I called TTI to get an estimate on a pretty simple fix and was surprised by the price quote. I went up prepared to drop my firearm off, when I got there I saw a sign in regards to how busy they were and to please be patient. I spoke to a gentleman at the counter and he grabbed someone from the back who turned out to be the owner. He took care of my repair while I waited, didnt charge me, and then took a few minutes to introduce himself and just talk to me. Great way to do business I cant wait to have more work done here. Just had my ar15 upper, lower & handguard ceracoted in burnt bronze. Not happy with the way it turned out. 2 different colors. Upper & lower look more of a gold color while the handguard is much darker. Pointed this out & was told it was because of a different batch of coating. Been waiting since December & here it is March just getting parts back still not right & definitely not happy.

These guys do amazing custom work. we have been using them as smiths and specialty work for a long time and send alot of our customers to them. it says currently closed and they are not. they are open normal business hours as they always have been.

These guys are the best, so I was at the range and my G26 kept jamming and shot nearly 100+ rounds to see what was causing the issue and come to find out my hands are very large and I had a poor grip form. I felt dumb lol but to top it off he didnt charge me. He said I paid by letting him shoot all my rounds 😂. They seem like they knew each other for years. I learned a lot in about 20 minutes that YouTube doesnt teach lol. If they had 10 stars theyll definitely get 11 😉 Highly recommended stuff there !!

Not only did Rick do professional, quality work for a fair price, he even finished it ahead of schedule and accommodated me when I was unable to pick it up during normal business hours. I will go to TTI first from now on.
