Great experience, super helpful staff. First time I’ve been here, always went to the “other” guys but their products weren’t very effective. They took the time to fully explain the product I was interested in and gave me a fool proof list to follow as well as a good bit of extras to help spread the wealth with my friends when they start seeing my results. Just started using what I bought so I really don’t have a review on that yet but if they work as well as the staff then I’m sure I’ll be back for a follow up post.

Been going to Jake and the guys at S2 for the last year and a half for all of my supplement/nutritional needs. When I began working out on a regular basis, the staff at S2 was very informative as to what supplements matched my personal health goals. The added benefit of free InBody Scanning allowed me to track my entire first year transformation and kept me up to date on crucial aspects of not only weight loss but also muscle gain. I recently moved to a new city, Jake offered to continue to ship my orders for free so I didnt have to go through the process of finding a supplement store with the qualities I have become accustomed to. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. All of the employees at S2 are going through their personal health/fitness journeys beside you so they can relate to you regardless of your fitness level. Will continue to recommend.

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. So far I really enjoy the products.One suggestion I have is to price your product in the stores. I believe the products I bought were priced fairly, I did have an initial sticker shock when I was told my total.

I had never been inside of Supplement Superstore before. The level of customer service was supreme. I was even given the chance to sample the protein prior to committing to the whole cannister. I was offered a free body scan and they were even nice enough to let my 10 y.o. to participate in his own scan. I am on day 60 of 75 hard and the sales team seemed to guinely care about my progress and goals. Will definitely be back!

Had a great experience at this SS. I went in to replenish my protein stock but wanted a different flavor and was able to try the flavor before buying - which was great because I ended up getting a flavor I definitely wouldnt have without trying first. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I always enjoying going to the Edwardsville S² store. Theres never a time where Ive gone in there and felt less than or embarrassed to ask my questions. I signed up for the transformation challenge and went in to do my body scan. I had surgery a month ago so I knew the numbers were going to be higher than the last time I was in. The staff didnt make me feel bad and gave me some pointers on getting back on track.The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about all things nutrition. Ive been going in to the store to get protein for a couple years, and Ill never go anywhere else.

I went in for Phormula-1 and Ignition, just was thinking it’d be an easy in and out. Well, Mitchell helped me and he was wonderful. Asked questions on diet and training, took the time to ask if I’d do a body scan and then explained my results. We reviewed and tweaked diet and he really helped me. All while making me feel comfortable about it! Highly recommend!

Without background knowledge of how to properly structure a supplemental and diet plan, my first trip into the store was quite overwhelming. However, the help I have received at the Edwardsville location has been more than helpful. I’ve went in to this store twice. Both times the guys weren’t good at listening to me. They were only trying to talk to my husband. Both times I knew what I exactly what I wanted. I simply needed to find it on the shelf and be on my way. I have a degree in nutrition and exercise science. I only follow scientifically backed claims.A year ago I needed some protein powder to help up my protein intake to heal a deep wound I had after surgery. Eventually I got the protein powder I came in for but not after having to have a long discussion with one of the guys, explain to him the difference between absorption of nutrients in your small and large intestines. (I had an ileostomy at that time.)Today I came in. I knew exactly what I wanted. The guy helping us today kept pushing me to buy a protein powder even though I told him I have some. (I have three tubs on top of my fridge.) I didn’t need more protein. It was all very frustrating. I left today, annoyed and disappointed. I didn’t get my product. I really wished I could shop and not be bothered so much by the salesmen. It’s one thing if I ask for help. It’s one thing if I don’t know what I’m looking for. It’s irritating when I get mansplained by some frat boys that are not registered dietitians or exercise physiologists.
