This company is my go to place for hardwood and high quality vinyl, not only is the material made of great quality the customer service is fantastic. I have purchased wood flooring from them since 2016, and highly recommend! They are military friendly and helpful to order items over the phone if youre deployed or not in the area. Hardwood flooring was installed in the living room, and stairs, new beautiful vinyl composite grouted mezzanine installed in the kitchen. Highly recommend, without question, no need to search elsewhere. They have excellent reviews and the business owners care about the customers.

Lots of flooring options for a very good price. They also have cabinets and rugs that are worth looking at. You can easily get flooring samples to take home if you dont want to make a decision day of. The flooring is sectioned off by type (e.g. hardwood, laminate, carpet, etc) When you pick up your items they have a nice area in the back with parking spots you back into, where they bring your items up to the back of your vehicle and help you if you need it. Similar to when you go to the dump.The staff is super friendly. My grandpa is a huge small talker, and the gentleman checking us out was easily able to navigate the conversation, help us with our paynent, and send us on our way. He joked around while making sure we didnt stay chatting for too long. Clearly an expert at his job.There is a clearance section, where you can get slightly busted cabinets and set amount of flooring for really cheap.I will say that this store is not good for people who cant make decisions. There are many options, so if you are someone who does best with a small amount of choices, this place isnt for you.The store is located right next to the MVA, so watch out for bad drivers ;) but they have a huge parking lot with lots of parking.

Lots of styles to choose from, Very well organized. Staff friendly. It was our first time picking out floor for our new home and we were happy with our choice. Oh and the prices are FAB!! Way better than home stores. Will certainly be back. Thank you guys!!

This place was great, FYI its on a small road that is next to the dmv. We thought it would be a nightmare checking out clearance flooring but it was very well organized. We worked with Chris Wood (aptly named for a flooring salesman) and he was great in navigating us through the store. Pickup after purchase was super easy, well oiled machine. Highly recommend! Saved us a few hundred bucks getting it here

I love buying my cabinets here for my project because they are American made and have great quality. You should mark all your products that are American made so it’s easier to support our companies, I can’t speak for everyone but I know that I don’t mind spending a couple extra dollars on Nationally made products. Also, this place is great in general.

I was very happy with the customer service that I got when I purchased the floors. However, when my contractor went to install the floors, he had to put aside an entire bundles worth of flooring that had little holes all over it. When I called to ask if I get exchange it, I was told that this was waste and that the type of wood I got has character. I can understand there being a few pieces that arent usable, but an entire bundle worth of flooring being unusable is unacceptable. They should have stood behind their product.

The selection is endless. However, check out and pick up is extremely easy. Our order was rather large and took a while for them to pull it all together, but once I seen how much effort they put into packing everything together I felt bad for complaining. Steven the main guy putting our order together was extremely nice and efficient.

I pre-shopped at Home Depot and Lowes to find the floor color that we wanted. I brought a sample from HD with me so it was really easy to match and find something that we liked. They have inexpensive quality flooring. We bought 915 sf of Shaw flooring for $3,300. We got it for less than $3.50 sf. I looked online and found it on sale for $5.20. The checkout process was easy & the guy who checked us out was friendly and knowledgeable. They do have limited quantities of certain items & carry discontinued items so be sure to overestimate a bit. There is a 20% restocking fee. Overall, it was the easiest purchase that weve made for our kitchen remodel so far. Very pleased!!

Good place to buy floor and cabinets

Better customer service and owning up when a mistake has been made would be a great improvement. The pictures on their web site prompted me to purchase me the burnished hickory deluxe vinyl.The end result was nothing like is found on the picture. I called WFP and spoke with supervisor Chris Clickner about the problem, he first said there was no problem. After being provided a picture of my floor compared to what was advertised, Chris acknowledged they were different, but then said it was my fault for not supervising their contractors and stopping the wrong floor from being installed. Chris asked what I wanted, I said nothing more than the flooring I had ordered based on the images provided on their web site.WFP sent an email stating there were certain expectations of the customer.1) Be home for install. Done2) Check the boxes to make sure it was the correct product, done.3) Check the planks to make sure they were the quality ordered. Done.After I pointed out I had done everything they said was required, but it is not the job of the customer to realize from inspecting uninstalled planks that the end result will not look like the one they have advertised, I never heard from them again.The contractor who bought the vinyl tried to get them to fix the problem, but the management of Wood Floors Plus choose to ignore his request and my e-mails, thus prompting a complaint with the BBB and the sharing of this situation on every review site in the capital area.The are a big business and I suspect they wont care, but this story and picture will be shared long and far.

Its a reseller of all types of flooring. You can often get large lots of 2000+ feet or just a little. The staff is nice and willing to work and there is not a lot of sales happening. You go in, find what you want and they bring it to you. If you need a contractor Im sure they can help.

Delivered a load with 53” and sleeper, it is quick left turn as u come off the highway ramp. Otherwise u can make a u turn going little further and come back easy right turn into the street . Orchard rd is beside Maryland transport office(looks like a drive way to transport office). Customer is to left and docks are at backside. Will load/ unload u depending upon how busy they are. Great guys though . My dispatch said u can sleep there at night( but I didn’t) . Huge space though both in-front and at back

Great selection. Needed a very obscure specialized piece of flooring in order to finish a DIY project. Fellow at the front desk matched the sample that I brought in quickly and got me squared away. A bit pricey, but great quality and there was no one else that carried what I needed.

I love the stock. Quit a variety to choose from. Having said that the tile was not in stock. So because of that Ihad to have it ordered and delivered to my home at my expense because I live distance from the store and had to reschedule my contractor.

Great prices and excellent customer service. I went into the store to place an order for cabinets. My contractor was able to pick up the order with no problems. I called a couple of times to buy a few more items and without fail the orders were ready and pickup was easy.

Everything was fine. Customer Service except when you want to return stock and get a whole refund. They push you to take a store credit if you prefer a full refund then they charge you a 20% restocking charge. If your spending a substantial amount on your new floor that is a substantial loss. I was not happy.

These guys are great. I called and got Malcom and he knew on the top of his head all the products I was ordering. There was no problem having my installer picking the order up. The ordering process was super fast. A great experience. The wood is perfect.

If I could give a 0 star I definitely would. My in-laws ordered cabinets for their kitchen and they were told that they were not in stock but would be ready in 2 weeks, okay thats fine.2 weeks go by and they were told the same thing, 2 more weeks. Now they are told 2 more weeks? Someone in this warehouse dropped the ball on this one. If something is delayed or you are unsure of when the materials will be in then be honest and not lie to the customer.Also, it is not nice to discriminate and take advantage of Korean people and tell them lies. Especially elder Korean people that trust what you tell them.More than a month and still no cabinets. My poor in-laws are unable to use their kitchen and disappointed in the customer service. This company is lucky that they did not personally do this to me, or I would raise hell.

Our flooring installer sent us here to find some LVT planks. I was skeptical because I’d never heard of most of the brands, however we found some very good quality material at about half the price we’d been quoted elsewhere. Amanda wrote up the order, made some good suggestion, and took our information. Two days later we called her, paid for it over the phone, got the order number and then our installer picked it up. Easy to do business with, good selection, and great customer service.

I would stay away from this company I know someone who used to work there, a few years ago they were selling laminate that come from china the same as lumber liquidators it will off gas but they sell container specials all from china all ultra cheep and low quality. These products might not be safe if you look at the instructions inside the box it says it could cause cancer I wouldnt put anything in my house that could cause cancer. There turnover in the store is unreal I agree there service is just above gas station attendants. If your not buying mohawk or application you are buying from China and the owners pay an extra commission to sell Chinese products. STAY AWAY BUY AMERICAN.!!!!!

Best prices and selection it’s a little strange getting your stuff especially if it’s crowded, you drive around the side and wait and wait until it gets pulled loaded on to their forklift and they bring it out and help you load it. It can take a while I’ve seen people get impatient but it’s worth it.

I got on their website to find what I wanted called ahead to place the order and paid by credit card. When I arrived it was a very quick process to pick up and they loaded it in the car right at their loading dock. Quick and easy and huge selection.

Their cabinets are made of real wood and they are cheaper if you want real wood cabinets but if you are looking to save money go get a pro account at home depot and have them out your cabinet lay out in the bid room and I saved 550 dollars

Had a decent selection of flooring, from venial to wood, too engineered and at good prices. The space is clean and open and when you check out, the employees know what they are talking about.You have to pay for your product and then drive around back for loading--which was painless. They also have rugs and other products like cabinets for the kitchen.

Looking for hardwood floors but also looking for a good deal? WFP is the place to be. As long as youre careful and check the stock you should be good to go.

What started out as a one star review has been updated to 5. While we originally had a bit of a disheartening experience with a manager in the store, the owner of the business took this matter in to his own hands. I woke up with a message in less than 24 hours asking how he can resolve the problem. Thats how you run a business! Every customer matters, we werent just a number and he certainly made sure of that. I really cant thank him enough! My husband and I own a small local business as well and we know how much word of mouth can help and hurt a business. I certainly wont hesitate to positively recommend wood floors plus to everyone I know. I know that we will be loyal to them for all of our flooring needs for all the houses we flip as well! Thank you for putting the customer first!

I am a contractor.I have sent multiple customers to them and they have always been happy with their service.I as the installer can say they carry a good product.

If 0 star was an option for customer service, that’s what I would’ve put. Buying merchandise was absolutely perfect scenario from this store. But after few weeks of installation, I discovered one of the floor board started to crack. Contacted customer service and they instructed I submit a claim for it which I did thru their website. One month goes by no response from them. I contacted again and I was told they never received it and do the whole process again. I did it one more time and also email the form to someone in claim dept. named Chris. He acknowledged and we go back and forward with couple of emails. 10 days passes no update from “Chris”. I have sent several emails, phone calls; noup, nothing NADA.

Deliveries: take second driveway, stay right past chain link fence. Fast unload, nice folk.
