The enterprise car dealership really made the experience easy they were extremely friendly and professional. My wife is not a “haggle a deal” type of person, she had lost interest in the car buying process because of other dealerships and the aggressiveness. But our sales person Richard and Angel made the process smoother Than we could’ve ever imagined. I’m grateful for not overlooking enterprise car sales as I had in the past. After my experience I recommend it the dealership to my sister and my brother who both are interested in upgrading their vehicles. The dealership staff was phenomenal.

They did an amazing job! I emailed them the paperwork needed and they had everything ready and the keys waiting when I arrived. It only took about 15 minutes to drive away in a new car. Jim helped me out a lot. Jim Moore, highly recommended.

A bit expensive (its actually cheaper to go to the airport with another company, despite the high airport taxes). But its much more convenient (theyre close AND offer to pick you up and/or drop you off). And the service is definitely better than the bargain companies at the airport. The cars are always spotless and smell truly clean (not just sprayed with air freshener). So youre essentially paying extra for convenience and quality. My only real complaint is they werent at all clear *where* the key drop box is for after-hours drop off. (Its on the south side of the building, not near the doors.) Better signage on the doors would help.

I worked mostly with Jeff at Glen Carbon. He was very kind and informative, I never felt pressured or talked into a vehicle or add on I didnt want. When I test drove my car I heard a rattling which ended up being the part that held the spare tire was missing. They ordered a whole new kit and installed it for me as soon as it came in. Overall it was a really great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

I was headed to pick up my rental car from Enterprise. I had checked out earlier and then let them know I would be back to pick the car up later.When I arrived the car that I had keys for and had reserved to rent was blocked in by parked cars from the enterprise fleet. The next day I was leaving early and everything was already closed.I happened to see Patrick K our favorite car sales person inside working late. I was so upset and did not know what I would do. Patrick found a way to contact someone after hours- get the combination to the key vault- find the keys to the cars to move- and single handedly moved the vehicles and got me on my way. It took him less than 20 minutes to do all of that for us. I was so grateful.I really recommend used cars sales from Enterprise. There was a miscommunication when we booked appointment online. Car that we were interested in was not available. Our correct phone # did not show on sales screen to call us. It showed previous phone number from previous purchase.Enterprise brought us the car to drive to correct problem after the weekend. Enterprise also brought car back to us again after we agreed to purchase. However, it was not as cleanly detailed as previous purchases. And no driver floor mat. We did receive a follow up call that floor mats were ordered but we have not yet received. They attempted to clean vehicle at delivery but I think they actually damaged the leather with product they used. This is third vehicle we have purchased from Enterprise.

Please watch what you buy from here!! My husband and I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 from here about three years ago. It was our first time buying a car that was a loan. We was clueless at the time and didn’t know what we know today. If you are going to buy a car from here “please” take someone with you that knows about cars and if your looking at them online DO NOT fill the Application out online. Worst mistake I ever made!! At the time I needed a car knowing mine wasn’t going to last another minute. I filled the application out online for the car and the next thing I know I’m getting a call saying we are approved and when do we want to come get the car. We went and got the car the next day and the guy talked us into getting extended warranty we had no clue what it was but we got it. The next day my son found a bag of weed in the back seat.. I called them up and they cleaned my car and filled my gas up free of charge. But as weeks went buy I noticed this car started stalling a lot. I took it in had it looked at and was told everything was good. Now three years later I’m sitting here with this Chrysler they sold me that decided it wasn’t starting and it was going to start smoking. Had it towed to the dealership and was told that three bolts flew out of my fly wheel ( which the maintenance never seen happen before) and when it did it damaged everything under my hood. Something enterprise could have stopped if they actually did a full inspection Before I bought the car. Needless to say.. the extend warranty the sold me was junk and worth nothing!! The car isn’t even worth what I owe on it and it’s going to cost me over 6000 bucks to fix on top of the fact I had to buy a new car so now I have two car payments. Don’t worry I didn’t buy a new car from them. Don’t trust them!! They just want to sell you something so they can make money off of you. Please do your research first and read up on any vehicle you have in mind. I’m not going to say what happened to my car was completely their fault but part of it definitely was.

This was hands down the worst customer service experience of my life. I test drove a 2018 Ford Fusion at Enterprises St. Charles location. I was currently driving the same vehicle as a rental vehicle from Enterprise due to being T-boned a week earlier. I explained to the sales person how I loved the vehicle and wanted to take it to my mechanic to have it looked over because I had some concerns about the cars condition, considering it was either a lease or rental vehicle in their fleet (we all know we drive them a little harder than our own). She explained that I could set up a 48-hour test drive so that I could drive the vehicle and take it to my mechanic. Due to the St. Charles location being approximately an hour away, I made arrangements with their Glen Carbon, IL office to pick the car up there. I made these arrangements with their sales representative, Malcolm Swift. I spoke to Malcolm about these arrangements multiple times, including twice on the day I was to pick up the vehicle (we spoke 1 hour before I got to Enterprise).Upon arrival, I was told that I would not be able to take the vehicle for 48 hours. I told Malcolm that this was unacceptable as I had already scheduled an appointment with my local mechanic. We then spoke with the store manager, PHILLIP CONLEY. Without apology, he confirmed that they would not be honoring their word. I requested that he reconsider as I had already turned in my rental vehicle, had already made my appointment with the mechanic and had been told I could have the 48-hour test drive by two separate employees, one of which was his own employee. He again denied my request without apology and told me that he did not train Malcolm directly so it was not his fault. At this point, I returned to the rental portion of the building to get my rental back. While talking with the rental car employee, I overheard Malcolm and Phillip talking about me and laughing. The way the building is set up is that the rental and sales departments are on opposite sides of a long building. I was able to sneak around closer to them by going through the waiting room of the rental portion of the building. From this vantage point, I was able to more clearly hear Malcolm and Phillip discussing, mocking and hysterically laugh at my situation.I called Enterprise the next morning to let them know about my horrible experience. An employee gave me the, oh that is horrible, I am so sorry about your experience normal lines and assured me that this would be taken seriously and someone would get back with me. It has now been over 3 weeks since my complaint was made and I have not received any follow-up.I am still at a loss at the complete lack of professionalism shown by Enterprise. I will never use this company again for car rentals or sales.

The people who work there were great but the car that I ended up getting a Chevy was not a good car to drive. I had made a reservation with the national reservation center and they told me they had plenty of Hyundai elantra is. But one I want to pick mine up they said no they didnt have any available of the national didnt know what they were doing and I had to take a Chevy and it is our real dog here I did Im actually afraid when I drive it.

Was greeted at the door by friendly people and was treated with the utmost respect while really debating if I wanted to buy a car from them. Patrick was fantastic and patient with me as I debated and after I found the car I really wanted both finance managers did everything they could to make it work so it was within my budget. After I bought it and drove off the lot, I noticed the vent adjusters were broken. Called them and they said that they would have their guy fix it, best part, he went to where I was. Came and fixed it promptly at no charge. The 7-day guarantee is great, didnt need to use it though. Because they dont work on commission, they are dedicated to making sure you find the right car.

I initially went there to rent a pick-up truck. Passed by it twice as it sets back from the road, no sign close to the road. Easy to miss if you dont know of its location.Purchased a vehicle, took delivery at night and was unaware of how unclean it actually was until the next day. I could then see if hadnt been vacuumed, the windows were all smugged, and the outside looked as though it hadnt been washed for sometime. I made the salesman aware of it and he just shrugged it off. Im a sales professional so I go way out of my way to ensure clients are 100% happy, I did not get this same treatment.Ive purchased 4 cars from other Enterprise locations, I wont revisit this store.

I can say with out a doubt the people at Glen Carbon Enterprise go out of their way to make you happy even when it is difficult. My wife an I were fortunate enough to be introduce to Leah Dunagan as our sales rep. Little did we know we would be her first sale ever! Long story short their was a malfunction of a sensor on the vehicle. I came into the store at closing time and another gentlemen helped us. They told me to bring the car in the next day and they would get it repaired and give me a rental car at their expense until it was fixed. 3 hours after the car was repaired the same part went again. Seems the mechanic put in a defective part # that had been revised. The Manger of Enterprise personally called me and told me he was furious and they will get this right. Long and short of it we have our new car and it is working fine. My situation is not common but I can say the employees of Enterprise all bent over backwards when some would have said adios you bought the car as is. Buyer beware. When I received my vehicle it was late at night. I looked over the vehicle to the best of my ability. It looked fine. I signed paperwork and left. I didnt get an orientation to the vehicle or any of the technology features. I figured, ok I can google how to do what I dont know. The next day, I found many surface scratches on the body, and in the cargo area. The rear seats of the vehicle were covered with a film of dust/dirt. I have bought many vehicles and the vehicles were at the very least clean when I drove them off the lot.There was also a broken trim piece that I hadnt seen the night before. To their credit, they fixed all the issues reported. But I did have some hassle going back and forth to take the car their, pick it up, etc... What was extremely disappointing is that I found an additional damaged trim piece after the initial repairs were complete. I was told several times that they stand behind the condition of their vehicles. I asked that they do so and fix the damage. They were unwilling to stand behind their vehicle any longer. Granted, I didnt notice the damage for a couple weeks after purchase. So maybe they thought I caused it, I dont know. But, making a small repair that would likely cost around $100 to keep a customer seems well worth it for a business the size of Enterprise.This is really a shame because I thought I had really found a great way to buy a used vehicle from a reputable company. Well, maybe not so much...

I got a 2016 Nissan Sentra from Enterprise Car Sales in Glen Carbon IL and the process was painless. The sales rep I met with - Patrick was a complete gentleman. Since I already knew the car I was getting he didnt take him time to set me up with test driving and the necessary information I needed on the car. They have CarFax on all vehicles in their directory. So you know a car history beforehand. They also found the best financing for me at great interest rates. The guys here are very transparent, attentive to your concerns and explain things to you to the littlest of detail. I recommend Enterprise Car sales - especially the one in Glen Carbon - to anyone wanting to get a car or change one.

It was in Pennsylvania and I’m in Illinois so they were able to get it transported over within a week, found a bank that will finance it for me, and get me going in my new car. After you buy car and drive off lot good luck trying to get anything done. Dont call you back. Im waiting on my handicap plates they put regular ones on my Car cant get them to call me back.

I was in need of a new car as my two 13 year old vans were starting to cost more to fix than they were worth.After an internet search on the weekend, I found Enterprise Car Sales not to far from my home town. After deciding on a car, I sent an email to request to test drive it or others. Got one on Monday morning, everyone was very helpful. We test drove the one we saw on line and loved it. A couple hours later we drove home with our new car. It was a Ford Focus 2015 model. We have driven a little over 500 miles and we just love our new car. We had previously gone to dean team Subaru in kirkwood and bought a Subaru off of them that we ended up hating and having to pay three times to fix the rear view mirror. . So it was such a sigh of relief to work with Leah and the team at enterprise. They even had a technician come to my work to fix a small cosmetic issue with my car. 10/10 will buy again from them. . I don’t think I’m ever buying a new car. . I’ll just go to enterprise.
