Oct 4th, 7 p.m. appointment for covid-19 booster Pfizer for Mr. William Hicks (caretaker Willis Canada)accompanied Mr. Hicks for appointment.Negative attitude from nurse in attendance. Patient asked for injection 💉 in the right arm but she proceeded to administer same in the left arm. It appeared that honoring Mr. Hicks request would have created an inconvenience.In addition the nurse in attendance fail to introduce herself and was not wearing a name tag. Poor public relation.

Staff members are extremely friendly. I brought the wrong amount of cash to pay for something and was 50 cents off. The cashier still gave the item I wanted to buy to me.

CVS Nuckols RoadI hadnt been inside this store in several months and was appalled by the shabby condition of this store. The counters where you pick up meds is dusty and dirty..as is the carpeting throughout the store. I am seriously considering a change of pharmacy if the store manager does not take some pride in his/her store. One other point, since last year in the summer I have had to jump over the piled up leaves in the parking lot to get to the sidewalk. Something is definitely wrong with our community pharmacy when they take no pride in their cleanliness or appearance. Come on CVS! You are better than this!

Best Cvs to go too!! All of the staff members are very friendly and were happy to help me find the items that I was looking for! The minute clinic and pharmacy staff are always nice and professional!

BEST CVS EVER all the employees are so nice and helpful i was help by Chris who is the best manager i have ever delt with extremely helpful HE saved me $10 THEY SAVED MY LIFE WITHTHE COUPONS IM PERMANENTELY INDEBTED TO THEM ALL MY MONEY WILL BE SPENT HERE !!!

Very friendly helpful staff. Glad to see the precautions (cart disinfectant, making people stand back from the pickup counter, staff wearing masks and gloves).

Use them all the time for prescriptions and shots. Extremely professional and friendly without fail. Never a problem with correct new prescriptions and refills and they call my doctor for me if the prescription hasnt been sent to them.

We have used this CVS since retiring to VA in 2010 and have had our prescriptions filled accurately and expeditiously. The staff in the pharmacy is polite and professional I’m an African American and my antennae is always up ready to respond to any perceived racial injustice. None seen here. The staff is multiracial and all are, again, professional and friendly. Human error may account for misfiled scripts and challenges in life could result in unsatisfactory interactions. Everyone in the whole pharmacy can’t be ill mannered. .

Had to get a t.b test for work- their minute clinic was incredible. It was a pleasant and quick experience. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes.

IF YOU ARE A BLACK PERSON, DO NOT go to this CVS! More than likely, you will be followed by a loss prevention staff member until you begin checking out. CVS has recently been sued for this exact type of racial profiling.Yes, people steal. Yes, security is needed. But at least make sure you arent blatantly obvious in doing so. My shopping experience shouldnt be severely degraded due to your prejudices.They will be hearing from me again. If they intend to be rude, like their response when confronted during this experience, then I will take the time to stop by that CVS & politely stay within a close proximity to him while ensuring I see exactly where his hands are.

Idiots! Filled my medicine wrong. Didnt realize until we were our if town. Told us the only way they could fix it was to bring it back to them at that location, which isnt an option. So now Im stuck out of town with the wrong medication. All would have been avoided if someone would have just read the account. This is the 3rd issue I have had with this location.

They weee out of tamiflu and said they would get it the following day and didn’t even bother to give us a call. They call when the prescription is ready. My 10 month old got flu and had to take it before 48 hours. They don’t care about it. Hated the service

Bad experience filling my prescription, when I was asking about my prescription, they said they didnt receive it and they wont call the doctor to confirm. I have to call them multiple times to check if the prescription went through or not. the attitude of pharmacy service was cold and impatient, very disappointed!

I have been a customer at CVS for over 35 years if not longer.CVS at Twin Hickory has the most courteous and helpful staff, and their Pharmacy is beyond exceptional and excellent. Everyone in your Pharmacy has always tried in every way to help assist my family and a million thank yous are not enough for all that they do.CVS needs to recognize them in a big way because good people are hard to come by these days especially as dedicated as they are in their jobs.I always tried to make my praises known. I thank God everyday for them and all that they do for me and how freely they give of themselves.They are definitely CVSs heroes and mine!!!!Covid 19 is sure scary and these guys are on the front lines. As for all the negative reviews that I have witnessed below, are by those so critical, perhaps your bitterness comes somewhere from within yourselves and your satisfaction is finding fault with something or others instead of looking at your own self. If I could rate CVS 10 stars then I would!!!!The staff is deserving!!
