Arrived to self print and purchase tape. As I printed, I listened to the over exaggerated precautions for Corona. Went to purchase tape and was asked to put tape on the counter and step away. I said “ boy you guys sure are dramatic around here”. She proceeded to tell me that I could leave if I didn’t like it. So that’s just what I did. I did go back in for the store managers info in which she refused to write down, stating she had no paper. 🤦🏻‍♂️ She would only tell me Megan. She has no business in retail. Rude!

This place is not deaf or hoh friendly. I understand we are in a pandemic but i was More than six feet away. I was having a hard time with the self machine so i asked For help. There was a lady up front with a mask on and i couldnt Understand her. So i asked if she could lower her mask a little so i could hear her more clearly, but she didn’t. I stated I was Hard of hearing and that i couldnt Understand her and she still refused.I just Want to bring awareness to fedex and their employees.

Very unhelpful staff and had no care for the money I was being billed or my time. Went in to the store today to print lables but had to use the computer to do so. There were 3 spaces and only one computer that was already being used. After waiting I was able to purchase time to use the computer. I am now being billed by the minute was standing at desk waiting to get help again being billed by the minute and was ignored. One person was wrapping a box the other helped one guest and than helped another who just walked in, finished with her and walked passed me as if I was not there. Waited again just to tell me shes not allowed to help me on the computer. I tried to send file the best i could and send it. Now she yells down to me to tell me that I got an email from you but nothing is in it. As if what I was doing was everyone business. No maam on ham. I was so frustrated I packed up closed my balanced out, paid and left. The worst customer service ever!Please be courteous of other people time and money in the future!!! Thanks in advance but I will not be returning going to Willow Lawn area where they are helpful!!!

Very poor customer service went in to print some docs from my phone. Immediate attitude when I couldnt get my phone right. It may as well been a.damn.robot in the store or a cut out figure.

They need to stop talking to customers like they are animals. Politely ask the customer to do something, instead of talking to them like an animal. This is strike two, for this abuse. If you dont want to work there, then leave.

Horrible costumer service

I get all my business needs taken care of here. This location is always on the ball. It doesnt matter if I need anything mailed, shipped, printed, or faxed. Its always taken care of in a timely manner.

The assistant manager was really helpful and funny. Made my project a lot easier.

Good place to ship packages with FedEx. Copiers, printers and fax machines.

Very friendly. Very helpful. Very fast!
