I used them for body work due to an accident. The employee up front I believe her name was Melanie was FANTASTIC! Set up my rental, made sure i wasn’t overcharged based on their discount. So helpful made the experience so painless. My car was ready before estimated date and I was satisfied with the work.

Gerber repaired a small dent in my rear deck lid - my car looks new again. High quality work and great customer support. The manager, Radek was responsive and informative, and Daisy in the front office was professional and a pleasure to work with. They got me scheduled immediately with almost no notice, and completed my repair within ~3 hours of dropping my vehicle off. I was blown away by how professional and kind Daisy and Ezekiel are to work with. Ezekiel was so thorough. I didnt have to pry any information from him! So nice to do business with a company that stands by their work and has nothing to hide.

I had my Lexus worked on at the Glendale Heights location, both front & rear bumper covers needed repairing a repainting. I had Radek, general manager, and Daisy, receptionist, who both handled my business/concerns very professionally. On the first repair attempt, I was not happy with the paint finish, there was paint dripping in several areas of the bumpers and the rear bumper was still loose. I brought it up the general manager, Radek, which understood and handled the issue. By the second repair attempt, I was very pleased with the work, bumper covers properly secured and paint finish exceptional. I understand body work can be complicated and therefor I inspect the work myself to make sure I’m happy with it. I will give this Gerber Store the full five stars due to service professionalism and the way management was able to make up and fix the issue. Thank you Daisy & Radek!

Stay away from this shop. Don’t expect them to keep you up to date with a phone call or text message. The only communication I ever received from them was emails lying to me about the completion.I will take the car to my repair shop and have them fix the mess ups that Gerber creates.Back story: I was rear ended by a drunk driver on 11/23/19 while traveling on 290 West. The vehicle wasn’t terribly damaged and was still functioning properly so I drove it for another month while waiting for the other drivers insurance company to make the preparations for repair. I dropped my vehicle off at this Gerber Collision because it was the recommended repair facility. I got an estimate for roughly 1800 for the repair. I didn’t care since I wasn’t paying for it. I dropped the vehicle off on 1/13/20, the estimator told me it would be a week to complete. I said ok and got my rental car. A week later I stopped in and they didn’t even start the repair work on the car, I called the insurance company to tell them they didn’t start. Gerber told me another week til completion. I said ok. The next week I go in and still nothing had been done to my car. At this time they told me that the new repair cost would cost 4800 to fix and they were waiting for an approval from the insurance company. The insurance company told them to fix the car and Gerber said another week to complete my vehicle. I said ok. So the week ends and I go in and guess what? They haven’t touched my vehicle yet. So I called the insurance company and gave them an earful and they contacted Gerber and Gerber said one of their technicians that was working on my car had a death in the family. (Now not to sound heartless but idgaf not my problem, surely u must have other techs that work their) Gerber then gave a final week for completion. I received my vehicle on 2/13/20 & almost immediately noticed that the paint had mess ups where the repairs were done. I asked them to please fix it they said they tried and couldn’t because the mistakes were under the clear coat. Again idgaf. Fix it. Now I have to make another appointment and waste more time dropping the vehicle off and waiting again for them to fix something that they had more then a month to fix in the first place.3/06/20: I’m sitting in my garage waxing the car. Under bright led lights I see several paint blemishes and overspray spots on the vehicle. Clearly the quality inspector was off the day they gave me my car back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS FACILITY ALSO WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STEER CLEAR.

I wish I could give them 1000 stars they worked with me even when my insurance company wouldn’t. The best place ever!!Call Radek and Daisy! They will take good care of you!

They do great repair work on cars and prices are reasonable.

I got an estimate for damage done to my car. I didnt have an appointment but was seen in a timely manner. They have nice coffee setups in waiting area.

This location of Gerber Collision has been 100% positive from day one. My wifes car got t-boned pretty hard on the right passenger rear, almost to the point of being totalled, but to my surprise they were able to get it back to looking better than it did before they received it! They actually cleaned it inside and out for us before giving it back! Daisy and Radek were a pleasure to deal with. I had a small problem after taking delivery, which I called Radek who said no problem, bring the car in and he would take care of it. I waited about 2 weeks to make sure it didnt work itself out, but it didnt. So Radek said bring it in and sure enough there was a small issue that they took care of, and now the car is truly like new! The biggest point I want to emphasize is how nice Daisy and Radek were to deal with throughout this whole process! I reccomend this location highly, and want to thank Daisy and Radek for going above and beyond! Thanks again!!! Ken

This place is very professional, they do a very good job, they are friendly, they are polite, they offer you free coffee water soda, the lady who speaks spanish, very friendly

Wish I could give it negative one star hate this place with a passion, from my experience there, I have reason to believe that they are not operating above bar.Collision revisions estimate was for 8 days of repair. Total time in possession of the car was 14 days. They had never initiated a call to inform me of the progress and that additional work was being performed that would take more time. I had periodically made status calls and was given “ohh it will be another day or two”If that’s not bad enough when I finally went to get the car JASON and asked me where I work..as if to imply I had no reason to be upset with the service provided. They should teach him some manors.I will never do business with this company again

These guys do a terrible job in body work. I took my BMW to them for a new bumper and it came back with door dents that I never had before, when I pointed these out the manager told me that I did them and he can take them out for additional money.
