What a neat place to shop. The hot bar tasted great, reasonably priced. Then we shopped, found prices lower than I had been led to expect, not cheap but reasonable. We are prime members so got some great discounts. We will be back.

I only go to WBV for Whole Foods since the donut and pizza places I went to closed down. It is a very nice and clean area. Appears to be a well managed property. I never have an issue parking. The only thing I ever complain about is the speedy drivers who run the stop signs, but that is all the fault of those individuals.Five stars from me.

I love the produce section. Always in full stock and well presented. Probably the only downside to this store is that it can get pretty packed at check out.

REI, Whole Foods & Trader Joes is a strong combination, although the layout (like many shopping areas of late) is not the best for traffic flow. Traffic is rough in general in the Short Pump Area. Be particularly careful at the westbound I64 & Broad Street exchange.

The best products. And has a decent selection on local food, which is awesome. Also the only place I have found responsibly package items.

Nice new and somewhat upscale section of Richmond with tons of great restaurants, shops and places to visit. parking is easy and this new development also offers nice hotels, fitness clubs (ACAC) town-homes and apartment rentals for those who wish to make this their home. Summer concerts on weekends plus movie nights in the park make this a fun destination for families and friends to hang out!

It was my first and last time there. I saw the mouse in a whole food store on Facebook and that turned me off also. But my personal experience is that I bought a package meal and one of the main ingredients was missing and after I checked out I used a credit card that didnt go through and I know I had plenty of money in it so I had to use another credit card that I didnt want to use and after calling the bank it was the cashiers error. So I am one and done with Whole Foods.

I went on very much wanting a pair of boots my son directed me here. I was thrilled they had bigger sizes 10.5 & 11 for women. But they had an older gentleman working shoes. One person working shoes on a holiday weekend??? He was nice but too busy to help me find a pair that worked. These boots are $160.00 . I would have thought this yuppie store could have used a better management team

Plenty of handicap parking and a lot of carts for the handicap that need them.The store is clean. The produce always looks great.I have not seen fruit flies as I have observed in other stores.The shelves are usually stocked and check out is quick. The employees are usually pleasant and helpful.Overall a nice experience.

This Whole Foods is a bit on the smaller side of the locations, but has everything I need when I go shopping. Their meat counter is very good, and I love the hot food section, especially the nuggets and pizza offerings. Hope they implement a self - checkout feature like a few other locations to reduce time spent in the store, but otherwise, very great supermarket.

Parking is a pain. Dont want to park in a parking garage and walk all over the place just to pick up a food order.

We went to Scents of Serenity Organic Spa. It was indredible. The staff is friendly and courteous and uncommon hospitaluty. The rooms are luxurious and so peaceful. You really do have a sense of serenity at Scents of Serenity.

Convenient location. Nice, well stocked and clean. Had limited Hot Bar going!

Dave & Busters was an experience like no other. The adults & children were equally able to enjoy themselves.

Its very expensive compared to other more local stores. They do take care to sanitize every station which is appreciated. The produce Ive gotten here has been very satisfactory.

No merchants or businesses I want to do business with or merchandise I want. Everything is expensive. Tired of getting coupons and large Post cards at Christmas.

1st time in the area. Tightly packed stores, parking and what looked like residential buildings. REI was the reason for the visit not my particular brand of stores. Clean area and i would imagine has the potential to get packed on the weekends or holidays.

Too expensive for meals that are horrible. Will not return to this restaurant.

Love the new store and the new location. The prices could always be better but you expect to pay more for better quality and good service. Its worth it.

Visited the new Whole Foods at West Broad village on Wednesday. I roamed each isle looking at all the great products offered. They partner with Amazon prime to offer discounts on select products for members. This was a pleasant surprise! I did spend $94 on my 1st visit...bummed that I didnt take advantage of the grand opening coupons that came in the mail (missed the deadline).

Great High End outdoor shopping. Restaurants are great! REI fantastic.

Urban sprawl at its worst. Bring back the farmland. Yuck.

Whole foods has everything you need if you are into healthy foods and supplements. Noticed nobody obeyed the signs on the grounds directing us to go into the aisles one way. Checkout was quick.
