Fine location. The staff hasnt always been super friendly, but theyve never been rude, so thats just fine. I wish they had a better selection of electronics and computers, but what they have is fine for light use. I usually only come here to recycle electronics or batteries, and Ive had to prove that theyre supposed to accept UPS batteries before, so that was mildly frustrating. But otherwise, a fine location!

I give two stars because I come In there weekly and have a GREAT experience, the staff is great and the prices cant be beat But this afternoon my girlfriend and I walked in wearing our masks over our noses. One male employee first followed my girlfriend around and SCREAMED at her about her mask being too low on her nose. She adjusted the mask, he proceeded to yell at her Then as I was walking towards the check out line, he YELLED at me to put my mask higher up my nose I showed him that it was and that the only reason is drops down is because hes yelling at me, and Im speaking loudly to him. I told him that we were both vaccinated. He yelled some more, I ignored him but he clearly shook up the cashier because he was shaking and having a hard time checking me outI come in there weekly for my business and today will be the LAST time because of this guy. We both had our masks on above out noses and he followed around and barked at us.I have NEVER had an issues here for the 9 months and 3-4 weekly that I come here until this guy.I hope he feels good about himself if hes that afraid of COVID, she should stay home,

Extremely friendly staff and manager, all of whom were incredibly helpful. The manager, especially, was kind and considerate, and personally walked me over to the items I needed to purchase. Im a customer for life at this location. :)

Instant greeting and was asked if I need directions to find what I was looking for. Got our label maker quick. Was in and out within minutes. If you want personalized shopping experience, look for Oliver. He reserved my printer for me and made sure to offer what I need to get the most of what I pay for(printer insurance). And Amy, the manager, made no fuss honoring the coupon i couldnt apply on my intended online purchase.

If you were Asian, their employees will be asked by their manager to follow you all the time when you are shopping. Asian customers are treated as thief at this store. I will take some videos to post online.

Me and my husband cannot be happier to have Staples close by our home. Ever since Staples opened its our destination for all the services and products we can get.All of the employees are always very helpful with our needs to the extend to help with our purchase to load the car.I would love to express a special thank you to Nick, who always finds time to help me with my tablet, since Im not that talented to understand all the fast evolving electronic magic. Even if the task takes longer I can leave my tablet in the store and pick it up when finished.Well, thats what I call an excellent service. Thank you Nick!!!

This location has become an extension of my home office. The customer service is great and the Associates are never too busy to lend a helping hand at the Print Store. The prices are great too. I love the fact that the scanning machine enables file naming and multiple page functionality!! I gave 4-stars because theres always room for improvement. 👍🏻

Found the perfect cell phone holder for my car, its a staples brand and is very functional and incredibly cheaper than the other ones Ive triedI purchased a few from other stores that were very expensive but had to return them because they were not functional.Also the employees were helpful and friendly.Rt. 59 storeStaples is great store

The store was clean, well organized, and had an inviting vibe to it. The employees were all very professional and helpful. In particular, the employee by the name of Matthew was extremely helpful in helping me both find what I need, as well as answer some of my questions with regards to a few different office products.PS: I passed several other office stores (such as Office Depot) because I have had bad experiences there. This store was so inviting and helpful Im a customer for life :)

I called early this afternoon with a printing emergency, and while it was not a large job it was Important. I spoke to Jessica who had me email the files and offered to print it on a nice card stock and even picked out some nice presentation folders for me. So when I got in there everything was ready to go, it was amazing! Thank you Jessica!

Absolutely awesome service. I went in to make a bunch of copies and got highly personalized service. They are heads above their nearest competitor. If you have tried this location, then you should give it a shot. Customer service is a big deal for me and these guys delivered. Thanks!

I would give 0 if I could. I came in with labels that I purchased from Office Depot long ago. Office Depot didn’t have them anymore so I came here with the packaging so I could compare and get something as close as possible. They didn’t have what I needed. But here’s why they get 0 stars. I went to put my packaging in my bag and an employee was walking pass and immediately accused me of stealing. Didn’t ask any questions or anything. Had he asked me he would saw the package was empty and it was Office Depot brand. He went to get the GM. Ok fine. I explained that to GM and he said ok but proceeded to follow me around the store the entire time following. So I put the stuff that I was going to purchase back and left. I rather go somewhere where my business is appreciated. I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m African American with jeans and a t-shift on. Had I had on my business attire I’m sure this would have went differently. I myself am a managing partner and know that this is not how customers should be treated.

Went in for some assistance with pc and tech associate treated me like an idiot just because I am a young college girl. When I made it clear I was dissatisfied with way he was treating me, he did not apologize or change his attitude. I usually go to best buy but decided to try staples forbonce but now I will be sticking to best buy due to this poor customer service.

Recently, I needed to order some folders for school. I wanted to get the same folders that I purchased last year from Staples, as they held up really well. Unfortunately, to get free shipping online, you had to spend $50. The folders, in total, were $4. So, I went to the store, and was greeted at the door by Chirog. I showed him the folder, and helped me check the store to see if they had any in stock. Unfortunately, they didnt, and they were now out of stock online. However, he suggested a comparable folder, and helped me order it in store to ship to my house (with free shipping!). He also gave me the item number for the folders that I originally wanted, as well as the Staples warehouse number so I could call them to check the stock. Lo and behold, the next day the folders were back in stock. I went back to the Staples store, and Chirog (who instantly recognized us!) helped us exchange the folders out for the new ones. Although I was spending less than $10, Chirog went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. Thank you!

I was in there store last night when a improperly installed display hit me in the head. Spoke to three people THE FIRST LAUGHED AT ME AS I HELD MY HEAD as she thought I was kidding then as I was dazed and upset the supervisor came up didnt like the fact that I was irritated as I pointed at her and the display and told me not to get in her FU***N FACE (nuts or what? Im the injured party ) She looked like a motorcycle chic who was about to hit me!!!! She set up the rickety display TO FALL AGAIN IM SURE, IT WILL FALL AGAIN!!! I backed off then spoke to someone else in authority who was pleasant but refused to give me a regional manager or anyone I could escalate this to.NO ONE ASKED IF I WAS OK, What a group. I went home with my scalp pounding got a headache which went away at 7 a.m..... I should of called the cops as display is dangerous. But if staples reps they dont care what am i suppose to do? Im posting this so if a small child or another person is injured I can provide this info. for their action. THIS HAPPENED BETWEEN 6:30 & N 7:30 p.m 11/10/17. THERE SHOULD BE STORE VIDEO. My wife wanted to go to the hospital but it seemed ok. Also she thought we should go back and take pics of the display but I didnt want to get into it WITH THE STAPLES MOTORCYCLE CHIC......................

Terrible if you are a disabled customer! I am used to young employees not being particularly helpful to people with disabilities who cant do the same things the young people can do, and need some extra help occasionally, but SOME of these employees are unusually hostile to requests for assistance. I assume theyre getting paid to do work, and are not volunteers, but the employees at this store are unusually unhelpful. After using up all my energy walking around trying to find file folders one day about a week ago, I noticed three healthy-looking employees standing around hanging out together. Two girls were guarding the cash registers, but one guy seemed to be just talking to the girls. All I did was ask if one if the three could get me a box of file folders and a box of hanging files explaining I had difficulty walking, couldnt seem to find them where they used to be, and couldnt walk back to the end of the store again. They guy first said he couldnt because he didnt know what color file folders I wanted, instead of suggesting he could ask me, I just told him I didnt care, next, he couldnt do it because he didnt know how many file folders I wanted, I said how about a medium sized box? when I reminded him I needed a box of hanging files, too, I thought he was going to lose it. He couldnt do that, either, because he didnt know how many hanging files I wanted (there might have been some explaining to him of what hanging files are strange for an employee of an office supply company - I think the cash register girls helped to explain.) I said to the guy, who was glaring at me by now, please just bring the smallest box there is. This time, I called in advance, and asked where the file folders are in the store, since Stapes doesnt have aisles, and I was told they are in front of the sign that says Papers. I wasnt familiar with the sign that says Papers, I asked if someone would be willing to bringherea medium-sized box of Manilla file folders to the front desk so I could just pick them up within the hour and not have to wander around or wait (there are no chairs in the front of Staples, and not being able to sit is a problem for some people with severe disabilities. A guy said sure, he could do that, and I arrived w/in an hour but there were no file folders at the front. After waiting for them to arrive, I asked the customer service girl if she could just run my car as a credit so I didnt have to walk around a barricade to the cash register. Cashiers have done that at Trader Joes and other stores - I sid down for a rest then sign a receipt when thy are finihed, and there is no need for putting in a pin. But the Stalples customer service girl said No I cant do it. I said it was fine with me and other stores do it this way, so why cant you do? She stared at me blankly for a while so I repeated the question.Finally, she said, I cant do it unless you are here (where the cash register is.) I dont know if this was a passive-aggressive response to me asking someone to bring me file folders, store policy for the treatment of disabled customers or just her. I was parked right outside with my disabled license plate; if they didnt believe me, they could have asked. The employees at Jewel, where I had to stop for a couple of things afterwards, were completely different, as they always are. No matter which Jewel it is, the employees are kind and helpful to people who need a little bit of help loading their groceries in their car or finding an item, even the employees who are 20-something! - the same age as the Staples employees. My children are Millenials and if I ever found out they were treating disabled people like these Staples employees do, wed have words about basic manners. Ill never again spend my money (which is worth the same amount as anybody elses money) at the Staples store on Roosevelt Rd. in Glen Ellyn. There are plenty of other places to buy pens and file folders at a lot better prices at without the employee rudenesss.
