Great big store with alot of selection. The staff was available and ready to help and the checkout was quick and easy. Plenty of parking and easy to maneuver. The only item I didnt particularly like was that with the amount of items I purchased, I should have been helped to my car. Nonetheless, I would definitely return and take advantage of the great prices and selection.

I came here to return a bud light keg this evening. When you purchase a keg you must pay an 80 dollar security deposit (60 for the keg and 20 for the tap). The receipt states you must return the keg within 14 days of purchase. However I think I was 2 weeks late and they accepted it and gave me my full deposit, no questions asked. This bottle king is really big and has a wide selection of products, including gourmet food items. I particularly like the variety of different low calories alcoholic seltzers. The staff is also very nice and helpful!

Best wine store in the area with friendly and enthusiastic employees. Also, tremendous selection of cheeses and specialty foods, they have everything you could want.

They let me carry my electric scooter in with me without fuss. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I am a bit dismayed to have to fill out paperwork when I go due to my out-of-state ID.

This is not the first time I place an order for delivery from the Glen Rock location and they don’t delivery within the time frame. What’s the point of submitting the hours you want the delivery if they deliver it hours later. I was trying to show my neighbors how bad they were so we decided to place an order with bottle king and one with total wine for delivery at same time frame and guess who didn’t delivery on time! shopping at the store is not a problem. It’s the delivery they need to work on.

Bottle King is in a great location and has just about anything you could ask for! The parking lot is huge as is their selection of beer, wine, and liquor. Do yourself a favor and grab your favorite drink and head across the street to Turvinos for a delicious pizza!

Greatest liquor store on Earth. Amazing staff. Very organized. Organization goes by drink then by country. Everything in the store is very accessible. One may be able to do wine tasting. Free cheese is given too! Chips, cups, bags, etc. are all sold here too. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

Excellent location. I come to this place mostly for beer, but they have all kinds of liquor. The manager here is very good too. Something was keyed in wrong and I left without checking so I called the place back and the manager made sure that everything was squared away.Again, their beer selection is excellent. I just wish they had bigger non alcoholic beer selection for when I was pregnant...haha

The prices are right, especially for Bergen County. The staff is knowledgeable and proactive. I got a lesson on bourbon and made a great choice because of one of the staff members taking an interest. Register staff keeps lines moving. Plenty of parking, too. Sometimes the selection might come a little shy, but if you ask, theyll be able to tell you immediately if they have it or not, and if not, then offer you a similar product.

That is one of the nicest bottle Kings Ive ever been in theres such a variety of everything. Even Gourmet snacks. But they are delicious and very fresh the stores well-lit well-staffed and pretty knowledgeable about any questions with the food or the alcohol when Im in the area I usually like to go to that particular store a Bottle King

Good selection of basically everything. The new location across the street is way better than the old place. They have a great cheese section too with free samples. However, its definitely a bit pricey especially if you dont have a Bottle King card. Theyre free so get one!

So I went in for a bottle of Angels envy bourbon {not the rye} it was up$7.... Asked for my discountto bring it back to what I paid for at the bottle King of Dumont only a couple of months earlier, came back to tell me that they couldnt honor the discount as theyre not making enough margin on the productand that everyone raise their prices theyre paying more and I find that somewhat difficult to believe and she kind of concurred.so dont believe the so-called bottle King club stuff and discounts because customer services number one Mayfield in that respect but nice people still at all and its it is the Corona and stuff works differently in peoples minds storing pandemics I suppose. Justice the price we pay for the USA and made in USA I dont mind buying a USA product apothecary got to find out where there are USA corporation and getting funds prices should be down to help people out of these times not gouging them.

Huge new facility! There is a nice flow within the store allowing you to find that which you desire. Register personnel can be a bit cold at times. there is less of a friendly atmosphere at the new location which is directly across the street from the old location. Strange....but it seems that way to me.

Basic bar food and other entrees in a very sports bar type setting. Restarant is a big Seton Hall supporter, which is cool if you are a student or alum. Food was good, not great, but service was excellent.

Best prices for your booz fix, bar none! Great selection of beers and wines, every week have specials, and they get direct orders from vineyards overseas so offer really low prices - highly recommend

If you cant find any alcohol that you want there then theres a problem. The new place that opened up in Glen rock is phenomenal. Staff are very friendly and willing to help all you have to do is ask.

If you are into wines, this is the place to go. Huge selection of wines from around the world, catering to just about everyones taste. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they have a very limited selection of other alcohol. Being name Bottle King, you would expect a good selection of everything. If youre looking for something other than wine, youre better off going some place else.

A really good bottle kings with a variety of selections wine liquor and foods. The front has a fresh cheese and snack section for hosting parties. They also have great prices for most liquor and a lot of beers and ciders which other stores around the area do not stock. Even on busy days there isnt much of a wait when you check out overall its just a great liquor store in a great town.

One salesperson was helpful when I did approach him and ask for help. Otherwise, no one could care less that there are customers; theyre too busy stocking shelves and talking with each other. Perhaps tgey need sales training as well as product training. Good selection of wines and good prices.

The new Bottle King in Glen Rock is great! It has a huge selection, fair prices, and ample parking. If you sign up for a free club membership, youll save even more money!

Huge selection of wines, you could spend a whole day there trying to pick a bottle. They also have a good selection of craft beers to choose from. On a weekend though it does get crowded. But if you looking for something different to drink this is the place to go.
