Hired for an engraving job. Was told it would take 2 days. Had to call 3 times over the next 2 weeks to even get a response. When I asked why I had to call 3x I was told he was busy and I shouldnt expect worknthsi quickly. When I pointed out that it was 7x longer than his quote he said so we wont do it then and hung up onWhen I went to pick up my work that still wasnt done the manager screamed at me and had to be asked multiple times to lower his voice. When I collected my property and told I wasnt interested in doing business with him he screamed Thats right I defend my guys. Dont worry I know your name, I know your name, I KNOW YOUR NAME! He repeated this in a vaguely threatening manner as I left the store.Dont go here. Not just rude but outright hostile. Unprofessional. Cant keep to their obligations or even apologize let alone inform you if work will be delayed. I would give a lower rating if I could.
