and it was very reasonable

Staff are always nice when I come to site to do repairs on rental equipment.

Young girl blonde hair helped a lot gave a lot of options, really helpful can’t really find someone that helpful and nice anymore!

Clean trucks and storage units.

Horrible. I have been trying to get my stuff out of storage for 4 months. The elevator to get to my unit has been out for 4 months and we continue to be told daily its being fixed. They continue to take my monthly payment out even though I dont need the space. Its their fault that my stuff is still there. I feel helpless!

Staff was super kind. I struggled with the online process if returning a truck from another location, but staff was patient and helpful. Location appears clean.

U Haul of Glassboro, the most horrible U Haul location. Iam already dealing with a U haul lawyer about my stuff being covered in mouse feces and no one at the location wants to help me go through the stuff so I can find things not cover in mouse feces. So while I figure that out iam forced to pay the Haul monthly tent every month and now I am having issues paying online for the second time because there payment site is outdated. And the location refuses to help me saying they are not the ones who take care of the web site so its not there problem.For renting trucks U Haul is great but DO NOT USE THEM FOR STORAGE, UNLESS YOU WANT YOU ITEMS COVER IN MOUSE FECES AND TO BE CHANGED LATE FEES DUE TO WEB SITE ERRORS ON U HAULS PART.

My husband and I didnt like a thing about this place. We needed to pack and store our things due to a storm that displaced us for a month, so we decided to use the free storage that was provided to us by U Haul. We had nothing but issues since the beginning: billing, space availability, free month that was promised to us and never received and dont get me started on the roaches! Thanks U Haul for your broken promises and theivery!

Hours were correct for me. Nice little store to get moving materials.

My mother owns a storage unit at this place and she doesnt like it. They leave the building at random times leaving it closed. Then, they called my mother and said her storage unit was broken into and she needs to pay for another lock. No other units were opened except hers and no one else. She used a police escort to go down and settle everything. She didnt have to pay a thing.

Polite staff, had what I needed on a weekend walk in

I would give a zero if I could, if you are one day late on a payment they call you at least three times per day, huge late fees. When I went to get my things out, my locks were changed! I asked the manager to cut it he said it would be an extra 50 dollars. I seriously hate this place.

Beware truck renters! I rented a truck from them for a day and got charged for 2 days. Filled up the gas more that what they provided me and I still get hit with inadequate gas charges. Person that helped me told us if you drive with the 74 miles before you return it back to us itll be free of charge -- so I drove less than 66 miles brought it back and got hit with $1.49 a mile. Im extremely disappointed for them and my experience here was horrible.

They had trucks to rent...thats all I can say. A bad storm hit on my way to drop the truck off and the wiper blades were basicly useless. Also when I picked the 15 truck the guy pretty much took my info and handed me the keys. No heres how to operate this big truck demo of any kind.

The place is nice staff is so-so. No discounts for seniors, handy capped, nor people whom have had units for over a year or 3 years.
