Today, Byron, floor staff, went above and beyond to help out with an issue we had with a reel. He was friendly, informative, patient and very helpful in getting the job successfully done. Guided us to the staff at the repair/rental center who efficiently and curteously got the job done ;)Definitely recommend this home depot!!!

Louis in receiving is about the nicest and most hard working Home Depot employee I have ever encountered in my years of delivering to Home Depot. Luis stayed late; not to watch me like many Home Depot employees do, but help me unload my trailer because I got stuck in traffic. I will never forget what he said to me, There is a shortage of everything these days, even drivers, were all in this together. We have to work together. Thank you so much for having such an amazing employee who really cares! I will gladly deliver here again!

The countertop company they use is straight up the worst company to deal with. After spending over 10,000$ with them, they dropped the ball numerous times, made me wait a lot longer than anticipated, didn’t give me what was initially agreed upon, and the staff needs major basic customer service skill training. And not only that, the Home Depot upper management is being led by liars and manipulators. I will never dump any kind of money here again, never!

Good place to visit when doing, work around your, either home or work, its a must, just wishing the people working there would be a little bit more nicer.

Very helpful workers there I did go to three different departments and each department was somebody there to help me and was very knowledgeable which that was very helpful.

How many times will I not come to the store when I need a consultation no one can help inexperienced workers shifts responsibility from one to another (wait now Ill call someone waiting 15 minutes and no one came to you) looking for another oh Ill call someone again you wait for 15 minutes and so no one approached you. And when you get a consultation, it is not in full. I will not come here again and do not recommend it to anyone

This is my local Home Depot and I’ve been coming here for years. The service is good, the size and selection was f the store is good. And another plus is the Pro services desk is very helpful in helping you order what you need to get the job done.

I’ve been here at this location 5 times in the last 2 weeks at all different times and they seem to never have the right employees for the department I need help. I see a bunch of employees all over but they don’t know the department I need help in. Is what I’m told. It’s ridiculous I am ready to sped my money and they don’t want it!! Lost out on some huge sales. I was trying to make a deck and buy new doors. Thousands of dollars!! They don’t seem to care. Seem like they just don’t want to do more work.

Almost every repair/diy supply and tools I need, I get from here. The people are very friendly. Recently I needed to rent a tool (great selection by the way), Kara from the rental dept was awesome, super pleasant and she took the time to explain safe operation, proper use and the potential hazards. Thank you!

It was busy there. I was buying paint. The young lady at the counter was distracted with a conversation with her co-worker and Im using a power wheelchair with my cane. She finally came over to me to help me understand how to pick colors and what goes where. So I went to choose a few other colors, when I returned, again she was back to chatting to the point that I was waving my arm around as if I were in a 3rd grade class and I wanted the teachers attention! Her co-gossiper saw me and told her I needed her help. It was pretty crowded on a Saturday afternoon. But that gossip must have been very good! SMH

Great service, as the stores personnel are very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Comparable pricing for their inventory of products and services. Overall a true value. Im a long time Home Depot customer and its always a measure doing business with them. But dont take my word for it, cmon down and see for yourself. 😎

Came in here with a time limit, Bryant I believe, helped me and my father out to the extent I am writing this positive review. Service was superb. Just went in to buy gift cards. Self check was opened and was not sure how to do cards but 2 employees were there to help. Very nice people. Masks required.

This Home Depot is the closest to my home, which makes it the most convenient. There are also a Menards and Lowes about the same distance away.As with all of the large big box stores the sock is about the same and at similar price points. The choice of which store brand to go to depends on several considerations. They are: what exactly I am looking for - the stores carry different brand names or different variations of stock - more sizes or colors, etc., and finally which store has the best customer service.The single largest issue at all of these stores is aisle space, cluttering, blocking, mobile access stairs and free-standing selling displays. For example, today I had to turn around and go down a different aisle twice, in the middle of the day, no huge crowds just displays and stocking blockages.The stores are convenient and the prices generally mirror the quality of the products.

Pleasant, friendly, helpful as much as the new hires can be. I actually know the store better than some of them, but thats okay.

Another run of the mill humongous hardware/home improvement store. Weve been here a number of times, mainly because we pass it quite a bit, but because of the customer service and they clutter in certain areas we have avoided it more and more. We have shopped here a couple of times looking for specific items and just couldnt find what we needed and couldnt find anyone who could help us find exactly what we were looking for. And unfortunately the selection of Christmas decorations/lights is very disappointing and subpar in comparison to other chains in the area. Even the garden center has diminished in its quality over the past couple of years, so now we drive further to another chain and a nursery to buy things we used to get here. Very unfortunate.

Home Depot is near my house. I was bay flowers for my small garden in front of my house. I like shopping in because I can find everything for my house for kitchen,for bathroom, patios for outdoor, flowers for indoor and outdoor and much more...... I love Home Depot.

Who doesnt have Apple Pay in 2021? Came here to purchase a couple hundred dollars of material. Machine wouldnt read my debit card, couldnt accept my Apple Pay, and the cashier couldnt manually input my card number. Waste of a day!

They have more than my local HD, I cant figure out why...

As my favorite lumber yard closed during covid, I found that the quality of trim at home depot is just as good as the lumber yard 👌

I come here just to make the doors open and close..If you work on it you can actually trick them with a fake out move!

I feel like its more expensive than most stores on every product plus the store products are never stocked these days

Had the keyless lamp holder I need but they stop selling the power yard tools that interchange with the battery I use on my other tools.

Very helpful people. My contractor gets a military discount and they dont honor that on items that you can only online. The employee said they have been fighting with corporate to get that but they refuse. I left thinking a little less of the company.

I called to speak with a manager and a girl, who refused to identify herself as such, just kept asking what she could do for me. When I asked again if she was a manager, she became very rude. I had actually called to say that I received excellent help earlier Friday afternoon from a young man, an outstanding employee. A call to compliment the staff has now left me upset at such terrible behavior by another employee who has zero customer service skills. I will rate taking her out of the equation and call an actual manager on Monday.

Do not shop here or open a line credit with this store, employees are worse than mcdonalds orders accuracy. They dont have their own warehouse for your appliances, its a third party from the manufacturer. Customer satisfaction should be top concern...... complete waste of time and money

I’ve tried countless times calling this location with various questions. I just tried again 4 times today and the phone just rings and rings. I sat here on the phone waiting for somebody to pick up the phone for over 10 minutes. If they can’t even do something simple as pick up a phone with as many employees as they have there then they are telling me they don’t want my business anymore. Enough is enough of that. I shouldn’t have to march over there and stand in line just to have a question answered that takes 15 seconds. I’m going to find another location that’s more caring if it’s customers even if it means I have to drive out of my way. I only went to this location cause its 5 minutes up the road.

A great for home remodeling. But their contractors dont show up or tell upfront if something they cannot do.

Melissa working in the power tools department was very knowledgeable and helpful. Super nice. Took time to educate a novice like myself. She was also super busy and although she was being bombarded with questions she took the time to find me in a separate aisle and help.

Went there to find Star Shower - Motion. When a store member had been asked for assistance, mender had been able to check the store inventory and find the product asked for. Unlike other retailers, who will acknowledge the inventory but lack the ability to provide product. Nice Home Depot.However, it would had been appreciate to have seen more store decorations in the spirit of the holidays.

I went in for plants the selection was really good for catcus already planning my next next trip for a monstera and more catcus.

The past three times Ive been here to make a return, theres been a discrepancy in the number of items the employee at the returns counter scans and the number of items Im actually returning. I warn everyone to be cautious regarding how many items they return and how many items they actually get money back for because the employees here tend to miscount. Not to mention, employees here have also denied a return a couple of times at first because they were somehow unable to pull up my purchase on their end even though I did buy my products from this store. Thankfully, I was still able to return those same items if I went to return them on another day, something I find strange. Im thinking this is because the employees dont want to spend the time to find my product purchase on their end. Im disappointed because I havent experienced this type of customer service at any other Home Depot or any other store as a matter of fact.
